Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall surface material mounting method and a mounting structure in which wall surface materials each having a hollow portion are arranged in a vertical or horizontal direction.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This type of construction method is to construct an outer wall surface by constructing a wall face material composed of a pre-extruded extruded hollow cement board or the like in the vertical or horizontal direction. Conventionally, a mounting method using a fixture has been known. Yes.
[0003]
For example, in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 56-2857, a vertical mounting piece is extended upward from an outdoor side end portion of a horizontal fixing piece fixed to an outdoor side upper end surface of a wall surface material support material such as a foundation or a beam. To form the mounting bracket, extend the positioning piece from the middle part of the vertical mounting piece to the outside, and for the outer wall placed below the positioning piece and the lower end of the outer wall surface material placed above the positioning piece There has been proposed a construction method using an attachment device in which a lower end portion of a face material is fixed to an outdoor surface of a vertical attachment piece with a fixing tool such as a screw. However, this method requires a hammering and drilling work associated with the use of screws and the like, and there is a problem that the workability is inferior, and the work must be performed on the back side of the wall face material. There is a drawback that the interior work cannot be performed unless the material is attached.
[0004]
Further, the joints between the wall face materials are closed by the joint material, but there is a problem that the waterproofness is lowered when the joint material is deteriorated simply by closing the joints. Further, in the above-mentioned outer wall surface material, the upper and lower outer wall surface materials are fixed to the mounting bracket, and the upper and lower outer wall surface materials are integrated. There is a risk of damage or damage to the face material at the mounting bracket position.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a wall surface material mounting method and mounting structure that eliminates the need for on-site drilling, screws, and the like, and is excellent in workability, and also ensures waterproofness. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting method and a mounting structure for a wall surface material that can be used.
[0006]

[0020]
Next, the method of attaching the wall face material 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment receiving pieces 26 are fixed to the surface side of the steel member 12 at predetermined intervals using welding or bolts and nuts. The mounting member 13 is erected so that the horizontal portion 25 is placed on the horizontal receiving portion 27 of the mounting receiving piece 26, a bolt 28 is inserted into the long hole 25A and the long hole 27A, and a nut is screwed into the bolt 28. As a result, the attachment member 13 is fixed to the steel member 12. In this case, the position of the mounting member 13 can be adjusted in the left and right direction and the front and back direction of the wall surface material 1 by the long hole 25A in the left and right direction and the long hole 27A in the front and back direction. Then, on the surface of the face plate portion 21, seal tapes 41 are pasted on both sides of the standing portion 22. Thereafter, the wall face material 1 is arranged on one side of the standing part 22, and the distal end side of the one side end part 32 of the face material holder 14 is inserted into the insertion hole 23 from the other side as shown in FIG. The one side end 32 is inserted into the cavity 3 while turning in the twist preventing direction of the retaining preventing portion 51, the base end 31 is inserted to the position of the insertion hole 23, and the other side end 33 of the face material presser 14 is It protrudes to the other side of the standing portion 22. After projecting the other end of the face material holder 14 to the other side of the standing part 22 in this way, the wall face material 1 is set on the other side of the standing part 22, and this wall face material 1 The cavity 3 is aligned with the other end 33 and moved laterally so that the end face 1T of the wall face material 1 is aligned with the standing part 22 at a slight interval. Then, from the surface side of the wall surface material 1, the tip of a screwdriver or wrench 101 is inserted between the end surfaces 1T and 1T, the adjustment screw 35 is turned, and the back surface portion 4 of the wall surface material 1 is formed by the end portions 32 and 33. Is pressed to the back surface side, and the back surface portions 4 and 4 are sandwiched and fixed between the face plate portion 21 and the end portions 32 and 33. Further, by this clamping, the sealing tape 41 is sandwiched between the back surface 1U of the wall face material 1 and the face plate portion 21, and the waterproof tape 42 contacts the back surface 1U of the wall face plate 1 in a pressure contact state. The gap between the wall face plate 1 and the face plate portion 21 is closed, and a waterproof seal can be reliably obtained. In this way, after the face material holder 14 is operated from the surface side to fix the wall face material 1, the waterproof rubber packing 45 is fitted between the end faces 1T and 1T of the wall face materials 1 and 1, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, the waterproof rubber packing 45 has a U-shaped cross section, and a groove 45 </ b> A is formed on the inner side of the center and is fitted to the tip edge of the standing portion 22. It fits around the tip edge of the installation portion 22. Thereafter, the joint material 44 is filled between the end faces 1T and 1T on the outside of the waterproof rubber packing 45 and closed. In the mounting structure in which the wall surface material 1 is mounted in this manner, the joint between the end surfaces 1T and 1T is blocked by the joint material 44, and further, between the end surfaces 1T and 1T by the waterproof rubber packing 45 on the back surface of the joint material 44. This prevents the intrusion of water from the front surface side, and further, the waterproof tape 42 closes the gap between the back surface of the wall face plate 1 and the face plate portion 21, and therefore the back surface side of the wall face material 1. Intrusion of water can be reliably prevented.
