【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材に係り、更に詳しくは、遊技機内に交換可能にセットされる遊技盤の裏側に取着される裏セット部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の遊技機の代表例の一つであるパチンコ機(主として図柄表示型式を例とする)では、機内にセットされる遊技盤に必要な遊技部品として、各種の入賞器具、図柄表示装置、装飾具等が配設されており、また「球寄せカバー、球案内樋」とも呼ばれている適宜形状,サイズの球排出部材が取着されている。そしてパチンコゲームにおいて、各々の入賞器具に入って遊技盤裏側へ通出されるセーフ球を、当該の球排出部材により適宜区分しながら機構セット盤のセーフ球処理部側へ排出するようになっている。一方、上記図柄表示装置については、ゲーム内容に合わせて、図柄ドラムや絵柄リールに代表される機械的表示形態や発光ダイオードや液晶に代表される電子的表示形態が使用され、遊技盤の裏側に装備されてその図柄表示域(ディスプレー域)を前面に臨ませている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで従来から実施されているパチンコ機にあっては、選定された球排出部材と、主要遊技部品である図柄表示装置とが、遊技盤裏側の個々の位置に組付けセットされている。すなわち球排出部材については、遊技領域に対応する範囲にビス等で位置決めセットされて、各々の排出樋(路)を夫々の入賞器具の出口に合わせており、また図柄表示装置については、一般例として遊技領域の中央部に取着された表示枠体の裏側に合わせてビス等で位置決めセットされて、その図柄表示域を表示枠体の窓口に臨ませている。言換えると、従来から使用されている球排出部材は、位置決めセットされる一つの部材でありながら、図柄表示装置を組付けセットし得る形態でもなく、またその機能もなかった。このため、球排出部材と図柄表示装置との一体化、つまり同部材に対して予じめ同装置を組付けセットして一つにユニット化しておくことができず、別々に取扱い、保管しなければならない。また遊技盤の製作においては、双方を個々に組付けなければならないために、作業の簡素化、特に機械的(自動的)な組付けを図ることができない。そして、図柄表示装置の点検,交換等に際しては、同装置の着脱に手間が掛かり煩わしい、等の多くの問題が指摘されていた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、各種の遊技部品を配設した遊技盤の裏側へ通出される遊技球(セーフ球を含む)を排出案内し得ると共に、裏側に位置する図柄表示装置を手早く簡単に組付けセットし得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材は、
遊技領域内の各部に遊技球用の各種の遊技部品を配置すると共に、遊技領域に臨む裏側の所定位置に図柄表示装置を装備した遊技盤がセットされたパチンコ遊技機にあって、
前記遊技盤裏面の所定位置に合わせて取着される排出カバー部と、この排出カバー部に一体成形されたセット台部と、前記図柄表示装置に取着されてセット台部にセット保持されるセット用具とを備え、
前記排出カバー部では、その中央部に前記図柄表示装置に適した広さの窓口を形成すると共に、この窓口の周囲に前記各種の遊技部品に入って裏側に通出される遊技球の排出樋を成形し、前記左右何れか一方の排出樋の裏面に中継基板用の設置部を成形し、
前記セット台部では、前記窓口に臨む前記設置部側に第１の保持台を成形すると共に、他方側に第２の保持台を成形し、
前記第１の保持台については、その台板の上下端に筒状の保持片を裏向きに突設すると共に、該台板の中央部にロック解除用の操作口を形成し、
前記第２の保持台については、その台板に係合孔を形成し、
前記セット用具では、図柄表示装置における前記第１の保持台に対応する一方側に第１の保持具を備えると共に、他方側に第２の保持具を備え、
前記第１の保持具については、図柄表示装置の一方側にビスで取着するためのビス孔付きのボス部が裏側上下両端に成形された本体の前側に、前記第１の保持台における保持片の嵌合用の孔を有する筒部を形成すると共に、該本体の前側中央部に前記第１の保持台における台板の中央部に係合し得る弾性変形可能な係合片を形成し、
前記第２の保持具については、図柄表示装置の他方側にビスで取着するためのビス孔付きのボス部が前側上下両端に成形された本体の中央部に成形した整合部に、前記第２の保持台の係合孔に嵌挿される割形状の係合筒および該係合筒への出没操作により係合筒を半径方向へ開閉変化させる操作ピンからなる施錠具を組付け、
前記セット台部における第１の保持台の保持片に対して図柄表示装置にビス止めした第１の保持具における筒部の嵌合用の孔を嵌合して各筒部を第１の保持台の台板に当接させた状態で、第１の保持台における台板の中央部に第１の保持具の係合片を着脱可能に弾性的に係合ロックすると共に、セット台部における第２の保持台の台板と図柄表示装置にビス止めした第２の保持具における本体の整合部を嵌合した状態で、第２の保持台の係合孔に対して第２の保持具における施錠具の係合筒を嵌挿し、操作ピンを係合筒内に押し込むことにより係合筒を拡開変化して係合孔に着脱可能に係合することで、前記排出カバー部の窓口に合わせて前記図柄表示装置をセット保持し得るようにしたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
裏セット部材における排出カバー部の窓口の左右両側にセット台部を一体成形すると共に、このセット台部に係合し得るセット用具の保持具を図柄表示装置の両側に取着する。そして、前記セット台部の保持台にセット用具の保持具を係合するだけで、前記図柄表示装置が窓口内の所定位置に位置決め固定され、ユニット化部材として取扱い得る。このユニット化された裏セット部材を遊技盤裏面に取着セットすることにより、遊技球(セーフ球を含む)の好適な排出案内がなされると共に、前記図柄表示装置が遊技領域における所定位置に臨むようになる。また、機械的なビス止め作業が可能となるので、遊技盤の裏作業の合理化、ひいては製作工程の簡素化(簡素簡略化)を図り得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、一般的なパチンコ機の場合において、機内の正面に着脱可能にセットされる遊技盤の裏側に裏セット部材が実施される例を主に示す。

