Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a salmon float that is particularly suitable for use as a fish culture salmon.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a typical structure for fish farming is shown in FIG. 5. Two
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, when the one made of styrene foam is used as the
[0004]
The float disclosed in the above publication (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-4598) directly connects the floats to each other, and this alone is not stable and is not suitable for use as a bag. In the invention disclosed in the above publication (JP-A-8-253910), since the fender is attached to the float as a separate member, the mounting operation is expected to be troublesome.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and provides a float for fish that is suitable for use particularly for fish culture fish.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The kite float according to the present invention (Claim 1) has a flat float-stopped flat surface and a pair of inclined surfaces formed on both sides of the flat surface. A plurality of ridges formed in the horizontal direction, a fender part protruding around the horizontal side surface of the float, and a rope fixing groove formed around the vertical side surface of the float. And the pipe constituting the frame of the reed is arranged in contact with the float between the ridges of the inclined surface, the rope is wound around the rope fixing groove, and the float is It is connected and fixed to a pipe.
[0007]
In this configuration, the non-slip processed flat surface is used as a scaffold when a person moves or works. The ridges act to determine the position of the float with respect to the frame by arranging the pipes constituting the frame therebetween. In addition, the inclined surface serves to securely fasten the float when the rope is wound around the rope fixing groove by positioning the pipe.
[0008]
Further, the bag float according to the present invention (Claim 2) is such that the float has a sealed structure. With such a structure, a large buoyancy can be obtained even when a large load is applied.
[0009]
Further, the bag float according to the present invention (Claim 3) has an opening formed on the lower surface of the float. With such a structure, the air pressure and the water pressure inside the float are always equal, and the float is not deformed by this pressure difference.
[0010]
Further, the kite float according to the present invention (Claim 4) is a hollow float having a substantially hexagonal cross section in the vertical direction and formed on a flat surface in which the upper surface and the lower surface opposite thereto are anti-slip processed. A plurality of protrusions formed in a horizontal direction on two sets of inclined surfaces adjacent to the one set of flat surfaces, and a boundary portion between the two sets of inclined surfaces of the float, and are formed around a horizontal side surface. And at least two rope fixing grooves formed around the vertical side surface of the float, and the pipe constituting the frame of the fence is either one of the two inclined surfaces. It is arranged in contact with the float between the ridges of the inclined surface, and the rope is wound around the rope fixing portion, and the float is connected and fixed to the pipe by the rope. .
[0011]
With this configuration, the float has the same vertically symmetrical structure with the fender part as a boundary. Such a float is periodically used upside down. If seaweeds, shells, etc. adhere to the immersion surface while immersed in seawater for a certain period of time, use it upside down, expose the surface with seaweeds attached to the sun, remove seaweeds, etc., and attach seaweeds, etc. The other side is immersed in water.
[0012]
Moreover, the float for dredging which concerns on this invention (Claim 5) shall be formed by blow molding the float with the polyolefin-type thermoplastic resin. Since the polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin is chemically very stable, durability is maintained even if it is exposed to sunlight for a long period of time or is immersed in the sea, and adhesion of marine organisms such as shells and seaweeds is suppressed. Further, since the hollow body can be formed by blow molding, a hollow body with good sealing properties can be obtained.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention (Claim 1), since the upper surface is a flat surface and is anti-slip processed, when an operator walks on this or works using it as a scaffold, this is performed safely. Can do. Usually, this portion often becomes slippery due to the oil contained in the bait adhering to the float due to the feeding operation. Also, when the kite swings in the rain or due to waves, the work becomes dangerous, so it is very effective to apply anti-slip processing.
[0022]
Moreover, according to this invention, the positioning of the float with respect to a flame | frame can be made accurate by fixing the pipe which comprises a flame | frame according to the protruding item | line formed in the inclined surface. Further, since the ridge is formed on the inclined surface, even if the pipe is arranged at this position, it can be connected to the pipe with the float tightened by turning the rope into the loop fixing groove.
[0023]
In addition, according to the present invention, the fender part is formed so as to protrude around the side surface in the horizontal direction of the float. Therefore, when a boat or the like collides with the float, the float can be protected. Moreover, since the fender part is integrally formed with the float, the troublesome work of separately attaching the fender part to the float is unnecessary.
[0024]
According to the present invention (Claim 2), since the float has a sealed structure, a constant buoyancy can be maintained even when a large load is applied to the float.
[0025]
Further, according to the present invention (Claim 3), the opening on the lower surface of the float is opened and water can enter, so that when the load applied to the float is large, water enters the float and the float Since the internal air pressure and the water pressure are always kept equal, no force is applied to the float wall surface to deform it. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider the water pressure for the strength of the float wall surface, and it can be made thinner and lighter than the conventional sealed structure float, making it easier to carry and handle. .
[0026]
Furthermore, according to the present invention (Claim 4), since the upper and lower structures are the same with the fender part as a boundary, the float can be used by periodically turning it upside down. Therefore, aquatic organisms adhering to the seawater immersion surface can be periodically removed, the buoyancy of the float can be maintained for a long time, and at the same time, the float can be kept clean.
[0027]
Furthermore, according to the present invention (Claim 5), by using an olefin-based thermoplastic resin as a float material, durability is not impaired even when levitated to the sea surface for a long period of time. The adhesion of marine organisms is suppressed.
