Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, due to years of use of the keyboard device, some warping may occur in the keyboard due to moisture absorption during that time. When such a warp occurs, it is necessary to adjust the alignment of the balance pin or the front pin and its pin hole. For example, the inclination of these pins must be adjusted. And this adjustment took considerable effort and time.
[0007]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a musical instrument keyboard that is resistant to environmental changes and hardly warps.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The musical instrument keyboard according to the present invention is a wooden keyboard used for a keyboard musical instrument, and is formed of a keyboard plate material in which front and rear first and second keyboard plate materials are connected through finger joints, and a plurality of the second keyboard plate materials are provided. It is characterized by being laminated.
[0009]
In the musical instrument keyboard according to the present invention, the second keyboard plate material is an odd-numbered or even-numbered plate material, which are laminated in the same or crossing direction of the grain.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the white key or the black key is formed of a keyboard board material that uses an odd or even number of board materials and is laminated with the same or crossing the grain directions. By laminating a plurality of plate materials in this way, it is possible to weaken the force of warping due to moisture absorption or the like, and as a result, it is possible to effectively suppress warping of the keyboard.
