Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a road bridge joint structure of a blind land type.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The blind land type is mainly applied to a road bridge with a relatively small amount of expansion and contraction, and is known to absorb the expansion and contraction of the main body of the road bridge by deformation of the paved material continuously paved. Its basic structure is shown in FIG. That is, on both sides of the road bridge gap a, a step c is formed at the end of the road bridge body b, and the joint material d is packed in the gap a, and on the steps c and c so as to cover the joint material d. An elastic compound e is placed, a waterproof sheet f is laid thereon, and a pavement g is applied thereon.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-mentioned blind land form, the pavement is continuous without interruption at the road bridge joint, so the driving performance of the car is good and vibration and noise are reduced, but the pavement is wavy due to the flow of the elastic compound e. There is a problem that the pavement on the gap is likely to be cracked due to the relative vertical displacement of the road bridge body facing the gap and the expansion and contraction of the road bridge body. Since this crack extends in the longitudinal direction of the play (in the direction intersecting the bridge axis), the traveling performance of the automobile deteriorates. In addition, the pavement is chipped from the crack due to the impact of passing through the car, and the crack gradually becomes a large groove, driving performance worsens, noise and vibration increase, and driving safety is also impaired. Come.
[0004]
On the other hand, there is a proposal that the pavement has a two-layer structure of a base layer and a surface layer, and a bitumen sheet is provided between the base layer and the main body of the road bridge and between the base layer and the surface layer, but the crack suppressing effect is low.
[0005]
The elastic compound e is formed of a mixture of rubber, asphalt, and crushed stone. In the construction, the required amount of rubber and asphalt (or sheet-like rubber-filled asphalt) is first heated in a dissolution tank. It is necessary to dissolve and dissolve this dissolved material into a mixer together with crushed stones, and to mix again by heating. This is troublesome to prepare in the field and takes time and effort. In addition, even after the placement on the step c, the waterproof sheet f cannot be constructed and paved g until the elastic compound e is cooled and solidified. For this reason, construction time becomes longer, and construction cannot be completed by only one night construction or daytime construction, construction is interrupted in the early morning or evening, and asphalt mixture is temporarily packed for the pavement thickness. Then, the lining board is put on the road bridge joint part and temporarily restored (to enable road traffic), and the next night or noon will have to be continued. Therefore, the time for traffic regulation for construction is doubled and costs increase, and traffic safety is hindered.
[0006]
The subject of this invention is suppressing the generation | occurrence | production of the crack of the said pavement in the road bridge joint part structure of such a blind land type. Another object of the present invention is to reduce the construction time and the construction cost.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to deal with such problems, a flexible plate that is prefabricated and can be applied at normal temperature is provided under continuous pavement, in which a fiber sheet is embedded instead of an elastic compound.
[0008]
That is, the invention according to
A stepped portion lower than the upper surface of the road bridge body is formed on each of the road bridge bodies on both sides of the play, or on the road bridge bodies and abutments on both sides of the play,
A flexible plate is provided so as to straddle the steps on both sides of the play,
In the flexible plate , a plurality of fiber sheets continuous from the one step portion to the other step portion are arranged vertically and embedded,
The fiber sheet disposed on the upper side and the fiber sheet disposed on the lower side are different from each other in the amount of spread from the gap to the outside in the bridge axis direction.
Continuous pavement is performed on the flexible plate.
[0009]
With such a road bridge joint structure, the problem of pavement undulation due to the flow of elastic compound as in the prior art is solved. In addition, even if a relative vertical displacement occurs between the road bridge bodies facing each other with a gap (or between the road bridge body and the abutment), the flexible plate is inclined in response to the vertical displacement. Suppresses cracks in the pavement. In addition, if the clearance increases with the expansion and contraction of the road bridge body, a large tensile force acts on the flexible plate, but the flexible plate is reinforced by the fiber sheet, so that it can be prevented from breaking and cracks in the pavement. The prevention effect is demonstrated over a long period of time.
[0010]
Then, since the fiber sheets arranged above and below differ in the amount of spread from the gap to the outside in the bridge axis direction, the strength of the flexible plate is not uniform over the entire width in the bridge axis direction. For this reason, in the flexible plate, the stress concentration due to the expansion change of the play and the vertical displacement of the end portion of the road bridge main body appears dispersed in a plurality of locations in the bridge axis direction, and this stress distribution causes the amount of fiber sheet used Even if the number is reduced, the strength of the flexible plate itself can be secured, and stress can be avoided from concentrating on the road bridge body or the boundary between the abutment and the flexible plate. Therefore, it is possible to avoid cracks in the pavement at the site corresponding to this boundary.
