【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、迅速かつより綺麗に洗髪を行える洗髪装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来より、洗髪する本人が衣服を着用したまま、自分で自分の髪の毛を洗髪することができるものとしてシャワー付きの洗面台が提供されている。このシャワー付きの洗面台で洗髪する際には、俯けの状態のまま洗面台に顔面を臨ませた状態で、片手でシャワーを持って洗髪する。
前記シャワー付きの洗面台は、通常、起床直後の寝ぐせ直しや、外出する前に髪型を整える場合等、衣服を着用したまま使用されるが、その際にシャワーの水量を強くして洗髪すると、前記洗面台から水が飛散する。このため、水で衣服が濡れるだけでなく、周囲の壁、床等も水に濡れて汚れるという問題を有していた。
一方、水量を調節して衣服等を濡らさないように洗髪すると、今度は頭皮からシャンプー等の石鹸分を洗い落とすのに時間がかかり、洗髪が手間になるという問題を有していた。
また、前記洗面台では、特に髪の毛の長い人にとって洗面ボウルの深さが十分ではなく、洗面ボウルの底部に髪の毛が直接当たり、洗髪しても髪の毛を水で洗い流す際にシャンプー等の石鹸分、或いは皮脂等の汚れが再度毛先に付着し、完全に汚れを洗い落とすことができないという問題を有していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、衣服等が濡れることなく、より手軽で迅速にかつより綺麗に洗髪を行うことができ、特に髪の毛の長い人が髪の毛を水で洗い流す際に、汚れが再度毛先に付着するのを防止し、完全に汚れを洗い落とすことのできる洗髪装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の洗髪装置は、以上の目的を達成するために、中空の箱状のケーシングと、後頭部を挿入可能な開口部を有し、ケーシングの前面側上方に配置されるカバー体と、前記開口部の周縁に沿って設けられ、挿入された後頭部の周囲に水密に密着するシール材と、ケーシング内に挿入された後頭部に洗髪水を噴射するシャワーと、ケーシング内のシャワーの噴射方向をケーシング外から操作するシャワー操作手段と、洗髪水の排水路とを備えた洗髪装置であって、洗髪水の排水路が、ケーシング内に上下に所定間隔あけて配置されるとともにケーシングの前面側から背面側にかけて下向きに傾斜させて配置される２つのリブを備えており、上側のリブが、左右両端部から中央部付近にかけて盛り上がる逆 V 字状で、左右両端部には、ケーシングの背面側に左右一対の切り欠き部を有するとともに、リブ上面に髪の毛先が分散するように髪の毛先を整える複数の突起が設けられており、下側のリブが、左右両端部から中央部付近にかけて下方に傾斜した V 字状で、 V 字状の谷間部分におけるケーシングの背面側に排水孔が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
また、シャワーが、シャワーヘッドとこのシャワーヘッドに一体に設けられる基板とを備え、基板には多数の櫛の歯が植立されており、基板または櫛の歯の先端部の少なくともいずれか一方から洗髪水を噴射させるものであってもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の１実施の形態を図１〜７に基づいて詳細に説明する。

まず、図１に示すように、この洗髪装置Ａは、後頭部を挿入可能な開口部を有するケーシング１と、挿入された後頭部の周囲に水密に密着するシール材２と、ケーシング内に挿入された後頭部に洗髪水を噴射するシャワー３と、ケーシング１内のシャワー３の噴射方向をケーシング１外から操作するシャワー操作手段４と、洗髪水の排水路５とを備えている。
そして、上記のように構成された洗髪装置Ａには、排水ホースＢが結合されている。

まず、ケーシング１について説明する。
ケーシング１は、本体部１００と、カバー２００とを備えている。
本体部１００は、下端部が背面側に向かって湾曲し、上部前面側に開口部１１０を備えた箱状をしている。
また、本体部１００は、その上部背面側の内部にシャンプー等の洗髪液が貯蔵されるタンク１２０が設けられているとともに、上部背面側の外壁面に洗面所の壁等に設けられたフック等に係止される係止片（図示せず）が設けられている。

