【0042】
TAO=Kset ×Tset −Kr ×Tr −Kam×Tam−Ks ×Ts −C

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes, as means for deicing and defrosting a vehicle window glass, an electric heating means disposed on the window glass and directly heating the window glass, and a defroster means for blowing warm air onto the window glass. The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner to be used in combination.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When the vehicle is started in a cold region, if the outside air temperature is 0 ° C. or lower, for example, the front window glass of the vehicle may be frozen. As means for eliminating the freezing of the window glass, blowing the warm air heated by the hot water heater core from the defroster outlet toward the front window glass is often used.
[0003]
However, since the hot water of the hot water heater core is usually supplied from the vehicle engine, it takes time to raise the water temperature and it takes time to eliminate the window glass freezing, so the vehicle cannot be started safely in a short time. There was a problem that.
Therefore, in recent years, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, heating means (HWS: electric heating wire) is formed on the vehicle window glass. H eated W ind S There is an increasing demand for reducing the deicing time by arranging the window and directly heating the window glass.
[0004]
In JP-A-5-147428, in a heat pump type air conditioner for an electric vehicle, direct heating of the window glass by the electric heating means and blowing of hot air heated by a heat exchanger of a heat pump cycle to the window glass. In combination with the above, there has been proposed one that performs deicing and defogging of the window glass.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the present inventors actually prototyped an air conditioner that uses both the direct heating of the window glass by the electric heating means and the blowing of warm air heated by the heat exchanger of the heat pump cycle to the window glass. As a result of experiments, it was found that the following problems occur.
[0006]
That is, in this type of air conditioner, in order to simplify the manual operation of the occupant, when one defroster switch is turned on, energization of the electric heating means, heating operation of the heat pump cycle, and operation of the blower for hot air blower are performed. Are activated at the same time. However, when the operation of the heat pump cycle is automatically stopped due to protection of the compressor, a decrease in the outside air temperature, etc., the electric heating means is operated alone. At the time of this single operation, since the blown air is not heated by the heat exchanger of the heat pump cycle, a situation occurs in which the low-temperature blown air is blown directly onto the window glass.
[0007]
As a result, the amount of heat generated by the electric heating means diverges by blowing out low-temperature air, and the amount of heat generated by the electric heating means cannot be effectively used for heating the window glass. Produce. This longer deicing time not only delays the safe start of the vehicle, but also wastes valuable electric capacity of the on-board battery in an electric vehicle.
[0008]
However, the above-mentioned publication only describes deicing and defogging of the window glass by using both the direct heating of the window glass and the blowing of warm air to the window glass. There is no recognition of the problem that the window glass deicing time is prolonged due to blowing of low-temperature air during operation. Therefore, no measures for solving the problem are proposed.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to suppress the amount of heat generated by the electric heating means from being diffused by blowing out low-temperature air and increasing the window glass deicing time.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
That is, in the invention according to
An electric heating means (24) disposed on the window glass (23) of the vehicle to deicing and defrosting the window glass (23) by directly heating the window glass (23);
Defroster operation means (309) that is manually operated by a passenger and sets the air-conditioning blowing mode to a defroster blowing mode in which the warm air is blown to the window glass (23) of the vehicle;
At the time of setting the defroster blowing mode, when the combined operation of the defroster means and the electric heating means is set, the air blowing means is operated at a first set air volume,
When the defroster blowing mode is set, when the air heating means is stopped and the electric heating means is set to stand alone, the air blowing means is operated at a second set air volume smaller than the first set air volume. It is characterized by doing.
[0011]
In the present invention, focusing on the fact that the blowing of low-temperature air leads to a longer window glass deicing time against the deicing and defogging action of the window glass due to the heat generated by the electric heating means. Compared to the combined operation of the heat generating means and the defroster means by blowing hot air to the window glass, the amount of air blown to the window glass during the single operation of the electric heat generating means is reduced. During operation, the amount of heat generated by the electric heating means can be effectively prevented from being diffused by blowing low-temperature air, and the amount of heat generated by the electric heating means can be effectively used for heating the window glass. Can be shortened. As a result, in the cold season, the vehicle can be safely started in a short time after the vehicle is started.
[0012]
Further, it is possible to solve the problem that the passenger in the passenger compartment is uncomfortable by blowing out low-temperature air during the independent operation of the electric heating means.
In particular, the invention according to claim 4 includes both a heat pump (30) and a combustion heater (52) as heat sources of the air heating means (51, 36a),
Furthermore, an outside air temperature detecting means (112) for detecting a physical quantity related to outside air temperature is provided,
When the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature detecting means (112) is higher than the first set temperature, the heat pump (30) is operated by the first interrupting means (127, 130, 134, 136) and the second interrupting is performed. The means (128, 130, 133, 134, 136) cuts off the power supply to the electric heating means (24), and the air blowing means (124, 127, 130, 134, 137) turns the air blowing means (4) on. Operate at the first set air volume,
When the outside air temperature is between the first set temperature and the second set temperature lower than the first set temperature, the heat pump is operated by the first intermittent means, and the electric heating means is energized by the second intermittent means, And the air blowing means is operated at the first set air volume by the blowing control means,
When the outside air temperature is lower than the second set temperature, the combustion heater is operated by the first intermittent means, the electric heating means is energized by the second intermittent means, and the air blowing means is first set by the air supply control means. Driving with air volume,
When both the heat pump and the combustion heater are stopped by the first interrupting means and the electric heating means is energized by the second interrupting means, the air blowing means is operated at the second set air volume by the blowing control means. Yes.
[0013]
As a result, heat pumps, combustion heaters, and electric heating means can be selected according to the outside air temperature as heat sources for deicing and defogging the window glass, thus avoiding the negative effects of low-temperature operation of the heat pump. In addition, the electric heating means can be operated only at a low temperature to reduce the power consumption of the electric heating means, and the characteristics of each heat source can be effectively exhibited.
[0014]
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows a corresponding relationship with the specific means of embodiment description later mentioned.