[0021]
In this way,BothWall face material 1 having a hollow portion 3 opened in end faces 1T, 1T is arranged side by side, and the wall face material 1 is fixed to a steel member 12 as a support member such as a beam or a column. 1, a face plate portion 21 fixed to the steel member 12, a standing portion 22 erected substantially vertically from the face plate portion 21 on the front side of the wall surface material 1, and an insertion hole 23 formed in the standing portion 22 After fixing the mounting member 13 having the structure to the steel member 12, the face material holder 14 is inserted into the insertion hole 23 and the cavity portion 3, and the rear face portion 4 of the wall face member 1 is formed by the face member holder 14 and the face plate portion 21. Therefore, after fixing the mounting member 13 to the steel frame member 12, the end portions 32, 33 of the face material retainer 14 are inserted into the hollow portion 3 of the wall surface member 1, and the end portions 32, 33 are inserted. The back surface portion 4 is sandwiched between the face plate portion 21 and the wall face material 1 is fixed to the standing portion 22, and the wall member presser 14 is attached to the mounting member 13 outside the steel member 12 in this way. To fix the face material 1, Work can be done from the outside, drilling and screwing is excellent in unnecessary and workability.
Also, in this exampleIs standingThe one side wall face material 1 is arranged along one side of the installation part 22, and the one side end part 32 of the face material presser 14 is inserted into the cavity 3 of the one side wall face material 1 through the insertion hole 23. At the same time, the other end 33 of the face material presser 14 is protruded to the other side of the standing part 22, and the cavity 3 of the wall face material 1 on the other side is aligned with the other end 33 of the face material presser 14. After arranging the wall face materials 1 along the other side of the standing portion 22, the face material presser 14 is operated from between the end faces 1T, 1T of the wall face materials 1, 1 on the one side and the other side. The back surface portions 4 and 4 of the wall materials 1 and 1 on the other side are pressed against the face plate portion 21 by the one side end portion 32 and the other side end portion of the face material presser 14. Since the space between the end faces 1T and 1T is operated, the face material presser 14 is operated from the gap between the end faces 1T and 1T to press the back surfaces 4 and 4, so that the wall face materials 1 and 1 on both sides of the wall can be It is possible to fix the end portions at the same time, and it is not necessary to process the wall face material 1 Together, the standing portion 22 and face material pressing and there is no need to weld or the like, it is possible to greatly improve workability in the field. Thus, it is not necessary to use welding for the mounting structure at the site in this way, or the case where it is used is minimal, and the face material presser 14 for pressing the wall face material 1 is not required to be processed on the site at all. Since the face material 1 does not require any on-site processing such as drilling, the installation work does not require skill, and the construction period can be greatly shortened and simplified.
[0022]
Also, in this exampleBothMounting structure of wall face material 1 in which wall face materials 1 having hollow portions 3 opened in end faces 1T and 1T are juxtaposed and wall face material 1 is fixed to a steel member 12 as a support member such as a beam or a column. 1, a face plate portion 21 fixed to the steel member 12, a standing portion 22 erected substantially vertically from the face plate portion 21 on the front side of the wall surface material 1, and an insertion hole 23 formed in the standing portion 22 A mounting member 13 having a surface is fixed to the steel frame member 12, a waterproof tape 42 is attached to the surface of the face plate portion 21, and a face material presser 14 is inserted into the insertion hole 23 and the cavity portion 3. The back surface portion 4 of the wall surface material 1 is sandwiched and fixed by the face plate portion 21 on which the tape 42 is attached, the waterproof tape 42 is brought into contact with the back surface 1U of the wall surface material 1, and the waterproof tape 42 is attached to the wall surface material. Since the back surface 4 of the wall 1 is abutted and fixed by the face material retainer 14 and the face plate portion 21, the waterproof tape 42 attached to the face plate portion 21 is attached to the wall surface 21. Material Sandwiched surface of the face 1U and the face plate portion 21 in close contact, the gap between the face plate back surface 1U and the face plate portion 21 is closed by the waterproof tape 42, it is possible to obtain a reliable waterproof structure.