カバー２００は、側面部２１０が扇形に形成され、天井２１５がこの扇形の円弧に沿って湾曲しているとともに、前面側に中央に挿入孔２２０ａを備えた挿入部２２０によって覆われた形状をしていて、両側面部２１０が、その扇形の中心でボルト１０２によって開口部１１０を臨むように枢支されている。
すなわち、カバー２００は、ボルト１０２を中心に回動して本体部１００内に出没するようになっている。なお、天井２１５の挿入部２２０の逆側の端部には、ストッパー２１５ａが突設されている。

また、カバー２００は、両側面部２１０に洗髪時に使用者の手が挿入可能な楕円形状の挿入孔２１０ｂが穿設されているとともに、両側面部２１０の内壁面に挿入孔２１０ｂを両側から挟むように、断面コ字型をしたガイドレール２２１、２２１が設けられている。
そして、対面するガイドレール２２１、２２１に、スライド片２２２が遊嵌されている。

スライド片２２２は、長方形の薄板状に形成され、その中央部には、前記カバー２００の挿入孔２１０ｂと同寸法の楕円形状のスライド孔２２２ａが設けられている。このスライド片２２２は、ガイドレール２２１、２２１に沿って上下にスライドさせることが可能であって、通常スライド片２２２は、図２に示すように、スライド孔２２２ａが前記カバー２００の挿入孔２１０ｂと重なった位置に配設されている。
ここで、ガイドレール２２１、２２１には、スライド片２２２が最上部までスライドした場合に該スライド片２２２をその位置でロックするロック片（図示せず）が突設されている。

つぎに、シール材２について説明する。
このシール材２は、挿入された後頭部の周囲に水密に密着するもので、図３に示すように、内部が中空のチューブ状で、人の頭部の外径よりやや大きい寸法に形成されるとともに、その前面側に、空気が注入される注入孔２ａが設けられている。そして、このシール材２は、上記カバー２００の挿入部２２０に形成された挿入孔２２０ａの周縁に周設されている。

つぎに、シャワー３について説明する。
このシャワー３は、図４に示すように、シャワーヘッド４２と基板４３とが一体化され、主歯部４４ａ、副歯部４４ｂとから構成される櫛の歯４４が基板４３の全体に均一に植立されている。また、前記基板４３上で、各櫛の歯４４、４４の間に、湯水を噴射するための噴射孔４３ａが等間隔に設けられている。
前記シャワーヘッド４２は、内部が中空に形成され、上面に湯水をシャワーヘッド４２に供給する湯水供給ホース１１が結合されている。また、シャワーヘッド４２の一方の端部にシャンプー等の洗髪液をシャワーヘッド４２に供給するためのシャンプー供給ホース１０が挿通され、基板４３の中央部に結合されている。

上記のように構成されたシャワー３は、シャワーヘッド４２に湯水供給ホース１１を介して湯水が供給されると、櫛の歯４４の主歯部４４ａ、副歯部４４ｂの先端及び基板４３の噴射孔４３ａから湯水を噴射する構成となっている。また、前記シャワーヘッド４２にシャンプー供給ホース１０を介してシャンプーが供給されると、シャンプー供給ホース１０が結合している基板４３の中央部に立設された櫛の歯４４の複数の副歯部４４ｂの先端からシャンプーを噴射する構成となっている。

つぎに、上記シャワー３の噴射方向をケーシング１外から操作するシャワー操作手段４について説明する。
このシャワー操作手段４は、前記シャワーヘッド４２の両側端からそれぞれ突設される一対の操作軸５０、５１から構成されている。これら操作軸５０、５１は、棒状であって、その長さ寸法が、上述したカバー２００内に収容される寸法に形成されている。
また、操作軸５０にはシャンプー供給ホース１０を介してシャワーヘッド４２に供給される洗髪液のオンオフを制御する制御スイッチ５０ａが、また、操作軸５１には湯水供給ホース１１を介してシャワーヘッド４２に供給される湯水のオンオフを制御する制御スイッチ５１ａが設けられている。

