Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a bobbin for a synchronous motor of a timepiece used as a drive source of a movement for driving a pointer such as an hour hand or a minute hand.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional synchronous motor bobbin of a timepiece will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 shows a conventional continuous rotation motor, (A) is a plan view, (B) is a side view, FIG. 4 shows a conventional stepping motor, (A) is a plan view, and (B) is a side view. . Note that FIGS. 3A and 4A are cross-sectional views of the bobbin in order to make it easier to grasp the inside of the bobbin. 3 (B) and 4 (B) show a section of the stator in cross section so that the side wall of the bobbin can be easily grasped.
[0003]
Two types of synchronous motors are known: a stepping

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Normally, the rotor of a continuous rotation motor used for driving a pointer rotates at a high speed of 8 hertz (480 rpm), whereas the rotor of a stepping motor also used for driving a pointer is a low speed of 0.5 hertz (30 rpm). To rotate intermittently. Therefore, the current consumption of the continuous rotation motor in which the rotor continuously rotates at a high speed is much higher than the current consumption of the stepping motor that rotates intermittently at a low speed. Therefore, in order to suppress the current consumption of the continuous rotation motor, the density of magnetic flux for driving the rotor is increased by increasing the number of coil turns. For this reason, since the number of turns of the coil of the continuous rotation motor is large, the diameter of the bobbin is set larger than the diameter of the bobbin of the stepping motor.
[0006]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the
[0007]
Thus, since the distance between both arms of the stay other continuous rotary motor and a stepping motor each different, it was not possible to share the bobbin. That is, even if a large bobbin used for a continuous rotation motor is used and a stator for a stepping motor is to be mounted, the arm of the stator is in contact with the bobbin, so that it cannot be mounted. It is possible to share the bobbin by making the distance between both arms of the stator of the stepping motor substantially the same as the distance between both arms of the stator of the continuous rotation motor, but in this case the stator of the stepping motor is large. And costly.
[0008]
Therefore, the bobbin of the continuous rotation motor and the bobbin of the stepping motor have to be manufactured separately, which is expensive. Further, the bobbin of the continuous rotation motor and the bobbin of the stepping motor have to be managed separately, and management is difficult.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and its purpose is to maintain a size of the stator by associating a plurality of stators each having a different interval between both arms with one bobbin. It is an object of the present invention to provide a synchronous motor bobbin for a watch that reduces the cost and facilitates the management of the bobbin.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a flat plate-like and substantially U-shaped stator having a through hole through which one arm of the stator is inserted and a coil wound around the outer periphery, and both ends of the core In a synchronous motor bobbin provided with a side wall whose surface shape facing the insertion direction to the through hole is symmetrical with respect to the center line of the lateral width , insertion of the other arm of the stator on the outer periphery of the side wall A notch was provided.
[0011]
Therefore, since the stators with different distances between the arms can be associated with one bobbin, for example, the bobbin of the continuous rotation motor and the bobbin of the stepping motor can be shared to reduce the cost and facilitate the management of the bobbin. it can.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first specific example of the synchronous motor bobbin of the timepiece of the invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a continuous rotation motor of this example, (A) is a plan view, (B) is a side view, FIG. 2 shows a stepping motor of this example, (A) is a plan view, and (B) is a plan view. It is a side view. Note that FIGS. 1A and 2A show a cross section of the bobbin portion so that the inside of the bobbin can be easily grasped. Further, FIGS. 1B and 2B show a portion of the stator in cross section so that the side wall of the bobbin can be easily grasped.

With this configuration, a single bobbin can support stators with different distances between both arms. For example, the bobbin of the continuous rotation motor and the bobbin of the stepping motor can be shared to reduce costs and manage the bobbin easily. Can be. In this specific example, the bobbin of the motor for continuous rotation and the bobbin of the stepping motor are shared. However, the bobbin is shared by two types of stators for continuous rotation motors, and the distance between both arms is different. The bobbin may be shared by two different types of stepping motor stators.
[0019]
FIG. 5 is a side view showing another specific example of the bobbin. In addition, in order to make it easy to grasp the side wall of the bobbin, the stator portion of the stepping motor is shown in cross section. In this specific example, the substantially

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a core portion having a through-hole through which one arm of a stator formed in a flat plate shape and a substantially U-shape is inserted and a coil is wound around the outer periphery, and a core In a synchronous motor bobbin having a side wall provided at both ends of the part, a notch for inserting the other arm of the stator is provided on the outer peripheral part of the side wall.
[0021]
Therefore, a single bobbin can correspond to stators with different distances between both arms. For example, the bobbin of the continuous rotation motor and the bobbin of the stepping motor can be shared to reduce the cost while maintaining the size of the stator. Bobbin management can be facilitated.
