Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat chair used in a house, particularly at a front door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japan's population composition is rapidly aging, and recently, barrier-free houses with no steps have been developed. However, at the entrance, there are problems such as intrusion of rainwater, and it is difficult to eliminate the steps. Therefore, it is bothersome and painful for elderly people to wear or take off shoes at the entrance when going out or going home.
[0003]
There is an example where a sitting chair or stool is provided at the entrance so that elderly people can sit down and change their clothes, but to provide a sitting chair at the entrance, the entrance must be wide enough. However, in view of the housing situation in Japan, it is often difficult to secure a sufficient space as described above.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention intends to solve the above-mentioned problems by installing a folding seat chair described below at the entrance.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a folding seat chair according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a sectional view thereof. In the figure, F is a frame material F that covers the inner surface of the opening provided on the wall surface. The lower surface of the inner surface of the opening may extend the floor material Y or lay another plate material. When the opening is provided between the soils of the entrance, the flooring Y may be a tile or the like.
[0006]
The inner surface of the opening is sealed with an outer wall or a wall material of an adjacent room. If the back surface of these wall materials is visible and unsightly in design, it is covered with an interior material such as a plywood or a decorative board.
[0007]
D is a door, and the left and right two have a double opening structure. A is a seat plate of the seat chair of the present invention. The seat plate A is attached to the shelf plate E by a hinge K, and rotates so as to tilt forward with the hinge K as a rotation axis. When the seat plate A is used as a seat chair, the left and right sides of the seat plate A are supported by the support member B attached to the door D. The door D is attached to the frame member F through a hinge having a maximum opening angle of 90 degrees so that the door D opens from the closed state to a maximum of 90 degrees.
[0008]
Since the seat chair according to the present invention is installed so that it can be stored on the wall surface, the depth of the shelf board E is equal to the wall thickness, and is about 10 cm in the case of a normal house.
[0009]
When the seat chair is folded from the state of FIG. 1 and stored in the wall, first, the seat plate A is rotated 90 degrees upward and closed. Subsequently, the left and right doors D are closed. When the seat plate A is used, the left and right doors D are opened 90 degrees, the seat plate A is rotated and opened so as to be tilted forward 90 degrees, and supported by the support member B attached to the door D.
[0010]
If the state when the door D is stored in the wall is shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. 2, it is an external appearance like a storage with a double door that is normally seen, and even if it is installed at the entrance, it does not feel any sense of incongruity.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Since the present invention is mainly for elderly people or disabled people who are inferior to ordinary people in terms of athletic ability and attention, it is desirable to consider the following points in implementation.
[0012]
First, from the standpoint of safety, the seat plate A, door D, shelf plate E, hinge K, support material B, etc. must be sufficiently strong. In particular, since the strength of the support member B is important in terms of safety, it is desirable that the support plate B has a length that is approximately the same as the width of the seat plate A and supports the seat plate A over almost the entire width.
[0013]
The corners of the door D such as furniture and joinery are usually not chamfered, but in the case of the present invention, when the seat plate A is used as a seat chair, the door D is just an armrest of the seat chair. Therefore, it is desirable that the upper corner portion of the door D has a relatively large chamfer. However, in the state where the seat plate A of FIG. 2 is housed, if the corner of the door D is chamfered, it may feel strange in terms of design.
[0014]
In such a case, a treatment such as covering the upper side surface including the corner portion of the door D with a material having a cushioning effect such as rubber, or the door D may be formed in an arch shape and the shape of the upper frame may be adopted.
[0015]
Since the seat plate A needs to be fixed horizontally when it is used, the hinge K is preferably a slide hinge. In combination with the slide hinge K, the left and right frame members F and the seat plate A may be connected by a clap bracket, and the seat plate A may be supported to rotate so as to tilt forward . In particular, since the bracket with a brake can be placed on the support member B while rotating the seat plate A so as to tilt gently forward , it is safer and easier to handle. The above-mentioned metal fitting is a metal fitting for holding a box in a certain state when the door is opened. The type varies depending on the opening / closing direction of the door and the holding angle, with a brake, with a stop device, etc. There is. (For example, see Jinji Kenmochi, Shinji Kawakami, Kenzo Tarumi, Keiji Fujimori, “Encyclopedia of Furniture”, Asakura Shoten, May 10, 1992, 5th edition, page 617, “2.5.11 Tasuki fittings”) .
[0016]
Moreover, it is desirable to provide the reinforcing material U on the back surface of the shelf board E, to reinforce the shelf board E over the entire length, or to reinforce it with a support material that supports the center portion of the span from below.
[0017]
The support structure of the seat plate A by the support material B is made of metal, for example, as shown in FIG. The fitting protrusion (B1) may be loosely fitted into the fitting groove (A1) provided on the back surface of the seat plate A. Moreover, it is desirable to use the hinge of the door D which opens only 90 degrees at the maximum so that the seat plate A is not laterally displaced and detached from the support of the support material B.
[0018]
Moreover, if the opening angle of the door D exceeds a predetermined angle, for example, 30 degrees, the hinge D is opened to 90 degrees at a stretch by the hinge spring, and if a hinge with a spring fixed at that position is used, the safety and handling are further improved. It becomes easy.
[0019]
Furthermore, the catch metal fitting with the door D closed is preferably an open catch. It opens when the door D is lightly pressed and closes when the door D is lightly pressed even when the door D is closed, which is easy for the handicapped and elderly. Similarly, the catch of the seat plate A may be an open catch, but as soon as the catch is released, the seat plate A falls to the front side under its own weight, which may be dangerous for the disabled or elderly. . Therefore, as described above, the rotation of the seat plate A is preferably a combination of a hinge and a bracket with a brake.
[0020]
When opening the door D, if the door D touches the floor surface directly, the floor surface will be damaged, so a roller is attached to the lower part of the door D as shown in FIG. 4 to prevent the door D from damaging the floor surface. In addition, the door D may be opened and closed smoothly.
[0021]
In addition, in order to make it easy to sit down, the seat surface can be covered with a cushion sheet, but in that case, the thickness of the seat becomes thick, and other things cannot be stored in the space on the shelf board E. The space is a structure with a small depth and poor storage capacity.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
Since the seat chair according to the present invention can be stored in a wall when not in use, it can be installed at a narrow entrance, and the door D can be armrested, so it is safe for the elderly and the disabled. Moreover, since the maximum opening angle of the hinge which rotates the door D is 90 degree | times, there is no danger that a seat part will remove | deviate from the support material B of the door D, and it is safe.
[0023]
In the second aspect of the invention , since the rotation of the seat plate A so as to tilt forward is supported by the bracketed bracket, the seat plate A tilts forward gently and is excellent in terms of safety. The invention of claim 3 is a hinge with a spring that opens up to 90 degrees at a stroke when the hinge of the door D opens more than a predetermined angle, so when the door D is opened to a predetermined position, it is immediately opened 90 degrees, Because it is fixed in that position, even elderly people who have less exercise ability than normal people can handle it easily.