ここで、上記操作軸５０及び５１の周囲には、防水カバー４５、４５が設けられている。この防水カバー４５、４５は、軟い樹脂、或いはゴム等で形成された防水性を有する伸縮自在で、円錐台形の筒状の部材であって、小径側は前記シャワー３のシャワーヘッド４２の側端面と結合するとともに、大径側は、上述したカバー２００の内壁面に配設されたスライド片２２２に形成されたスライド孔２２２ａの周縁に結合されている。このため、スライド片２２２をカバー２００のガイドレール２２１に沿ってスライドさせると、スライド片２２２とともにシャワー３がスライドする構成となっている。

前記シャワー３の噴射方向の操作は、前記操作軸５０及び５１をそれぞれ握り、ケーシング１内の空間で前後左右に髪をとかしながら自在に動かすことにより行われる。この際、前記防水カバー４５は、伸縮性を有する部材で構成されているため、上記空間内でシャワー３を自在に操作することができる。

ところで、前記湯水供給ホース１１は、前述したように、その一端がシャワーヘッド４２に挿通され、基板４３に結合されるとともに、その他端はケーシング１内のタンク１２０の下部の中央付近を経由して、ケーシング１の本体部１００の上部側面に形成された導出孔１０３から外部に導出され、湯沸かし器や、風呂場の湯水が供給されるシャワー等（図示せず）に接続されている。
また、シャンプー供給ホース１０は、その一端がシャワーヘッド４２と結合するとともに、他端がケーシング１の本体部１００内に設けられた前記タンク１２０に結合されている。
ここで、前記タンク１２０からは、手動のポンプにより、前記シャンプー供給ホース１０に適宜シャンプーを供給する構成となっている。

而して、洗髪時に湯水を使用する際には、前記操作軸５１に設けられた制御スイッチ５１ａをオンすることにより、外部の湯沸かし器や風呂場のシャワー等から湯水供給ホース１１を介して前記シャワー３のシャワーヘッド４２に湯水が供給され、シャワー３の櫛の歯４４の先端及び基板４３の噴射孔４３ａから湯水が噴射される。
また、洗髪時にシャンプー等の洗髪液を使用する際には、予めポンプを手動操作することによりタンク１２０内に圧力を加えておき、シャンプー供給ホース１０内にシャンプーを吸い上げた状態で、制御スイッチ５０ａをオンすることにより、前記シャンプー供給ホース１０を介してシャワーブラシ３の基板４３の中央部にシャンプーが供給され、該中央部に立設された櫛の歯４４の複数の副歯部４４ｂの先端から洗髪液が噴射される。

また、上記洗髪液が貯蔵されるタンク１２０は、洗髪液を補充するために開閉自在の補充口（図示せず）が設けられており、シャンプー等の洗髪液を使いきった場合には、この補充口から洗髪液を補充することができるようになっている。
なお、上記タンク１２０内に仕切りを設けて内部を２つの空間に区切り、一方にシャンプーを、もう一方の空間にリンスを貯蔵しておき、洗髪時に適宜シャンプー或いはリンスを選択してシャンプー供給ホース１０に供給する構成としてもよい。

つぎに、洗髪水を外部に排水する排水路５について説明する。
この排水路５は、図６に示すように、リブ６０に形成された切り欠き６０ａ及びリブ６１に形成された排水孔６１ａとから構成されている。
すなわち、図６に示すように、これらリブ６０及びリブ６１は、一方で本体部１００の補強用のリブとして、それぞれケーシング１の本体部１００の湾曲した部分の裏面側に配設されるとともに、他方で、これらに形成された切り欠き６０ａ及び排水孔６１ａがそれぞれ湯水及び洗髪液の排水路となる。

