F=C1・V…(1)
F=A・P…(2)
V=Q/A…(3)
Q=α・a1√(P)…(4)
【0031】
a1=(A2/C1・α)・√(P)…(5)
F=C2・V+F2…(6)
F=A・P…(7)
V=Q/A…(8)
Q=α・a2√(P)…(9)
【0032】
a2=(A2/C2・α)[√(P)−P2/√(P)]…(10)
a2=0 (ただし、P≦P2)
a2=(A2/C2・α)[√(P)−P2/√(P)] (ただし、P>P2)…(11)
ar=max(a1,a2)…(12)
【0035】
ai=0 (ただし、P≦Pi)
ai=(A2/Ci・α)[√(P)−Pi/√(P)] (ただし、P>Pi)…(13)
ただし、i=2,3,…N

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a high damping device for damping a structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to attenuate vibrations caused by wind and earthquakes in high-rise buildings, seismic elements such as braces and walls are incorporated in the column beam frame of the structure, and this seismic element and the frame body are connected by a damper. Various methods for attenuating the vibration of the structure have been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 5-59841 and 6-2450).
[0003]
By the way, the vibration period is different between the vibration of the structure due to the wind and the vibration due to the earthquake, and therefore the damping characteristics of the damper which are optimal for attenuating these vibrations are also different.
[0004]
Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-2450, the damping force characteristic of the damper and the relief valve provided inside the piston of the damper is shown in FIG. Ca) is set to a polygonal line characteristic consisting of a portion with a moderate slope (damping coefficient Cb = medium) and a portion with a gentle slope (damping coefficient Cc = small). The part exerts a vibration damping action against an earthquake, and the part Cc is designed to suppress the structure while protecting the structure against an excessive external force.
[0005]
In order to change the damping force in this manner, the damping force generated by the damper is controlled by providing a slit in the regulating valve.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the damping force characteristic is given by the slit provided in the regulating valve, the damping force characteristic cannot be changed, and the damping force characteristic obtained by the vibration analysis using the structure model and the actual structure If there is a difference in the vibration characteristics, the best vibration control effect cannot be obtained.
[0007]
Also, the adjusting valve that gives the damping force characteristics is inside the piston. If the damping force is adjusted according to the vibration characteristics of the actual structure, the damper is disassembled and the slit of the adjusting valve is reworked. It was necessary and time-consuming to adjust, and even after the installation, if there was a malfunction in the adjusting valve etc., it had to be disassembled one by one, and maintenance was troublesome.
[0008]
Furthermore, depending on the required damping force characteristics, the shape of the slit becomes very complex, cumbersome and expensive, and the optimum damping force cannot be handled simply by changing the shape of the slit. It may not be possible to impart properties.
[0009]
The present invention aims to solve such problems.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the first invention is the damping device for damping, wherein a damper is interposed between the frame body of the structure and the earthquake-resistant element so as to attenuate the vibration of the structure. A double rod type cylinder (10) filled with a working fluid as a damper, a communication circuit (15) communicating with both cylinder chambers defined by the pistons of the cylinder, and a cylinder connected to the communication circuit. A control valve (30) configured on the body, means (32a, 32b) for detecting the pressure before and after the control valve, means (31) for detecting the opening degree of the control valve, and vibration of the
[0011]
According to a second invention, in the first invention, the damping force characteristic setting means selects a damping force which is smaller with respect to the piston speed at that time in order to synthesize a plurality of linear damping characteristics. It is supposed to be.
[0012]
According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, the calculation means for the control valve opening area includes a flow rate obtained from the differential pressure across the control valve and the opening area, a piston speed obtained from the flow rate, and a piston Based on the speed and the damping force obtained from the damping coefficient, the control valve opening area is calculated so that this damping force becomes the set damping force.
[0013]
[Action]
In the first invention, when the structure is shaken, a relative displacement difference is generated between the frame body and the earthquake-resistant element, and the piston of the cylinder is displaced accordingly. Due to the displacement of the piston, the working fluid moves between the left and right cylinder chambers via the communication circuit. At this time, a fluid resistance is generated according to the opening of the control valve, which becomes a damping force that absorbs and attenuates the displacement difference. , Reduce the shaking of the structure.
[0014]
The relationship between the piston speed and the damping force is set in advance so that the damping force at this time becomes a predetermined damping force characteristic corresponding to the period of shaking of the structure. As a result, the opening degree of the control valve is feedback-controlled. For this reason, the target damping force is generated with high accuracy with respect to the piston speed. In addition, since the generated damping force can be set to different characteristics as required, an optimum damping action can be exhibited in accordance with the vibration characteristics of the actual structure. Since the control valve for controlling the damping force is configured separately from the cylinder, it is easy to perform maintenance and inspection without having to disassemble the cylinder.
In addition, the damping force characteristic corresponding to the actual vibration characteristic of the structure can be set with high accuracy, and an optimum vibration damping action can be obtained.
[0016]
In the second invention, the vibration of the structure is appropriately damped, and an excessive damping reaction force is prevented from acting on the structure against a large shake and the like can be protected.
[0017]
In the third aspect of the invention, the piston speed and flow rate are calculated from the detected differential pressure across the control valve, and the control valve opening area necessary for generating a predetermined damping force can be calculated only by the pressure detection means, and the apparatus is increased accordingly. Simplification and cost reduction.

