【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は護岸被覆工に係り、特に防波堤護岸工において、港内への越波による被覆石の洗掘を防止するように施工されるコンクリートマットによる被覆工の構造安定性、耐久性を高めた護岸被覆工に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、防波堤護岸は想定された波浪に対して十分、港内の静穏を維持できるような構造、寸法に設計されている。図6は、従来の消波ブロック混成堤からなる防波堤護岸の一例を示した断面図である。この防波堤護岸50は、捨て石基礎51上にケーソン52を据え付けると共に、ケーソン52前面に所定法勾配からなる消波ブロック工53を、背面に所定法勾配からなる被覆石54が築造されている。この種の防波堤の天端高は、一般に防波堤背後の港内への越波の影響を考慮してさく望平均満潮面(H.W.L.)を基準として決定される。しかし、この防波堤天端高以上の波浪が越波してケーソン背面側の被覆石が洗掘されることも起こりうる。そこで、同図に示したように、ケーソン背面側の被覆石の表面を覆う洗掘防止用の被覆工が行われることが多い。この被覆工には、アスファルトマット工のほか、被覆石の積まれた法面に沿って布製型枠を布設し、その内部にコンクリートを充填したコンクリートマットで被覆する方法等が採用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、この被覆コンクリート工に用いられているコンクリートは、無筋コンクリートであるため、法面の不等沈下等が原因で被覆工の法面と天端面との間の法肩の屈曲部55aでコンクリートにクラックが生じ、ひどい場合にはマットのコンクリートが切断され、法面上のコンクリートマット55Bが法面との摩擦のみで保持される状態が生じるおそれがある。このため、コンクリートマットの滑動を防止するマット懸垂用の杭やマットを下側から支える支持工を設けたりして対応している。しかし、捨て石等を築造しただけの法面上に安定した構造物を付加的に構築することは困難であるため、コンクリートマットが法面との摩擦抵抗のみで支持されたままの場合も多い。

そこで、本発明の目的は上述した従来の技術が有する問題点を解消し、防波堤被覆工の構造安定性を図るようにした護岸被覆工を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するために、本発明は 防波堤ケーソンの背面に築造された被覆石法面の表面を、全体が袋状をなす布製型枠内にコンクリートを充填してなるコンクリートマットによって被覆する護岸被覆工において、前記布状型枠は、前記布製型枠の上面の内側に、あらかじめ護岸延長方向に沿って所定間隔をあけて、該コンクリートマット内の法長方向のほぼ全長に延在するように上端部が縫着された複数本の筒状ネットと、該筒状ネット内に収容されるワイヤーロープとを有し、該ワイヤーロープをあらかじめ前記筒状ネット内に挿通、収容した状態で前記被覆石法面表面に敷設され、前記ワイヤーロープの上端が前記防波堤ケーソン壁面に、下端が前記被覆石法面上のコンクリートマット下端を支持するアンカー部に定着され張設された状態で、前記布製型枠内にコンクリートが充填されたことを特徴とする。

このとき、前記筒状ネットの高さは、コンクリートが充填されたコンクリートマットのマット厚の略1/2であり、該筒状ネット内に挿通された前記ワイヤーロープは前記マットの厚さ方向のほぼ中央位置に配置することが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の護岸被覆工の一実施例を添付図面を参照して説明する。
図1は、捨て石基礎1上に据え付けられ、内部に中詰め砂3が充填されたケーソン2と、このケーソン2の背面の根固方塊4及び被覆石法面5と、この法面上に施工された護岸被覆工10を部分的に示した模式斜視図である。
[護岸被覆工の構造]
同図に示したように、捨て石基礎1上に据え付けられたケーソン2の背面側には所定寸法の被覆石を所定の高さまで所定法面勾配をなす被覆石法面5が築造されている。さらにこの被覆石法面5全体を覆うように、護岸被覆工10が施されている。この護岸被覆工10は、布製型枠20を用いて現場施工されたコンクリートマット21及びモルタルマット22とから構成されている。これらのうち、コンクリートマット21は、本実施の形態では、被覆石法面5の天端面5A全面と最低潮位(L.W.L.)より約−2.0mの潮位面の範囲の法面5Bにわたって布設され、さらに所定の重なり部22a(本実施の形態では1.0m)を設けてモルタルマット22が海底23まで布設されている。