上記リブ６０は、逆Ｖ字状で、その中央部付近が盛り上がった平板状に形成され、その前方両側端には切り欠き６０ａが設けられるとともに、その両端部には複数の突起６０ｂが突設されている。また、リブ６１は、その両端から中央部にかけて下方に傾斜したＶ字状に形成され、その中央部には排水孔６１ａが形成されている。
ここで、上記リブ６０及び６１は、図２に示すように、本体部１００内で、前記湾曲した部分の裏面で、本体部１００の前面から背面にかけて下方に傾斜するように配設されている。このため、リブ６０及び６１を経由して湯水や洗髪液などが容易に外部に排水される構成となっている。

そして、上記リブ６１の排水孔６１ａに、排水ホースＢが結合している。
この排水ホースＢは、上述したように排水孔６１ａと結合して、本体部１００の下端の側面に形成された挿通孔１３０から外部に導出されており、排水路５を経由して流れ込んだ使用後の洗髪液及び湯水を外部の排水路（図示せず）に排水するようになっている。
なお、前記挿通孔１３０は、本体部１００の下端の両側面に形成されており、適宜挿通孔１３０を選択して、左右いずれか一方の挿通孔１３０から排水ホースＢを外部に導出することができる構成となっている。また、本体部１００の下端の前面は、開閉自在の扉１４０が形成されており、この扉１４０を開いて排水ホースＢを取り出し、排水ホースＢにつまった髪の毛等を取り除くことができる構成となっている。

つぎに、上述のように構成された洗髪装置Ａを使用して洗髪する際の動作について説明する。
通常、この洗髪装置Ａを、図１に示すように、カバー２００が前方に引き倒された状態で、本体部１００の上部背面側の外壁面に設けられた係止片（図示せず）を壁面に設けられたフック等に引っ掛け係止することにより着脱自在に壁に取り付ける。

つぎに、使用者が、カバー２００の挿入部２２０に形成された挿入孔２２０ａに後頭部を挿入する。
このとき、挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａの周縁に周設されたシール材２は、前述したように、人の頭部の外径よりやや大きい寸法に形成されているため、使用者の頭部が容易に挿入されるとともに、適宜注入孔２ａから空気を注入して、使用者の額から耳の前を経由して後頭部の首すじにかけて、使用者の頭部の外径と挿入孔２２０ａとの間を水密に密着する。ここで、使用者の耳には、水が侵入するのを防ぐ耳栓がなされている。

ところで、使用者の頭部は、大人と子供、或いは男性と女性、または人それぞれの個人差により大きさが異なるが、上述したように予めシール材２は人の頭部の外径よりも大きい寸法に形成されているため、使用者の頭部の大きさに合わせて適宜前記シール材２の注入孔２ａから空気を注入することにより、シール材２の径を調節して、シール材２を使用者の後頭部に水密に密着させることができる。

そして、上記のように挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａに髪の長い女性等の使用者の後頭部が挿入されると、カバー２００の側面部２１０に設けられた一対の挿入孔２１０ｂから両手を挿入して、前述した排水路５のリブ６０上に毛先が分散するように髪の毛を整える。

ここで、通常、カバー２００の側面部２１０の内面に配設され、シャワー３が結合されたスライド片２２２は、図４に示すように、そのスライド孔２２２ａが側面部２１０の挿入孔２１０ｂと重なった位置に配設されている。
しかしながら、上述のようにカバー２００の側面部２１０に設けられた挿入孔２１０ｂから両手を挿入する際には、図５に示すように、前記スライド片２２２をガイドレール２２１に沿って上方にスライドさせ、その位置でスライド片２２２をロック片（図示せず）によりロックする。

このとき、上記挿入孔２１０ｂは、完全に開口した状態となる。そして、この完全に開口した挿入孔２１０ｂからそれぞれ手を挿入することができる。

そして、上述のように挿入孔２１０ｂから両手を挿入して、排水路５のリブ６０上に形成された突起６０ｂの間に髪の毛先が分散するように髪の毛先を整える。
ここで、上述したように、排水路５のリブ６０を逆Ｖ字状の平板で、その両端部に突起６０ｂを突設したのは、使用者の髪の毛をより綺麗に洗浄できるようにするためである。

