本発明は毛染用容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、毛髪の染色は、毛染液をハケを用いて塗布するのが極一般に行われている方法である。また、最近では、押し下げ噴出式の注出管を上面中央より上方付勢状態で上下動可能に突出させた容器体の上端に、櫛型吐出具を装着させたものも使用されている。これらは、容器体の注出管に基端を嵌着させた上端閉塞の支持管の上部前面より櫛歯を突設し、櫛歯基端の支持筒前面に注出孔を穿設したもの、或いは支持筒内より櫛歯内を通り、その先端に開口する注出路を設けたもの等がある。そして、櫛歯で毛髪を梳きつつ注出孔より毛染液を注出して毛染を行う。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ハケを用いての塗布は、塗布液をトレー等に分取して使用するため、取り扱いが面倒であり、使用後にはそれらトレーやハケ等を洗浄しなければならない面倒も伴う。

一方、櫛型吐出具を備えた容器を使用する場合には、この様な面倒が伴わず便利であり、また、頭髪全体を染める場合には便利であるが、部分的に染める場合には、少ない毛髪が櫛歯により分散されて取り扱いが難しく、部分染には不向きであった。

本発明は上記した点に鑑み、取り扱いが極めて簡単で、使用後の洗浄等の必要もなく、特に部分染に適した優れた毛染用容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本請求項１発明の毛染用容器は、上記課題を解決するため、口頚部６上面中央より上方付勢状態で上下動可能に突出させた注出管７の押し下げにより収納液を注出管７より噴出させる如く構成した容器体２と、注出管７に基端を嵌着させて上方へ起立させるとともに、上部背面に注出孔８を穿設させた上端閉塞で管状をなす注出ノズル３と、容器体口頚部外周に基端部を嵌合させた支持筒10を注出ノズル３の上下動が可能にノズル下部外周に立設するとともに、支持筒10上面後部よりノズル３上部後面を被覆してノズル３後面との間に毛髪を挿通させるガイド板11を立設させてなるガイド部材４と、支持筒10を貫通してその外部に注出ノズル３の押し下げが可能に突出させたレバー５とを備えてなることを特徴とする毛染用容器として構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

本発明の毛染用容器１は、容器体２と、注出ノズル３と、ガイド部材４と、レバー５とを備えている。

容器体２は、口頚部６上面中央より上方付勢状態で上下動可能に突出させた注出管７の押し下げにより、収納液を注出管７より噴出させる如く構成したもので、内部に毛染液を収納し、注出管の上下動に連動して収納液を噴出させる公知の噴出機構を内蔵したものが使用できる。噴出機構としては、従来から使用されているエアゾールのガス圧により液を噴出させるタイプ或いはシリンダ内を環状ピストンが摺動することで液を加圧噴出する縦型ポンプタイプ等、従来使用されているものが使用できる。

注出ノズル３は、注出管７に基端を嵌着させて上方へ起立させるとともに、上部背面に注出孔８を穿設させた上端閉塞の環状をなしており、注出管から噴出した液を注出孔８を介して外部へ噴出させる。注出孔８の数は適宜選択して設ければ良く、図示例では各々三箇所の注出孔８を穿設している。

また、注出ノズル３は、図１乃至図３に示す実施例の如く、円筒状のタイプであっても、図４及び図５或いは図６乃至図８に示す実施例の如く楕円筒状であっても良く、或いは図示しないが、背面が湾曲した半円筒状であっても良いが、背面部に毛髪を摺動させることから、少なくとも背面部は湾曲面状に形成された筒状であることが好ましい。

また、毛髪を先端部方向より挿入セットさせるために先端部をテーパ状に縮径させても良い。尚、図示例の注出ノズル３は、その背面下端部よりレバー５を係合させるための係合突起９を突設している。

図示例では、支持筒10を、容器体２の口頚部６外周に嵌合させた大径部10a 上端縁より、フランジ10b を介して注出ノズル外周より若干大径に形成した小径部10c を延設して構成しており、小径部10c の後部上面よりガイド板11を立設している。

また、ガイド板11の前面両側上端部には、図１及び図４の実施例の如く、それぞれ毛髪のずれを防止するための突起12を突設している。この突起12を突設することにより、ノズル３とガイド板11間に挿通させた毛髪を上方へ外れ難くすることが出来る。

また、図６乃至図８に示す如く、ガイド板11の上端部を後方へ反らした反らし部11a を設けても良く、この場合には、毛髪のセットがより行い易くなる。

レバー５は、支持筒10を貫通してその外部に注出ノズル３の押し下げが可能に突出させている。図示例では、支持筒10のフランジ10b 後部に穿設した透孔13を介して突出させた支持板5a上端縁より後方へ押圧板5bを延設したレバー５の下端部に、注出ノズル３後面下端部より突設した上記係合突起９先端を嵌着固定して押し下げ可能に設けている。

上記如く構成した容器を使用する場合について説明すると、例えば、毛染をする部分の毛髪を掴んでノズル３とガイド板11の間へ上方より挿通させ、レバー５を押して毛染液を出しつつ或いは一旦多少多めに山した後、毛髪基端部より先端にじょじょに移動させて液を毛髪に塗布する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く本発明毛染用容器は、既述構成としたことにより、特に、容器体の注出管に基端を嵌着させて上方へ起立させるとともに、上部背面に注出孔を穿設させた上端閉塞で環状をなす注出ノズルと、容器体口頚部外周に基端部を嵌合させた支持筒を注出ノズルの上下動が可能にノズル下部外周に立設するとともに、支持筒上面後部よりノズル上部後面を被覆して注出ノズル後面との間に毛髪を挿通させるガイド板を立設させてなるガイド部材とを備えているため、少ない毛髪を染める場合に、注出ノズル後面とガイド板との間に挿通させた毛髪が櫛歯による如く分散することがなく、任意少量の毛髪に対して均一に液の塗布を行え、また、注出孔より注出される液も、注出ノズルとガイド板との隙間で広範囲に延ばされるため、この点からも毛髪に均一に液を塗布でき、部分染に有効に使用できるものである。

また、ガイド板の前面両側上端部に、それぞれ突起を設けてなるものにあっては、一旦セットした毛髪が毛染液塗布操作の段階で外れ難いという利点を兼ね備えている。
