【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、衣類の洗い、すすぎ、脱水等を行う洗濯機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の洗濯機は、図7に示すようになっていた。以下、その構成について説明する。

図7に示すように、洗濯機本体1は、内部に脱水振動を防振するように、サスペンション2によって懸架された水受け槽3を設け、水受け槽3内に洗濯兼脱水槽4を回転自在に配設し、この洗濯兼脱水槽4の内底部に洗濯物を撹拌する撹拌翼5を回転自在に配設している。洗濯兼脱水槽4は、水受け槽3の底部に設けた軸受6によって軸支されている脱水軸7と略同軸上となるように配設し、脱水軸7の上端部に固定され、撹拌翼5は、脱水軸7の中空部に脱水軸7と略同軸上となるように配設し脱水軸7の中空部内に設けた軸受8によって軸支した洗濯軸9の上端部に固定されている。また、洗濯軸9の下端部は減速機構10の出力側に接続されている。また、下端部が駆動モータ11のロータ12につながる入力軸13の上端部は減速機構10の入力側に接続されている。

以下に、駆動モータ11の回転の伝達を脱水軸7、入力軸13のいずれかに切り換えるクラッチ機構について説明する。脱水軸7の下部にはその外周部にスプライン等の形状を有するスライド部14を設けている。スライド部14には、そのスプライン等の形状に対応した内周形状を有するスライド部材15を設けている。駆動モータ11の回転が脱水軸7への伝達時、すなわち洗濯兼脱水槽4回転時は、スライド部材15を付勢バネ16により下に押しつけ、スライド部材15の下部に設けた下部突起部15aをロータ12に設けたロータ突起部12aに係合させて、ロータ12の回転を脱水軸7に伝達している。また、駆動モータ11の回転が入力軸13への伝達時、すなわち撹拌翼5回転時は、ギアードモータ又はソレノイドなどのレバー駆動手段17によりスライド部材15に係合するクラッチレバー18を上方に移動させることで、スライド部材15を上方に移動させ、スライド部材15の下部突起部15aをロータ12のロータ突起部12aから外すことでロータ12の回転を脱水軸7に非伝達とし、入力軸13のみに伝達している。入力軸13に伝達された回転は、減速機構10、洗濯軸9を介して撹拌翼5に伝達され、撹拌翼5を回転させる構成としている。同時にスライド部材15の上部に設けた上部突起部15bと駆動モータ11のハウジング部19に設けた固定側突起部19aを係合させることで、洗濯兼脱水槽4を固定し、撹拌翼5の回転の際、水流により発生する洗濯兼脱水槽4の共回りを防止している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の構成では、駆動モータ11の回転の伝達を脱水軸7から入力軸13へ切り換える際、スライド部材15の上部に設けた上部突起部15bがロータ12のロータ突起部12aにかみ合う時の衝突音や、脱水回転開始時や電磁ブレーキ時に下部突起部15aの側面15dとロータ突起部12aの側面12dが当接する衝突音等の異常音が発生するという問題を有していた。

本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するもので、洗濯への切り換え時や、洗濯運転時の衝突音等の異常音を減少させ低騒音化を実現することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明の洗濯機は、上部に上部突起部を有し上下の滑動により駆動モータの回転の伝達を脱水軸、洗濯軸のいずれかに切り換えるスライド部材、前記脱水上部軸受と前記脱水下部軸受とを内包するケースとを備え、前記ケースへの取り付け部を設けた金属部材を内包するように前記スライド部材の上部突起部に係合する固定側突起部を樹脂成形した固定側係合部材を設け、前記固定側係合部材は前記金属部材にて前記保持部材を介して前記ケースに取り付ける構成としたものである。

請求項1に記載の発明は、洗濯兼脱水槽を回転させる中空の脱水軸と、前記脱水軸を軸支する脱水上部軸受と脱水下部軸受と、前記脱水軸と略同軸上に配設されるとともに前記洗濯兼脱水槽内に配設した撹拌翼を回転させる洗濯軸と、前記脱水軸と洗濯軸を回転させる駆動モータと、前記駆動モータを保持する保持部材と、上部に上部突起部を有し上下の滑動により前記駆動モータの回転の伝達を脱水軸、洗濯軸のいずれかに切り換えるスライド部材と、前記脱水上部軸受と前記脱水下部軸受とを内包するケースとを備え、前記ケースへの取り付け部を設けた金属部材を内包するように前記スライド部材の上部突起部に係合する固定側突起部を樹脂成形した固定側係合部材を設け、前記固定側係合部材は前記金属部材にて前記保持部材を介して前記ケースに取り付ける構成としたものであり、強度を確保するとともに、洗濯への切り換え時の衝突音や、洗濯運転時における撹拌翼の反転時の衝突音を大幅に減少させることができる。

図1において、洗濯機本体20は、内部に脱水振動を防振するように、サスペンション21によって懸架された水受け槽22を設け、水受け槽22内に洗濯兼脱水槽23を回転自在に配設し、この洗濯兼脱水槽23の内底部に洗濯物を撹拌する撹拌翼24を回転自在に配設している。水受け槽22の底部には駆動部25を設けている。

図1および図2において、駆動部25には、中空の脱水軸26を設け、脱水軸26は、駆動部25の上方中央部に設けた脱水上部軸受27と中間中央部近傍に設けた脱水下部軸受28により軸支されている。脱水軸26の上端側は、洗濯兼脱水槽23の底部に固定され、洗濯兼脱水槽23と連結している。脱水軸26の上部側中空部26aには、脱水軸26と略同軸上となるように洗濯軸29を設け、脱水軸26の上部側中空部26a内に設けた洗濯軸受30により軸支されている。洗濯軸29の上端側は、撹拌翼24の底部に固定され、撹拌翼24と連結している。一方、洗濯軸29の下端側は、脱水軸26内の中間中空部26bに設けた減速機構31の出力側に連結している。

駆動モータ35の回転が入力軸32への伝達時には、レバー駆動手段39の駆動手段接続部39aを回転させ、図2の位置から図3の位置に移動させることにより、クラッチレバー40は、媒介部材41を介して、軸部40cを中心に時計方向に回転する。この回転により、スライド部材支持部40bが上方向に回転移動し、付勢バネ38の下方向への付勢力に抗して、スライド部材37を上方向に持ち上げる。これにより、図3に示すようにスライド部材37の下部に設けた下部突起部37aは、ロータ35aに設けた開口部35dとの係合から外れ、ロータ35aの回転は、脱水軸27には非伝達となり、入力軸32にのみ伝達させるよう構成している。それと同時にスライド部材37の上部に設けた上部突起部37bと、固定側係合部材43に設けた固定側突起部43cが係合することにより、脱水軸26を固定し、洗濯兼脱水槽23の共回りを防止する構成としている。

なお、クラッチレバー接続部40aは、駆動モータ35から外方へ突出しており、図2に示すようにクラッチレバー40が反時計方向に回転すると、ケース34の側壁に当接し、その位置で回転が規制される。