先ず前記遊技盤１では、図１および図２に略示するように、円形状のレール２内に遊技領域の縦央最下部にアウト口１３が形成されており、一方各種の遊技部品として、縦央上端部に入賞具４および図柄表示具５を設けた表示枠体３と、可変式の始動入賞具６と左右の普通入賞具７,７、そして左右に普通入賞具９,９を成形した特別入賞装置８が夫々配設されて、これらの入賞用部品に入ったセーフ球が当該の出口から遊技盤１の裏側へ通出されるようになっている。またこの他に、左右の入球検出具１０,１０、ランプ付き回転案内具１１,１１およびランプ表示具１２,１２等が配置されている。一方遊技盤１の裏側において、図柄表示装置１４が表示枠体３の裏側に合わせて装備されている。この装置１４については、電子制御処理に基いて図柄変動表示し得る公知の液晶画像表示タイプのものが例とされ、必要な構成部材がケース１５内に収納されて１つの表示ユニットで取扱い得るようになっている。なお、この装置１４の組付け等については、後に詳述する。

前述した遊技盤１に好適に実施される本実施例の裏セット部材は、セーフ球の排出案内と前記図柄表示装置１４の簡単な組付けセットとを可能にし得るもので、図２,図３に示すように、概要として排出カバー部Ａとセット台部Ｂとを合わせて合成樹脂成形した１つのカバーセット部材に構成されている。そこでこのような裏セット部材において、先ず排出カバー部Ａでは、図示のように遊技盤１の主要部裏面に対応し得る方形枠サイズに成形された本体２１において、図柄可変表示装置１４と干渉しない方形開口広さの窓口２２が成形されており、この窓口２２に沿った周囲部に、斜状の通路２３ａ,２４ａを有する上下の横樋２３,２４と、通路２５ａ,２６ａを有する左右の縦樋２５,２６が成形されて、これらが互いに平面直角状に連設されている。また下の横樋２４の下部に、前記特別入賞装置８と干渉しない開口広さの口２７が成形されており、そして両側の縦樋２５,２６の外側縁上下部に、取着片２８,２８が一体に成形されている。なお、双方の縦樋２５,２６の通路２５ａ,２６ａ内に複数個の緩衝片２９,２９が上下千鳥状に配設されており、また下の横樋２４の下流端に成形された口３０に、前記始動入賞具６に対する検出スイッチ１８が着脱可能に組付けられている。

そしてこの排出カバー部Ａにおいて、左の縦樋２５の背面(外面)中段部に、中継基板用の設置部３１が成形されている。この設置部３１は、２種類の中継基板を設置可能とし得るもので、図３,図４に示すように、所定の縦長方形枠状に成形された枠座３２の下端に、中継基板の下端縁の差込み口３４を有する嵌合座３３が成形され、また枠座３２の上端および中央上部に、ビス孔付きの第１,第２のボス部３５,３６が１個ずつ突設されている。これによりこの設置部３１では、主体となる枠座３２および嵌合座３３に中継基板を当て合わせて固支するもとで、図５に例示するように、第１ボス部３５を利用して大型(長尺)の第１種中継基板１９をビス止めし得、また図６に例示するように、第２ボス部３６を利用して小型(短尺)の第２種の中継基板２０をビス止めし得るようになっており、何れの中継基板１９,２０も１個のビスの締付け作業で手早く簡単にセットし得るようになっている。ちなみに各種の中継基板１９,２０は、予じめ設置部３１にセットしておくことも可能であり、各種の遊技部品における電気部品(例えばランプ基板,スイッチ,ソレノイド等)に係る各種タイプのコネクタ４７,４７が配置接続されている。