For example, assume that the target damping force characteristic is shown in FIG. 5A, and the opening degree characteristic of the electromagnetic
[0028]
The damping force characteristic indicated by the solid line is a composite characteristic of two linear characteristics (1) and (2), and the respective damping coefficients are C 1 and C 2. In this case, the damping force control characteristic is the piston speed. On the other hand, the smaller one of the linear characteristics (1) and (2) may be selected.
[0029]
Now, the damping force characteristics of the straight line (1) are the generated damping force F and the piston speed V,
F = C 1・ V ... (1)
Given in. Here, if the compressibility of the working fluid is ignored, the damping force F and the piston speed V are
F = A ・ P ... (2)
V = Q / A (3)
However, P is a differential pressure (| Pa-Pb |) of the
[0030]
Further, the piston discharge amount (valve passing flow rate) Q is calculated from the valve opening area a 1 and the differential pressure P before and after the valve opening area a 1 .
Q = α · a 1 √ (P) (4)
However, α is obtained as a constant. Accordingly, the valve opening area a 1 (see FIG. 5 (B)) of the electromagnetic proportional control valve for generating the characteristic of the straight line (1) is obtained as follows by these equations (1) to (4). .
[0031]
a 1 = (A 2 / C 1 · α) · √ (P) (5)
Next, the damping force characteristic of the straight line (2) is
F = C 2 · V + F 2 (6)
However, F 2 is given as a damping force when the piston speed V = 0. Also, just like the straight line (1),
F = A ・ P ... (7)
V = Q / A (8)
Q = α · a 2 √ (P) (9)
However, a 2 is required to the valve opening area. When the valve opening area a 2 is obtained from these equations (6) to (9), it is as follows.
[0032]
a 2 = (A 2 / C 2 · α) [√ (P) −P 2 / √ (P)] (10)
However, P 2 is the pressure when the piston speed = 0 (= F 2 / A)
In this formula (10), the range of P ≦ P 2 (F ≦ F 2 ) need not be controlled.
a 2 = 0 (where P ≦ P 2 )
a 2 = (A 2 / C 2 · α) [√ (P) −P 2 / √ (P)] (where P> P 2 ) (11)
Therefore, if the valve opening area is controlled to be a 2 based on this, the characteristic of the straight line (2) can be obtained.
[0033]
As described above, the overall damping force characteristic can be selected by selecting the smaller one of the straight lines (1) and (2). Therefore, the valve opening areas a 1 and a 2 have a large valve opening area. Since the generated damping force is smaller, the larger value ar among the calculated values of a 1 and a 2 may be selected. Therefore,
ar = max (a 1 , a 2 ) (12)
However, max (a 1 , a 2 ) means that the larger one of a 1 and a 2 is selected.
[0034]
In the above description, the control of the damping force characteristic obtained by synthesizing the two straight lines (1) and (2) has been described. 【The invention's effect】
A first invention is a damping device for damping that is interposed between a frame body of a structure and a seismic element so as to attenuate the vibration of the structure, and the working fluid as the damper is enclosed. A double rod type cylinder, a communication circuit communicating the cylinder chambers defined by the piston of the cylinder, a control valve interposed in the communication circuit, means for detecting the pressure before and after the control valve, and a control Means for detecting the opening degree of the valve, means for setting the damping force characteristic corresponding to the period of shaking of the structure, and the opening area of the control valve for providing the set damping force characteristic based on the detected differential pressure before and after And a means for feedback-controlling the opening of the control valve so as to have this opening area, when the structure is shaken, the piston of the cylinder is displaced accordingly, and accordingly Transfer of working fluid On the other hand, a fluid resistance is generated according to the opening of the control valve, which becomes a damping force that absorbs and attenuates the displacement of the structure, and reduces the shaking of the structure. Since the opening degree of the control valve is feedback-controlled so as to obtain a predetermined damping force characteristic corresponding to the vibration cycle of the control valve and to obtain this set damping force characteristic, the piston speed Therefore, the target damping force can be generated with high accuracy, and the generated damping force can be set to a different characteristic as required, corresponding to the vibration characteristics of the actual structure, While the optimum vibration damping function can be achieved, the control valve for controlling the damping force is configured separately from the cylinder, so there is no need to disassemble the cylinder for maintenance and inspection, and work efficiency is improved. Improvement can be achieved.
Further, since the setting means for the damping force characteristic is set such that the relationship between the piston speed and the damping force is a damping force characteristic obtained by synthesizing a plurality of linear damping characteristics having a predetermined damping coefficient. A damping force characteristic corresponding to the actual vibration characteristic can be set with high accuracy, and an optimum vibration damping action can be obtained.
[0046]
In the second invention, since the setting means for the damping force characteristic selects a damping force which is smaller with respect to the piston speed at that time to synthesize a plurality of linear damping characteristics, The vibration can be appropriately damped, and an excessive damping reaction force can be prevented from acting on the structure against a large shake and the like can be protected.
[0047]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the calculation means for the control valve opening area is a flow rate obtained from the differential pressure across the control valve and the opening area, a piston speed obtained from the flow rate, a damping force obtained from the piston speed and a damping coefficient. Based on the above, the control valve opening area is calculated so that this damping force becomes the set damping force, so that the piston speed and flow rate are calculated from the detected differential pressure across the control valve, and the predetermined damping force is obtained only by the pressure detection means. The control valve opening area required for generating force can be calculated, and the apparatus can be simplified and the cost can be reduced accordingly.
