Description

【0001】

Since it is not a standard construction method but a construction structure and construction method in which the sash frame part and the shutter frame part are simultaneously installed and fixed to the housing frame 51, the sash frame part and the shutter frame part can be simultaneously constructed in the building frame 51. With the ability to construction of the fitting frame 1 it can be made easy, so that the workability is improved.
[0054]
In addition, since it is a structure that is framed in advance in a rectangular shape, a joinery frame 1 with good dimensional accuracy is obtained, and a frame structure that does not hinder the opening and closing of the sash door and the opening and closing of the shutter curtain is obtained. Since the left and right side plates 26 and 27 to be configured are also assembled in advance, the positional dimensions of the side plates with respect to the guide groove 11 of the shutter guide frame portion 10, that is, the accuracy of the arrangement position of the shutter device main body can be improved. It becomes.
[0055]
Further, according to the structure of the joinery frame 1, since the sash frame portion and the shutter frame portion are an integral structure, the sash frame portion and the shutter frame portion are arranged with a good appearance with respect to the opening of the building. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture at a low price.
[0056]
Further, by using a mounting jig 36 that is detachable from the housing frame 51, the fitting frame 1 that is framed in a rectangular shape can be easily temporarily fixed to the housing frame 51 side during installation on the housing frame 51 side. The frame 2, 3, 14, 21 and the side plates 26, 27 can be fixed easily, and the joinery frame 1 that is framed at the time of the temporary fixing is not dropped. Since construction can be performed without support, a large number of construction workers are not required, and work can be performed by a single construction worker, thereby saving labor.
[0057]
In the above-described embodiment, the sash frame portions 4 and 15 of the left and right vertical frames 2 and 3 and the lower frame 14 constituting the joinery frame 1 and the sash upper rail frame 21 are partially in the building opening 50. Although the example in which the frame is inserted and fixed to the frame 51 has been described, the frames 2, 3 are respectively attached to the front and lower horizontal frames 53, 54 of the frame 51 and the front surfaces 53b, 54b, 52a of the left and right vertical frames 52. 14 and 21 may be fixed.
That is, as a configuration in which the joinery frame 1 is fixed so as to extend in the outdoor O direction with respect to the respective frames 52, 53, and 54 constituting the building opening 50 without being partially inserted into the building opening 50. Also good.
[0058]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the mounting jig 36 is described as an example in which the hook portion 38 and the clamp portion 37 are integrally configured at the distal end and the proximal end of the beam plate 39. However, the mounting jig 36 is not limited to this shape.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a fixed plate 39a extending in the hanging direction is formed at the tip of the beam plate 39, a long long hole is formed perpendicularly to the fixed plate 39a, and the hooking portion 38 is formed. It is good also as a structure formed in the substantially J-shaped collar shape, and fixing with the fastening screw 41. FIG. In this case, the hooking portion 38 can be moved up and down by loosening the fastening screw 41 with respect to the fixed plate 39a of the beam plate 39, and the attachment jig 36 is removed after the fitting frame 1 is attached to the frame 51. It becomes easy, and it becomes possible to perform delicate position adjustment of the up-down direction of the joinery frame 1 and the frame 51.
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the mounting jig 36 can move the substantially J-shaped hooking portion 38 as described above up and down with respect to the beam plate 39, and the base end of the beam plate 39 is A configuration may be adopted in which the slide portion is slidable with respect to the horizontal plate 37c of the clamp portion 37. In this case, the extension length of the hook portion 38 with respect to the clamp portion 37 can be adjusted.
[0059]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the structure of the joinery frame according to the present invention, the sash frame portion and the shutter frame portion are integrated, and the left and right vertical frames, the lower frame, and the sash upper rail frame are pre-framed. Since the left and right side plates, which are part of the shutter device, and the connecting frame that connects these side plates are framed in a rectangular shape to form a joinery frame, it is collectively for the frame that forms the building opening. The installation structure can be fixed and fixed. With this installation method, the sash frame part and the shutter frame part can be built in the building frame at the same time. It can be made easy, and an effect that construction workability can be improved can be obtained.
[0060]
In addition, since it is a structure that is rectangularly framed in advance, it is possible to obtain a joinery frame with good horizontal, vertical and dimensional accuracy of each frame, which may hinder the opening and closing of the sash door and the opening and closing of the shutter curtain. There is an effect that a frame structure that is not present can be obtained.
[0061]
Furthermore, according to the structure of this joinery frame, the left and right side plates constituting the shutter case are also assembled in advance, so the position dimensions of each side plate with respect to the guide groove of the shutter guide frame portion, that is, the arrangement of the shutter device main body The effect that the accuracy of the position can be improved is obtained.
[0062]
In addition, according to the structure of the joinery frame, since the sash frame portion and the shutter frame portion are an integral structure, an effect of being arranged nicely with respect to the opening of the building can be obtained, and a simple structure The effect that can be manufactured at low cost can be obtained.
[0063]
In addition, a fixture that can be attached to and detached from the housing frame is provided, so that when a fitting frame is attached to the housing frame, the rectangular frame can be easily temporarily fixed to the housing frame. The vertical frame, the lower frame, the sash upper rail frame, and the side plate can be easily fixed, and the joinery frame is not dropped at the time of this temporary fixing, and the operator always supports it by hand. Since the construction can be performed without the need, a large number of construction workers are not required, and the work can be performed by a single construction worker, thereby saving labor.
[0064]
In addition, by providing the engaging portions on the left and right side plates that constitute the joinery frame, it becomes possible to easily attach the outer plates constituting the shutter case that is spanned and attached to the respective side plates, and each side plate and the outer plate. Fixing means such as a screw for fixing can be reduced, and workability can be improved.