[0023]
Next, the details of the face material presser 14 will be described. The base end 31 is formed such that the thickness T in the front and back direction is thicker than the thickness t in the width direction that is the cross direction of the front and back. The one side end portion 32 can be inserted into the insertion hole 23, and a leading end side is substantially parallel to the face plate portion 21, and a retaining prevention portion 51 is provided by twisting the base end 31 side by about 90 degrees. It has been. On the other side of the base end 31, a wide alignment portion 52 that abuts against the standing portion 22 around the insertion hole 23 is formed, and on the front side of the wall face material 1 of the base end 31, the pressing member 34 is formed. Is formed, and a recess 53 is formed as an engagement receiving portion with which an engagement end 34K which is one end of the pressing member 34 is engaged. The concave portion 53 is closed on three sides by the wall portions 53A and 53A on both sides in the width direction and the other side wall portion 53B on the other end portion 33 side, and the interval between the wall portions 53A and 53A on both sides is substantially equal to the thickness t. Further, one side of the wall portions 53A, 53A on both sides is open, and a stepped wall portion 53C is formed on one side, and the upper end of the stepped wall portion 53C is continuous with the retaining preventing portion 51. Further, the upper end of the stepped wall portion 53C, the upper surfaces of the wall portions 53A and 53A, and the upper surface of the other side wall portion 53B are formed flush with each other. One end of the pressing member 34 is engaged with the other side of the recess 53, that is, the engaging end 34K of the pressing member 34 can be inserted between the wall portions 53A, 53A and the other side wall portion 53B, It has a length that can be inserted between the other side wall 53B and the stepped wall 53C. The adjustment screw 35 is screwed to the other end side of the pressing member 34, and the tip of the adjustment screw 35 comes into contact with a circular recess 53D formed in the recess 53. Then, the pressing member 34 is temporarily fixed to the concave portion 53 by the adhesive tape 54 attached to the face material holder 14 between the wall portions 53A and 53A. In this case, the adhesive tape 54 serves as a temporary fixing means. When the adjustment screw 35 is operated to protrude the tip of the adjustment screw 35 from the lower surface of the pressing member 34, the other end of the pressing member 34 is lifted from the recess 53, and thus one side of the pressing member 34 is used for the wall. The face material 1 is provided so as to be swingable in the front and back direction. In this case, the tip of the adjustment screw 35 contacts the recess 53D and does not move out of the recess 53D, and the engagement end 34K is regulated by contacting the other side wall 53B that regulates the movement in the length direction. At the same time, it is sandwiched between the wall portions 53A and 53A that restrict the movement in the width direction, and is not removed even if the temporary fixing is released. A tool engagement groove (not shown) is provided at the outer end of the adjustment screw 35 as a tool engagement portion with which a driver, a hexagon wrench or the like is engaged. Therefore, since the pressing member 34 is temporarily fixed to the recess 53 with the adhesive tape, the pressing member 34 does not come off during the operation of inserting the end portion of the face material holder 14 into the cavity 3 and the like. After the face materials 1 and 1 are set, if the adjustment screw 35 is turned in the screwing direction with a screwdriver or a wrench 101, the adhesive tape 54 is stretched or peeled off, and as shown in FIG. It floats up from the recess 53, moves to the surface side of the wall surface material 1 and comes into pressure contact with the surface side edge 23F of the insertion hole 23, so that the end portions 32, 33 on both sides are the back surface portions of the wall surface material 1, 1. Press 4 and 4. In this case, the engaging end 34K of the pressing member 34 is regulated by being engaged with the wall portions 53A and 53A and the other side wall portion 53B, so that the engaging end 34K side of the pressing member 34 is not detached from the concave portion 53. The adjusting screw 35 on the fulcrum and the other end serves as an action point, and the pressing member 34 can be efficiently pressed against the surface side edge 23F of the insertion hole 23 by the action of the lever. In the drawings, the pressing member 34 is temporarily fixed by sticking an adhesive tape 54. However, if the pressing member 34 does not come off from the recess 53 before the adjustment screw 35 is operated, the pressing member 34 is temporarily fixed by an adhesive or the like. In any case, the temporary fixing means can be fixed to the extent that the pressing member 34 does not come off from the recess 53 before the adjustment screw 35 is operated. Therefore, it is sufficient that the other end side of the pressing member 34 has a fixing strength that can be separated from the surface side.