これらの護岸被覆工のコンクリートマット21は、布製型枠20の内部にコンクリートを充填することでマット厚が約300mm程度となる現場打ち部材で、モルタルマット22は、同様に布製型枠内にモルタルを充填することでマット厚が約50mm程度となる現場打ち部材である。これらの布製型枠20としては、本実施の形態ではポリエステル樹脂繊維製の2枚の織布を所定間隔で配置した接結糸(図示せず)で連結して全体を袋状とした布製型枠(商品名:タコム・マット)が使用されている。コンクリートマット21の完成時のマット厚さは、内部コンクリート充填量で決定されるが、接結糸の長さをあらかじめ決定することで各厚さの布製型枠が提供されている。なお、布製型枠に使用する繊維は、耐候性を有する一般の合成繊維であれば各種の織布を使用することができる。

[コンクリートマットの構成]
ここで、被覆工としてのコンクリートマット21の構成について図2〜図5を参照して説明する。図2は、コンクリートマット21全体にワイヤーロープ30が挿通された状態を示した断面図、図3はワイヤーロープ定着端の詳細図、図4はワイヤーロープ30を保持するための手段の例を示した模式説明図、図5は布製型枠20に設けられたワイヤ保持ネット31、コンクリート充填孔等の各部位の割付構成図である。

被覆石法面5の天端面5A及び法面5Bに展開された布製型枠20内にコンクリートが充填され、コンクリートマット21が完成する。このときコンクリートマット21は、図1,図2に示したように、天端面5A及び法面5Bの上部に載置され、さらにマット内に収容されたワイヤーロープ30の上端30aがケーソン壁面2aに定着されている。このため、将来にわたってコンクリートマット21が法肩屈曲部21aで切断された場合でも、コンクリートマット21Bが数本のワイヤーロープ30でマット21Aの端部から吊持されることになるので、コンクリートマット21Bが法面5B上を滑落するのを防止できる。

コンクリートマット21内に収容されたワイヤーロープ30は、図2に示したように、マットの法長方向(X方向)全長にわたって、ワイヤ保持ネット31(後述する)に支持されて収容されている。その両端部30a、30bは、図3各図に示したように、上端30aがケーソン壁面2aに定着され、下端30bが所定のアンカープレート35を介してマット端部21bに定着されている。本実施の形態では、ワイヤーロープ30としてφ8mmの鋼撚り線が使用されているが、樹脂被覆された鋼撚り線等を使用することで耐腐食性を高めることも好ましい。また、ワイヤ直径、配置本数は法面上のコンクリートマット21Bの滑動を阻止するための安定条件に応じて適宜決定することが好ましい。

[ワイヤーロープの保持手段]
コンクリートマット内のワイヤーロープ30の保持手段について図4他を参照して説明する。
ワイヤーロープ30は、本実施の形態では、図2,図4に示したように、ワイヤ保持ネット31内に挿通され、マット内での厚さ方向及び長手方向の位置が保持されている。このワイヤー保持ネット31には、本実施の形態では、所定目合いの樹脂ネットが使用されている。この樹脂ネットは、ビニロン樹脂繊維を格子状に交織して製造した網状体で、原反の縫製時に、ワイヤ配置位置に沿って略U字形にして布製型枠に縫着されている。これにより、布製型枠の法長方向(X方向)の全長にわたり延在する筒状体が布製型枠20内に形成される。このワイヤー保持ネット31の高さは、充填完了したコンクリートマット21の厚さ(H)の1/2の高さとなるように寸法設定されている。これにより、ワイヤーロープ30がワイヤ保持ワイヤ31内に挿通された状態ではワイヤーロープ30はマットの厚さ方向のほぼ中央位置に位置できる(図3各図参照)。なお、樹脂ネットに使用する繊維としては、一般の合成繊維であればよい。