また前記本体２１の各部に、配線処理用の挿通保持部３７が一体に成形されている。この挿通保持部３７は、配線を内外方向から挟み込むように挿通して抜止めし得るもので、具体的には図３,図５,図９,図１１および図１２等に示すように、外側向きに開口した挿通口３９を有する鈎形のホルダ３８と、内側向き(遊技盤裏面向き)に突出されたフック状の掛止片４０とが単位例とされて、上の横樋２３および左右の縦樋２５,２６の各周縁部分に所要数ずつ配設されている。これにより図７に例示するように、適宜電気部品(従来のランプ基板８１)と中継基板１９,２０とに夫々のコネクタ５０,４７,４９Ａ,４９Ｂを介して接続されるようにしたＡ種の配線４８Ａについては、裏セット部材の取着セット前の段階において、予じめ各々の挿通保持部３７に挿通しておくことができる。また図８に例示するように、電気部品(ランプ基板８１)にハンダ付け接続されて中継基板１９,２０にコネクタ４７,４９Ｂを介して接続されるようにしたＢ種の配線４８Ｂについては、裏セット部材の取着セット後において、所要位置の挿通保持部３７に挿通して伸張状態に保持できる。

なお、排出カバー部Ａにおけるその余の構成として、図３に示すように、左の縦樋２５の背面上,下部に配線用の保持片４１,４１が成形され、また上の横樋２３の下縁に前記表示枠体３の裏面に対する当接片４２が、口２７の左右内周縁にセーフ球用の球止め片４３,４３が夫々成形されている。そして、本実施例の裏セット部材が遊技盤１の裏面に右側基準でセットされる例にあって、右側上下の取着片２８,２８に遊技盤１裏面に成形される基準座孔(図示しない)に対する位置決め部４４,４４が成形されると共に、裏機構セット盤における裏カバー(共に図示しない)のための係合筒４５,４５が突出成形されている。

一方前記セット台部Ｂでは、図３,図９,図１１および図１２に示すように、前述した排出カバー部Ａの窓口２２の内側左右に成形された第１,第２の保持台５１,５５を備えている。左側の第１保持台５１については、前記左の縦樋２５の右側縁から一体に成形された縦長の台板５２の上,下端に筒状の保持片５３,５３が外向きに突設されており、また台板５２の中央部右縁にロック解除用の操作口５４が形成されている。なお、双方の保持片５３の外頭部は面取りされている。これに対して右側の第２保持台５５については、前記右の縦樋２６の左側縁から一体に成形された台板５６に円形の係合孔５７が形成されている。そしてこのようなセット台部Ｂに対して、後述するセット用具Ｃが着脱可能に組付けられるようになっている。

上述のセット台部Ｂに対するセット用具Ｃでは、図３,図９および図１０等に示すように、前記図柄表示装置１４の左右に位置決め固定される第１,第２の保持具５８,６４を備えている。左側の第１保持具５８については、縦長の本体５９の内側(前側)上,下に嵌合用の孔６１,６１を有する筒部６０,６０が成形され、また本体５９の内側中央部に弾性変形可能な係合片６２が前向きに形成されており、そして本体５９の上,下端にビス孔付きのボス部６３,６３が突設されている。これに対して右側の第２保持具６４については、縦長の本体６５の中央部に成形された整合部６６に第２保持台５５の係合孔５７に対する施錠具６８が組付けられ、また本体６５の内側(前側)上,下端にビス孔付きのボス部６７,６７が成形されている。そして通常の状態として、夫々の保持具５８,６４が、図柄表示装置１４のケース１５の左前側と右前側の位置において、夫々のボス６３,６７をケース１５の各取着片１６,１６に合わせてビス１７,１７で取着されている。なお施錠具６８は、本体６５に嵌挿支持した割形状の係合筒６９を、摘み式の操作ピン７０の出没操作により半径方向へ開閉変化させて係合孔５７に係止し得るようになっている。