[0024]
In this way,The planeA concave portion 53 that is an engagement receiving portion is provided on the front side of the material presser 14, and a pressing member 34 that is engaged at one end side is disposed in the concave portion 53, and an adjustment screw 35 in the front / back direction is screwed to the other end side of the pressing member 34. After fixing the pressing member 34 and inserting the face material holder 14 into the insertion hole 23, the adjustment screw 35 on the other end side is operated with one end side engaged with the recess 53. The temporary fixing is released and the other end side of the pressing member 34 is separated to the front side, and the separated pressing member 34 is pressed against the surface side edge 23F of the insertion hole 23 to be used for the wall by the face material presser 14 and the face plate portion 21. Since the back surface portion 4 of the face material 1 is clamped and fixed, the pressing member 34 is temporarily fixed to the face material presser 14 with an adhesive tape or the like, and the face material presser 14 temporarily fixed with the pressing member 34 is inserted into the insertion hole 23. By operating the adjusting screw 35 and pressing the pressing member 34 against the front surface side edge 23F of the insertion hole 23, one side and the other side end portions 32, 33 of the face material presser 14 press the back surface portion 4. Thus, the back surface portion 4 of the wall surface material 1 can be clamped and fixed by the face material presser 14 and the face plate portion 21. In this way, the structure of the face material holder 14 can be simplified and a desired performance can be obtained by an extremely simple configuration using the adhesive tape 54 and the like. Before the adjustment screw 35 is operated, it is sufficient to fix the pressing member 34 with an adhesive tape 54 or the like. When the adjustment screw 35 is operated, the back surface portion 4 is sandwiched between the face material presser 14 and the face plate portion 21. The structure of the face material holder 14 can be simplified and a desired performance can be obtained by an extremely simple method of bonding.
[0025]
Next, the self-weight support structure of the wall face material 1 will be described. The standing portion 22 corresponds to the joint portion S of the wall face materials 1 and 1 adjacent to each other in the length direction of the standing portion 22. A substantially rectangular receiving hole 61 is formed, and a rod-shaped self-weight receiving tool 62 is inserted into the receiving hole 61. The self-weight receiver 62 has a substantially rectangular cross section, and a step portion 63 and an inclined step portion 63A continuous with the step portion 63 are formed at the center in the length direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, packing material 64 made of foamed rubber or the like is wound on both sides of the self-weight holder 62 and is provided corresponding to the position of the waterproof tape 42 as shown in FIG. ing. Therefore, as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 9, the step 63 is engaged with the edge of the receiving hole 61 by inserting the weight receiving device 62 into the receiving hole 61 to the center and turning the weight receiving device 62. The position is fixed in the length direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper wall surface material 1 is supported by the self-weight holder 62. In this case, the self-weight holders 62 are provided on both sides of the wall surface material 1, and the wall surface materials 1 are supported one by one by the self-weight receivers 62, 62 on both sides. Moreover, the edge part adjacent to the up-down direction of the wall surface materials 1 and 1 is formed with the protrusion part 5 and the groove part 6 in which this protrusion part 5 engages in the full length direction.
[0026]
In this way,Is verticalBetween the reinforcing bar members 12 serving as the direction support members, the wall face materials 1 with the cavity portion 4 facing sideways are arranged side by side in the vertical direction, and a receiving hole 61 is provided in the standing portion 22. The self-weight holder 62 supporting the face material 1 is inserted and arranged, and the self-weight holders 62 and 62 inserted and arranged in the receiving holes 61 and 61 of the reinforcing bar members 12 and 12 on both sides are used to reduce the weight of the individual wall face materials 1. Since the individual wall face materials 1 are supported on the support members by the weight receivers 62, 62 on both sides and are fixed to the support members by the face material pressers 14, the mounting strength is excellent. Since each sheet is supported and fixed independently, even if a displacement occurs between the wall face materials 1 due to rolling or the like, this can be dealt with and excellent in earthquake resistance.
[0027]
Further, as an effect of the embodiment, since the waterproof tape 42 having a vibration proof property is in contact with the back surface 1U of the wall surface material 1, the waterproof tape 42 absorbs vibration, and the surface material 1 Since the generated vibration can be suppressed, the structure is further improved in earthquake resistance. Further, the insertion hole 23 is in the shape of a long hole in the front and back direction of the wall surface material 1, and the base end 31 of the surface material holder 14 has a thickness T in the front and back direction larger than a thickness t in the front and back cross direction. Since the one side end portion 32 of the face material presser 14 formed is provided with a retaining prevention portion 51 in which the base end 31 side is twisted by approximately 90 degrees, the base end portion 31 has a thickness T in the front and back direction. Since the thickness is thick, it is excellent in strength against the pressing of the pressing member 34, and the one end portion 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 23, and the face material presser 14 is turned in the twisting direction. Once inserted, even if the face material presser 14 is pulled straight, it will not come out, and the work can be performed safely. Further, since the face material presser 14 is provided with an alignment portion 52 that abuts the standing portion 22 and aligns the pressing member 34 with the insertion hole 23, the face material presser 14 is inserted by turning in the twisting direction, When the alignment portion 52 comes into contact with the standing portion 22, the pressing member 34 is correctly aligned with the position of the insertion hole 23, so that workability can be improved.