[0011]
Moreover, in the construction of the flexible plate, there is no need for the work of heating and mixing in the field like a conventional elastic compound, and after the flexible plate is constructed on the stepped portion, the construction of the pavement can be started immediately. The construction can be completed in a short time, which is advantageous for preventing traffic accidents and reducing construction costs.
[0012]
The flexible plate can be formed of rubber, asphalt (bituminous material), rubber-containing asphalt, or synthetic resin.
[0013]
As the fiber sheet, one having long fibers extending in the direction of the bridge axis is preferable in terms of strength and durability. As long fibers, glass fibers, inorganic fibers such as carbon fibers, synthetic fibers, or natural fibers can be used. Further, only one fiber sheet may be provided, or a plurality of fiber sheets may be embedded in the vertical direction or may be embedded at intervals in the vertical direction. In addition to embedding the fiber sheet in the flexible plate, the fiber sheet may be provided on the front or back surface of the flexible plate by adhesion.
[0014]
The depth of the stepped portion from the upper surface of the road bridge body is preferably 5 mm or more. In that case, the flexible plate has a thickness of 2 mm or more, preferably 2.5 mm, formed of rubber, asphalt (bituminous material), rubber-containing asphalt or synthetic resin on the upper surface side or lower surface side or in the middle portion. As described above, it is more advantageous to form an elastic layer (not including a fiber sheet) of 3 mm or more in terms of preventing cracks in pavement. The upper surface of the flexible plate may be lower than the upper surface of the road bridge body.
[0015]
Each of the fiber sheets arranged on the upper and lower sides is formed so that the spread amount from the gap to the outside in the bridge axis direction differs only on one side, and the spread from the gap to the outside in the bridge axis direction on each of both sides. In some cases, the amounts are formed to be different from each other.
[0016]
The invention according to
A pair of plates is provided on each of the two stepped portions,
The both plates are formed in a concave and convex shape with one side facing each other in the direction of the bridge axis, and the convex portions and the concave portions face each other with a gap, and the convex portions extend beyond the clearance and are opposed to each other. Projecting above the step on the side, and the gap crosses the gap diagonally,
The flexible plate is provided on both the plates so as to cover a gap between the two plates.
[0017]
Therefore, since the convex part of the plate protrudes over the stepped part on the other side beyond the gap, it is possible to prevent the flexible plate and the pavement from falling into the gap. In addition, the expansion / contraction change of the gap between both plates and the vertical displacement of the end portion of the road bridge body are absorbed by the deformation of the flexible plate, and the gap between both plates extends diagonally, so stress is applied to the pavement. Local concentration is avoided and cracks in the pavement are prevented.
[0018]
Even if a microcrack is generated in the pavement at a portion corresponding to the gap between the two plates, the crack crosses the gap diagonally corresponding to the gap shape. This is advantageous in terms of ensuring good running performance.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the flexible plate continuously extends from the step portion of one road bridge main body to the other road bridge main body or the step portion of the abutment which is opposed to the gap. Provided and continuously paved thereon, and on the flexible plate, a plurality of fiber sheets continuous from the one step portion to the other step portion are vertically arranged and embedded, and arranged on the upper side. The fiber sheet placed on the lower side and the fiber sheet disposed on the lower side are different from each other in the amount of spread from the gap to the outside in the direction of the bridge axis. It is possible to prevent cracks from occurring, and the stress associated with the expansion change between the play and the vertical displacement of the end portion of the road bridge main body is distributed to a plurality of locations of the flexible plate, and the road bridge main body or the abutment and the flexible plate Clap the pavement at the part corresponding to the boundary. It becomes advantageous in preventing that produce. In addition , the problem of pavement undulation due to the flow of elastic compound as in the past is solved, cracking in the pavement due to vertical displacement of the end of the road bridge body is suppressed, and resistance to the tensile force of the flexible plate As a result, the durability is improved, which is advantageous in obtaining an effect of preventing cracking of the pavement over a long period of time, and the construction time can be greatly reduced, which is advantageous in preventing traffic accidents and reducing construction costs.
[0020]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the road bridge joint structure according to the first aspect , the pair of plates formed in an uneven shape on one opposite side, the gap between the plates is slanted between the gaps. The bridge is placed across the play so as to cross each other, and the flexible plate is provided so as to cover the gap between both plates, and continuous pave is applied on the flexible plate. And when the vertical displacement occurs at the end of the road bridge body, the effect is difficult to affect the pavement, and it is advantageous for crack suppression by avoiding stress concentration locally on the pavement, The construction time can be greatly shortened, and the sheet polymerization layer and the pavement can be prevented from falling into the gap. Also, even if cracks occur in the pavement, there is almost no reduction in running performance, and there is almost no running vibration or noise.