また本実施例の裏セット部材では、排出カバー部Ａにおける左右の縦樋２５,２６の下部に成形された夫々のセット口４６に、照明具７１が外側(裏側)から着脱可能にセットし得るようになっている。この照明具７１は、具体的には前記左右の入賞具７,７に照明表示機能が付加される場合に応じて使用されるもので、図１３および図１４に例示するように、指先操作によりセット口４６に着脱可能に嵌合固定し得るホルダ７２と、このホルダ７２内にビス止めされてランプ８３を接続保持するランプ基板８１とを有してユニット化されている。そして、ホルダ７２では収容凹部７３を有する箱枠状に成形されて、ビス孔７５およびピン孔７６を有する支片部７４の左右両側に、係合爪７８および操作部７９を有する弾性変形可能な一対の係止片７７,７７が成形され、また外側下縁に排出カバー部Ａに対する係止部８０が突設されている。一方、ランプ基板８１では、通電用の接続ピン(２本１組として２組を例示)８２が前後に挿通されてランプ回路にハンダ付け固定されており、そしてホルダ７２の支片部７４に取着されて各組の接続ピン８２をピン孔７６から前方に延出し、この前端部分にランプ８３が差込み接続されている。

このように構成された照明具７１は、各セット口に対してホルダ７２を単に嵌込むことにより、両側の係止片７７がセット口４６の係合口４６ａに係合し、また係止部８０がセット口４６の外側下縁に係合して位置決めセットし得、ランプ８３を当該入賞具７,７の裏側左右に位置させ得る(図１５,図１６参照)。そしてこのセット状態において、各組の接続ピン８２の後端部を前記Ａ種の配線４８Ａを介して中継基板１９,２０にコネクタ接続し得る。一方この照明具７１を取外す場合には、指先操作により両側の係止片７７を閉鎖方向に弾性変形させることにより、セット口４６の係合口４６ａと係合爪７８との係合が解除されて、外側(裏側)に抜外すことができる。なお照明具７１については、各組の接続ピン８２の後端部を省略してランプ基板８１の所要位置に前記Ｂ種の配線４８Ｂをハンダ付け接続して、中継基板１９,２０にコネクタ接続し得るようにしたタイプも好適に使用し得る。何れのタイプの照明具７１にあっても、予じめセット口４６に組付けセットしておくことも可能であり、ホルダ７２の支片部７４前面に、ランプ８３用の位置決め片８４を設けてもよい。

【実施例の作用】
前述のように構成された本実施例のパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材の作用として、実施の形態,取扱い,設置(組付け)および球排出等の状態を説明する。

本実施例の裏セット部材は、通常の状態としてセット台部Ｂに対して図柄表示装置１４の両側に取着されたセット用具Ｃを係合および施錠したもとで、排出カバー部Ａに同装置１４がセットされた１つのユニット化部材として取扱い得ると共に保管できる。具体例として第１の保持台５１と保持具５８との組付けでは、図３,図９および図１１に示すように、上,下の筒部６０が孔６１を介して当該の保持片５３に嵌合されると共に、各筒部６０が台板５２に当接され、また台板５２の中央部右縁に係合片６２が弾性的に係合ロックされる。一方、第２の保持台５５と保持具６４との組付けでは、図３,図９および図１２に示すように、台板５６と本体６５の整合部６６が嵌合されると共に、施錠具６８の係合筒６９が係合孔５７に嵌挿される。このもとで操作ピン７０を押込むことにより、係合筒６９が拡開変化して係合孔５７に係合される。これにより図柄表示装置１４が、ビスや工具等を一切不要にして手早く簡単に組付けセットし得、そして適正姿勢に安定良く保持できる。

一方図柄表示装置１４の組外しについては、セット台部Ｂに対するセット用具Ｃの簡単なロック解除操作により、外側(裏側)ヘ楽に取外しできる。具体例として、第２の保持台５５に対する保持具６４の解除および分離では、施錠具６８の操作ピン７０を引くことにより、係合筒６９が狭閉変形して係合孔５７との係合を解除し、保持具６４が単に当接したままの状態とされる。また、第１の保持台５１に対する保持具５８の解除および分離では、係合片６２を指先操作で反係合方向へ押込んで変形させることにより、台板５２との係合が解除される。このもとで、図柄表示装置１４と共に保持具５８を外側へ引出すことにより、上,下の保持片５３から筒部６０が抜き外される。これにより、同装置１４が双方の保持具５８,６４を取着したまま簡単に取外しできる。なお、この組外しにあっては、適当な杆状部材(例えばドライバーでもよい)を、台板５２の操作口５４から挿入して係合片６２を変化させてもよく、これによれば作業が一層楽にできる。

