例えば実開平4‐106246号が示すように、弾性反転する蓋板付きキャップ等が知られている。該キャップ等は、キャップ等の頂壁一部を蓋板に形成すると共に該蓋板後方の頂壁部分に弾性反転機構を設けて、蓋板前端を押上げすると弾性反転機構部分が弾性反転することで蓋板が上方へ回動して開き、又蓋板を倒すと再び弾性反転機構部分が弾性反転することで閉蓋するよう設けたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来例が示すように、従来容器は蓋板を用いて開閉するが、本発明は容器体の胴部上端から肩部を介して口頸部を起立する容器において、その肩部を上下に弾性反転させるだけで該容器体口部の開閉が可能に形成したものである。

第1の手段として底壁3中央部から棒5を起立すると共に、底壁外周から起立する胴部13上端から第1肉薄ヒンジ14を介してテーパ状の弾性肩部15を弾性反転可能に下内方へ突出し、該弾性肩部下端から第2肉薄ヒンジ16を介して口頸部17を、該口頸部内に上記棒上部を挿入させて起立し、又該口頸部上端に内外両方向へ突出するフランジ18を付設して、該フランジの内方突出部下面を上記棒の上面外周部へ圧接させ、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、1は容器全体を示す。該容器は、底壁付き部材と胴部付き部材との二部材で形成され、かつこれ等二部材はそれぞれ合成樹脂材で形成されている。
底壁付き部材2は、底壁3外周部から嵌合筒4を起立すると共に、その底壁中央部から棒5、正確には下端面開口で有頂のパイプを上方へ鉛直に起立する。該棒の高さは後述容器胴部の高さとほぼ等しく設ければよく、棒外径は後述のように容器口部の内径より大に形成することとなる。棒上端外周は上部小径の第1テーパ面6に形成している。

胴部付き部材11は、上記嵌合筒4外面へ嵌合固着させた下端筒部12を胴部13下端に有し、該胴部上端から、第1肉薄ヒンジ14を介してテーパ状の弾性肩部15を下内方へ突出し、該弾性肩部下端から、第2肉薄ヒンジ16を介して口頸部17を、該口頸部内に上記棒5の上部を挿入させて起立する。口頸部上端には内外両方向へ突出させてフランジ18を付設しており、その内方突出部は、その円周面を既述第1テーパ面へ密接する第2テーパ面19に形成している。該密接状態において棒5上面とフランジ上面とは面一とする。

上記容器1の口部開閉は次のように行うことが出来る。
シール薄片20を貼着した場合は、先ずフランジ外方へ突設したシール薄片外縁部を持ち、該シール薄片を剥離した後、フランジ18の外周部を指掛け部としてフランジ18を上方へ引上げする。すると口頸部17を介して弾性肩部15が引上げられることで該弾性肩部は二点鎖線で示すように上方へ起立する。該状態で棒5上端と口頸部17下端との間には間隙が形成されるよう口頸部17の長さを設定しておくことで、その間隙を通って容器内収納物を流出させることが出来る。流出後は再びフランジ18を押下げることで、弾性肩部15は下方へ弾性反転して、図示のように口部は棒5上面で密閉される。
該容器は、入浴剤、シャンプー、リンス等の詰替え用液体の収納容器として用いることが出来るが、洗剤等の粉収納容器としても用いることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、請求項1記載の発明の場合は、胴部13上端から第1肉薄ヒンジ14を介してテーパ状の弾性肩部15を弾性反転可能に下内方へ突出し、該弾性肩部下端から第2肉薄ヒンジ16を介して口頸部17を、該口頸部内に容器の底壁中央部から起立する棒5の上部を挿入させて起立し、該口頸部上端に内外両方向へ突出するフランジ18を付設して該フランジの内方突出部下面を上記棒5の上面外周部へ圧接させたから、上記フランジの外方突出部を弾性肩部引上げのための指掛け部として使用できると共に、その外方突出部を強く上方へ引上げして弾性肩部15を弾性変形させない限り、フランジ18の内周縁が形成する容器口部は棒上面によって閉塞状態を保つから不用意に口部が開いて収納物が漏れるようなことはない。

又口頸部17の長さを、弾性肩部が弾性反転により上方へ起立する状態で、口頸部17下端と棒上端との間に収納物流出用間隙が形成可能に設けたから、上記フランジの外方突出部引上げによって弾性肩部15を弾性反転させるだけで容器口部を開放出来、又フランジ18押下げによる弾性肩部15の反転でその口部を閉塞できるから、その口部開閉を容易かつ迅速に行うことが出来る。

請求項2記載の発明は、上記請求項1記載発明の効果を併せ有すると共に棒5の上端外周を上部小径の第1テーパ面6に、かつフランジ18の内周面を第1テーパ面に密接する第2テーパ面19にそれぞれ形成し、又フランジ上面と棒上面とを面一として、これ等上面へ剥離可能にシール薄片20を貼着したから、該シール薄片で容器を完全に密封することが出来、又フランジ上面と棒上面との間に段差が生じないから、そのシール薄片が破損することもない。