すなわち、排水管の形状が環状の場合は、髪の毛先を収納した場合に、髪の毛先が束状になり、毛先が分散されずに洗浄することが困難であったが、排水路５のリブ６０を逆Ｖ字状の平板状に形成することにより、リブ６０の平面板上の中央部付近を境に髪の毛が分散され、さらにリブ６０上に突設された突起６０ｂの間にそれぞれ毛先が分散されるため、毛先に付着した皮脂や汚れ等が落ちやすくなり、より綺麗に髪の毛の洗浄を行うことができる。また、このように構成すれば、一度洗い落とした汚れが再び髪の毛先に付着することを防止することができる。

そして、排水路５のリブ６０上に使用者の髪の毛先が拡散されると、前記スライド片２２２を下方にスライドさせて、スライド片２２２に設けられたスライド孔２２２ａとカバー２００に形成された挿入孔２１０ｂが重なるように位置させる。このとき、ケーシング１内でシャワー３は、その櫛の歯４４の主歯部４４ａ及び副歯部４４ｂの先端部が挿入された使用者の後頭部に当接する位置に配設される。また、このとき、ケーシング１内は、カバー２００、シール材２及び防水カバー４５とにより完全に密閉した状態となる。

上述のように挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａに挿入された後頭部の髪の洗髪作業は、上記シャワー３により行う。
すなわち、シャンプーで頭皮及び髪の毛を洗う際には、シャワー３の主歯部４４ａの先端を使用者の後頭部の頭皮に押し当てた状態で、制御スイッチ５０ａをオンすることにより、シャンプーがシャワーブラシ３の中央付近に立設された複数の副歯部４４ｂに一定量供給され、そこからそれぞれシャンプーが噴射される。

そして、使用者の頭皮に一定量のシャンプーが供給されると、前記シャワー操作手段４の操作軸５０及び５１を両手で握り、シャワーブラシ３の櫛の歯４４の主歯部４４ａ及び副歯部４４ｂを前後左右に髪をとかしながら自在に移動させることにより、頭皮についた皮脂等の汚れを洗い落とす。

次に、使用者は、シャワー３の主歯部４４ａの先端を使用者の後頭部の頭皮に押し当てた状態で、制御スイッチ５１ａをオンすると、櫛の歯４４の主歯部４４ａ、副歯部４４ｂ及び基板４３の噴射孔４３ａから湯水が噴射される。
このとき、使用者は、前記シャワー操作手段４の操作軸５０及び５１を両手で握り、シャワーブラシ３を髪をとかしながら自在に移動させることにより、噴射される湯水を勢いよく頭皮にあて、シャンプー等の石鹸分や頭皮についた皮脂等の汚れを洗い流す。

そして、洗髪が終了すると、挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａ内に挿入された頭部に付着した水分を、本体部１００の上面に設けられた挿通孔１０４に挿通してかけておいたタオル（図示せず）により拭き取りながら、後頭部をシール部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａから引き抜くことにより洗髪作業が終了する。

上述したように、洗髪装置Ａを用いて洗髪すれば、使用者の後頭部はシール材２より確実にシールされるとともに、カバー２００の挿入孔２１０ｂは、防水カバー４５により防水されているため、湯水やシャンプーがケーシング１外へ飛散することを防ぎ、使用者の衣服が濡れることなく、さらに床や壁等に湯水やシャンプーが飛散して汚れることなく、洗髪することができる。
また、ケーシング１内で洗髪作業を行うことにより水が飛び散らないため、水量を加減する必要がなく、大量の湯水で洗髪することができるため、素早く頭皮についたシャンプー等の石鹸分や皮脂等の汚れ分を洗い落とすことができる。

また、上述したようにシャワー３の櫛の歯４４の主歯部４４ａの先端を頭皮に押し当てた状態で、シャワー３を動かしているために、主歯部４４ａの先端から噴射される湯水が勢いよく頭皮にあたり、頭皮についた石鹸分や、皮脂等の汚れが素早くかつ確実に洗い出される。そして、このようにして洗い出された石鹸分や汚れが副歯部４４ｂの先端から噴射される湯水によってさらに外部に洗い出される。すなわち、一旦、主歯部４４ａによって洗い出された石鹸分や汚れが髪の毛に再び付着することがない。