そして、図柄表示装置１４を組付けセットしたまま取扱い得る裏セット部材では、遊技盤１の製作工程にあって、各種の遊技部品(図１参照)等が装着された後の裏作業において、盤裏面の所定位置に排出カバー部Ａを合わせて手作業または機械作業により各取着片２８をビス止めすることによりセットされて、各樋２３,２４,２５,２６が夫々の遊技部品の出口に連絡されると共に、図柄表示装置１４が表示枠体３の裏側に整合される。また、各種の電気部品に接続される配線４８Ａ,４８Ｂを夫々の挿通保持部３７に保持するもとで、設置部３１に設置された中継基板１９,２０に接続し得る。このような裏セット部材のセット状態において、セーフ球の排出態様等を観ると、上部の入賞具４に入ったセーフ球は、上の横樋２３の通路２３ａから右の縦樋２６の通路２６ａに通出され、普通入賞具７,７に入ったセーフ球は、左右の縦樋２５,２６の通路２５ａ,２６ａに通出される。そして各縦樋２５,２６に通出された夫々のセーフ球は、緩衝片２９,２９により好適に減勢されて衝撃緩和された状態で落下し、また始動入賞具６に入ったセーフ球は、下の横樋２４の通路２４ａから左の縦樋２５側へ案内されて検出スイッチ１８を通過して落下する。

一方遊技盤１の設計・製作段階において、所定位置の入賞用部品(図示普通入賞具７,７)に照明表示機能を付加する場合には、前述のように取着セットされた裏セット部材の各セット口４６に対して、外側(裏側)から照明具７１を指先操作で簡単に組付けセットし得、そして夫々のランプ８３,８３を各々の普通入賞具７の裏側左右に位置させ得る(図１５,図１６参照)。このセット状態において、各組の接続ピン８２を配線４８Ａを介して中継基板１９,２０にコネクタ接続したもとで、パチンコゲーム中において、ランプ基板８１への通電時にランプ８３が点灯または点滅されて、当該入賞具７,７を裏側から照明することができる。また照明具７１を点検や交換に伴い取外す場合には、前述したように、指先操作により両側の係止片７７の係合爪７８とセット口４６の係合口４６ａとの係合を解除してホルダ７２単位で抜外すことができる。特にこのような照明具７１によれば、配線４８Ａが裏セット部材の外側に延出されるので、各縦樋２５,２６内を通出するセーフ球との干渉を未然に回避し得、また配線処理に煩わされることなく裏セット部材を楽にセットできる。

本発明の対象とする裏セット部材は、パチンコ機の他にアレンジボール機の遊技盤にも好適に使用し得、各種の入球用部品に入って裏側へ通出される遊技球の所定位置や特定検出位置への排出案内と、盤裏面の中央部に装備される主要遊技部品の組付けセットを図ることが可能である。何れの遊技盤に使用される裏セット部材にあっても、遊技盤裏面に対して開閉(横開き)可能に取着される形態であってもよい。特にセット台部については、双方の保持台を図示実施例とは反対位置に配設してもよく、また対象とする主要遊技部品の形態等に応じてセット台部を変更した形態、つまり図示実施例において、セット用具Ｃの双方の保持具５８,６４を適当な形状の保持台として排出カバー部Ａの窓口２２側に成形したタイプにすることも可能である。なお、これに対しては、セット台部Ｂの双方の保持台５１,５５を適宜形状の保持具として別成形して図柄表示装置１４の両側に取着するように変更される。そしてセット台部にセットされる主要な遊技部品については、前述した図柄表示装置１４の他に、図柄ドラム(絵柄リール)式の図柄表示装置や大型の電動式入賞装置の裏側部品あるいは図柄組合わせ表示装置の裏側部分等が対象とされる。

【発明の効果】
以上に説明した如く、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機用の裏セット部材によれば、排出カバー部の窓口の左右両側に一体に成形したセット台部の保持台に、図柄表示装置の両側に取着したセット用具の保持具を係合するだけで、裏セット部材に図柄表示装置を、ビスや工具等を一切不要にし手早く簡単に組付けセットし得る。従って、図柄表示装置を予じめ取着セットした１つのユニット化部材として取扱い得ると共に、遊技盤への取付けには、手作業の他に機械的(自動的)な組付けも可能となり、組付け作業の簡素化を図り得る。また、図柄表示装置の点検や交換等に際しては、セット台部に対するセット用具の簡単なロック解除操作のみで取外しでき、保守・点検の合理化をなし得る、等の効果を奏する。