[ワイヤーロープ定着端の構成]
ワイヤーロープ定着端の構成について、図3を参照して説明する。
図3(a)は、ワイヤーロープ上端のケーソン2の壁面への定着部30aを示している。同図に示したように、あらかじめケーソン壁面2aにはホールインアンカー32が取り付けられており、このホールインアンカー32にはアイナット33が螺着され、このアイナット33にシャックル34を介してワイヤーロープ30のループ状の端部30aが定着されている。このケーソン壁面2aのアンカー位置も、マット厚さHの約1/2高さとなるように設定されている。

図3(b)はコンクリートマット21Bの法面下端でのワイヤーロープ定着端30bの構成を示している。同図に示したように、この定着端30bには1辺が300mmの山形鋼からなるアンカープレート35のフランジ中央にアイボルト36が螺着されている。そしてこのアイボルト36にシャックル37を介してワイヤーロープ30のループ端が定着されている。なお、このマット端部21bはモルタルマット22上端の上に所定の重なり部22Aをとって載った状態で施工されている。

[布製型枠の割付構成]
図5は、布製型枠20と一体に形成される各部位の位置関係を模式的に示した割付図である。本実施の形態では、図示したような1辺が約11mの平面視して略平方形をなす布製型枠20を縫製する際に、法長方向(X方向)全長にわたってワイヤー保持ネット31を型枠生地に縫着させている。このワイヤー保持ネット31は、護岸延長方向(Y方向)に約2mピッチで配置され、さらにその間の布地部分には法長方向に約2m間隔となるように、コンクリート充填孔25が配置されている。このコンクリート充填孔25を利用してコンクリートが充填される。

[コンクリートマットの施工]
被覆工の施工において、ワイヤーロープ30は、あらかじめ陸上ヤードで筒状体のワイヤー保持ネット31内に挿通しておくことが好ましい。そしてワイヤーロープ30が仕込まれた布製型枠20を被覆工の現場に搬入し、天端面5A及び法面5B上の所定位置に展開する。さらに布製型枠20に設けられた各ワイヤ端取り出し孔24(図5参照)から、ワイヤーロープ30の端部30a,30bをそれぞれ引き出し、一端30aをケーソン壁面2aに設けられているアンカー部に、他端30bを法面下端のアンカープレート35に定着する(図3(a),(b)参照)。この状態から布製型枠20に設けられているコンクリート充填孔25を利用して布製型枠20内に、その厚さがマットの法面下側からほぼ均一となるように、適当な位置にあるコンクリート充填孔25からコンクリートを打設する。コンクリートは通常、陸上からコンクリートポンプ等を利用して打設する。このとき、布製型枠の一部を、チェーンブロック、吊りワイヤ等の仮設吊り部材で被覆工の一部に保持しておくことが好ましい。これにより布製型枠20の下端にコンクリートが充填され、布製型枠20がその重みで法面を滑落しないようにするのを防止できる。

また、完成後において、捨て石基礎や被覆石の不等沈下等が生じ、コンクリートマット21が法肩の屈曲部21aで切断され、コンクリートマットの天端側と法面側とが切断されるような場合にも、ワイヤーロープ30が法面側のコンクリートマット21Bを確実に吊持できるので、コンクリートマット21Bが被覆石法面5Bを滑落することを防止できる。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明によれば、防波堤を越波した波浪による防波堤背面の被覆石の洗掘を防止する被覆工の構造安定性、耐久性を高めることができ、防波堤構造物全体の耐久性も向上するという効果を奏する。