さらに、基板４３自体にも多数の噴射孔４３ａが穿設されているので、より確実に汚れ等を洗い流すことができる。
したがって、皮脂等が原因となるいやな匂いが完全に除去でき、整髪料や香水などを使用しても整髪料や香水などの匂いがいやな匂いと混ざり合うことがなく、長期間その状態を持続できる。また、皮脂等が完全に除去できるため、フケの発生も長期間防止することができ、襟や肩をフケで汚したりすることがなく、清潔に保つことができる。
しかも、主歯部４４ａが頭皮に押し当てられた状態で、シャワー３が動かされるため、頭皮のマッサージ効果をより高めて、頭皮部分の血行をさらに促進させ、抜け毛等の予防を図ることができる。

また、上記洗髪作業時には、使用者の髪の毛が排水路５のリブ６０上の中央部付近を境に分散され、さらに髪の毛先がリブ６０ｂ上に分散されているため、洗い流された石鹸分や皮脂等の汚れ分は、再び髪の毛先に付着することがなく、きれいに洗髪することができる。

図７は、本発明の洗髪装置Ａの他の使用形態を示している。
この使用の形態では、洗髪装置Ａはケーシング１の背面側が床面上に置かれ、特に、自分で洗髪することができない体の不自由な人の髪を介護者等が洗髪する際に用いられる。

この場合、体の不自由な使用者は、図７に示すように仰向けの状態で寝かされ、その後頭部がカバー２００の挿入部２２０に設けられた挿入孔２２０ａ内に挿入される。
つぎに、この状態で、介護者が体の不自由な使用者に向き合う形で、カバー２００に設けられた挿入孔２１０ｂに両手を挿入し、シャワー操作手段４の操作軸５０、５１を前後左右に自在に動かすことにより、使用者の後頭部を綺麗に洗い上げることができる。

ここで、リブ６０及び６１は、ケーシング１の本体部１００内で開口１１０の下部に設けられた湾曲した部分の裏面側で、前述したように本体部１００の前面から背面にかけて下方に傾斜して配設されているため、上述したように本体部１００の先端部の下面に毛布等が敷かれて洗髪装置Ａ自体が床面上に傾斜して配設された場合には、前記リブ６０及び６１は、使用者の背中に対して垂直となり、最も重量がかかる本体部１００の湾曲した部分を支持することにより補強することができる。

そして、洗髪装置Ａのケーシング１の背面側に、図７に示すように、毛布等の敷物を敷いて段差をつけておけば、使用後の湯水や洗髪液は排水ホースＢを介して排水される。

上記のように洗髪装置Ａを使用すれば、特に病人、体の不自由な人、または寝たきり老人等の、髪を洗髪する際に介護を必要とする人の髪の毛を洗髪する際に、介護する人が負担に感じることなく、これらの人々の髪を洗髪することができる。この際、前述した第１の使用の形態と同様に、衣服を着用したまま手軽に洗髪することができる。

以上、本発明の要旨は概ね以上に述べたとおりであるが、本発明は上述した実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の記載の範囲内において、種々に変更可能である。

例えば、上記の第１の使用形態においては、本発明の洗髪装置Ａは壁にかけられ、使用者は、図２に示すように該洗髪装置Ａに対して向き合う方向で、挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａに後頭部を挿入していたが、使用者は壁にかけられた洗髪装置Ａに対して背を向けて立ち、その状態で、挿入部２２０の挿入孔２２０ａに後頭部を挿入して使用しても構わない。

また、シャワー３の主歯部４４ａ、副歯部４４ｂ及び基板４３に設けられた噴射孔４３ａからそれぞれ湯水が噴射される構成となっていたが、前記主歯部４４ａ、副歯部４４ｂ及び噴射孔４３ａのうち、いずれかから湯水が噴射される構成としてもよい。
