Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat cover for covering a seat of a vehicle or the like, and more particularly to a back base fabric that is laminated and bonded to a seat cover pad of a seat cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a seat cover 1 for covering a cushion pad attached to a seat frame of this type of vehicle or the like includes, for example, a skin material 2 made of fabric, PVC leather, etc., as shown in FIG. The cover pad 3 is made of a urethane foam slab to be bonded, and the back base cloth 4 is made of a nonwoven fabric bonded to the cover pad 3.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved]
However, in this conventional seat cover configuration, the skin material 2 and the cover pad 3 are elastic fabric, PVC leather, and urethane foam slab, whereas the back base fabric 4 is an aggregate without using fibers as threads. Since the non-woven fabric is compressed into a thin cloth by bonding the fibers together, the back base fabric 4 will be in contact with the outer skin material 2 and the cover pad 3 elastically deformed due to external force due to lack of stretchability. Accordingly, there was a problem that the crease 5 was generated on the skin material 2 side as shown in FIG.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and is a seat cover pad that can follow the expansion and contraction of the skin material and the cover pad and can prevent the folding of the skin material. The purpose is to provide a backing fabric.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention
In the seat cover formed by sticking the cover material covering the seat cushion, the cover pad, and the back base fabric, the back base fabric is arranged in a staggered manner with elongated strips 90 degrees out of phase with each other. In addition, the opening and contracting means is an embossed, slit-shaped groove,
When an occupant sits on the seat, the skin material and the cover pad of the seat cover are elastically displaced in a curved shape, so that an external force acts on the back base fabric adhered to the cover pad in the outer circumferential direction centered on the seating portion. The back base fabric is provided with elongated stripping means arranged in a zigzag pattern with the longitudinal direction alternately 90 degrees, and has an adhesive portion and an adherend portion of the shrinking means portion with respect to the cover pad. In particular, the deformation / displacement of the expanding / contracting means in the width direction is remarkable, and the overall deformation / displacement of each expanding / contracting means reduces the elastic displacement of the skin material and cover pad. Since it can follow and open and contract, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of creases and wrinkles on the skin material side.
[0005]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the seat cover 1, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the back base cloth 6, and FIG. The seat cover 1 is bonded to the cover pad 3 made of a urethane foam slab bonded to the cover material 2 and the cover material 3 made of fabric, PVC leather, etc., as in the prior art. It is comprised from the back base fabric 6 which consists of a nonwoven fabric.
[0006]
This non-woven fabric, which is the backing base fabric 6, is formed into a sheet-like shape that has been embossed in a concavo-convex shape during the compression process in which the fibers are aggregated without forming yarns, and the fibers are bonded together and compressed into a thin cloth shape. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the shape of the uneven emboss 7 (also referred to as an opening / closing means) is an oval shape (for example, the longitudinal direction l = 20 mm, the width w = 10 mm, and the depth t = 1 mm). A recess 7a is formed on the back side of the emboss 7 so that the emboss 7 is formed in a zigzag pattern in which the longitudinal directions 1 are alternately phased by 90 degrees as shown in the figure.
[0007]
When the non-woven fabric, which is the back base fabric formed in this way, is laminated and bonded to the back side of the cover pad 3, a non-bonded portion 9 is formed at the bonded portion 8 and the embossed portion 7 as shown in FIG. When the occupant sits on the seat in the state where the cushion pad is covered with the seat cover 1 to which the back base fabric 6 is bonded in this way, the seat cover 1 as shown in FIG. 4 (b) and FIG. The skin material 2 and the cover pad 3 are elastically displaced in a curved shape. Due to the elastic displacement of the cover pad 3, an external force F acts on the back base fabric 6 adhered to the cover pad 3 in the outer peripheral direction centering on the seating portion.
[0008]
In this way, the back base fabric 6 that receives the external force F is provided with the oval embosses 7 in a staggered manner in which the longitudinal directions are alternately shifted by 90 degrees, and the adhesive portion 8 and the emboss 6 are formed on the cover pad 3. In particular, since the emboss 7 is deformed / displaced in the width w direction, the skin material 2 is formed by the total deformation / displacement of each emboss 7. Since the cover pad 3 can be opened and contracted following the elastic displacement of the cover pad 3, it is possible to prevent the crease 5 from occurring on the skin material 2 side.
[0009]
FIGS. 6 and 7 (a) and 7 (b) show another embodiment of the cleaving means formed on the nonwoven fabric, and the back base fabric 10 has a configuration in which slit-like grooves 11 are provided in place of the embosses 7. This slit-shaped groove 11 is formed with a length l = 20 mm and a width w = 1 mm, and in the same manner as described above, the length directions are alternately phased 90 degrees as shown in a staggered pattern. It is arranged. By sticking the back base fabric 10 formed in this way to the cover pad 3, the bonded portion 8 and the slit-shaped groove 11 portion become the bonded portion 9, and thus the slit-shaped groove hole as described above. 11 can follow the elastic displacement of the skin material 2 and the cover pad 3 to prevent the generation of wrinkles 5 on the skin material 2 side.
[0010]
In the above embodiment, the oval-shaped emboss 7 and the slit-like slot 11 opening / shrinking means are exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an elongated emboss or hole such as an oval shape or a rhombus is used. Any cresting means may be used as long as it is arranged in a zigzag pattern 90 degrees out of phase with each other in a shape or the like and can be cleaved in the x and y directions.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, when an occupant sits on a seat as described above, the skin material and the cover pad of the seat cover are elastically displaced in a curved shape, so that the back base fabric adhered to the cover pad is centered on the seating portion. When an external force is applied in the outer peripheral direction, elongated back and forth means are arranged on the back base fabric in a zigzag pattern with the longitudinal direction alternately 90 degrees, and the adhesive portion and the opening and closing means are attached to the cover pad. In particular, the deformation / displacement of the expanding / contracting means in the width direction is remarkable. Since it can be opened and contracted following the elastic displacement of the material and the cover pad, the occurrence of creases and wrinkles on the skin material side is prevented.
