従来、給水湯管を防水パン等の床部材に上下方向に貫通して配置する場合、図6もしくは図7に示す配管構造が採用されている。すなわち、図6に示す配管構造は、防水パンの配管孔が形成された配管部101に、複数個(図では8個)の貫通部104aが設けられたゴム製の弾性を有する配管部材104を配置すると共に、この配管部材104の適宜位置の2個の貫通部104aに、配管孔内に配管されている給水管102と給湯管103とを貫通させ、この状態で配管部材104を固定板105と共に木ネジ106によって配管部101に固定するようにしたものである。
