BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises a filter and an electrolytic bath, and bath water in the bathtub circulates between the filter and the bathtub, and an anode water obtained by electrolyzing the bath water in the electrolytic bath The present invention relates to an apparatus for purifying bath water in which various bacteria in the bath water are sterilized by oxygen and oxygen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Filtration device to remove interstitial substances such as human hair in bath water, water pump for forcibly circulating bath water, activation device in which active stones such as ceramics, shell fossil, barley stone are stored , Equipped with an ozone gas generator for generating ozone gas that has functions such as sterilization and deodorization, a heater for heating bath water to a predetermined temperature, a control device for controlling the mixing time of the ozone gas, the energization time of the heater, etc. Many bath water purifiers have been proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-48893, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-185574, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-23203, and the like. Since these bath water purifiers are equipped with an activating device, when the bath water passes through the activating device, it rots organic matter, for example, bath water, by bacteria that propagate on activated stones and give other life. The causative Ammonya is decomposed and the bath water is purified. In addition, various gases in the bath water are sterilized by ozone gas, and actions such as decomposition and deodorization of large molecular weight organic substances that cannot decompose bacteria are obtained.
[0003]
As described above, the bath water purifying apparatus proposed by the present applicant is sterilized with ozone gas to sterilize various germs in the bath water, and organic matter is biologically decomposed by bacteria. Recently, a bathtub system configured to electrochemically sterilize germs in bath water has been proposed. This bathtub system includes a raw water tank and an electrolytic tank. The raw water tank and the electrolytic tank are connected by the raw water pipe, the electrolytic tank and the bathtub are connected by the anode water pipe, the electrolytic tank and the raw water tank are connected by the cathode water pipe, and the bathtub and the raw water tank are connected by the return pipe. . Therefore, when salt water in the raw water tank is sent to the electrolytic tank and electrolyzed, oxygen is generated at the anode and is sent to the bathtub along with the acid water through the anode water conduit. Thereby, various germs in the bath water are sterilized.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, according to the bathtub system provided with the electrolytic cell, the effect that germs in the bath water are sterilized by oxygen generated at the anode is recognized. Moreover, since the alkaline cathode water is returned to the raw water tank and is not drained to the outside, the intended object of the invention of saving bath water is achieved. However, there are also points to be improved. For example, acidic hot springs are said to have medicinal effects on skin diseases, but the conventional baths described above are neutralized with alkaline cathodic water in the raw water tank, so this medicinal effect The acidity seems to be low. Of course, if an electrolytic cell having a large capacity is provided and a large amount of anode water is supplied, an acidity effective for skin diseases can be obtained. However, it is expected that the facility cost of the electrolytic cell will increase and the running cost such as the power cost will increase. In addition, the acidity can be increased when the anode water is supplied and the bath water is not circulated. However, there is a risk that the bath water is contaminated with human hair, dirt and other narrow objects, and becomes unsuitable for bathing at an early stage.
[0005]
The conventional bathtub system described above also includes a filter. Therefore, it is possible to collect narrow matters such as human hair and dirt with this filter. However, since measures are not taken when the filter is clogged with the collected material, there is a problem with the maintenance.
The present invention seeks to provide a bath water purifier that solves the above-described improvements or problems, and specifically, despite the low equipment costs, running costs, and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a bath water purifying apparatus that can effectively sterilize germs in the bath water and obtain a desired acidity, and further provides a bath water purifying apparatus that can easily maintain a filter. That is also the purpose.
[0006]

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 includes a filter and an electrolytic cell, In the purification device in which the bath water in the bath circulates between the filter and the bath, and the bath water is purified during that time, Anode water obtained by electrolyzing bath water in the electrolytic bath is supplied into the bath water with an acid water supply pipe together with oxygen, and cathode water obtained in the electrolytic bath is drained to the outside through an alkaline water drain pipe. And the container of the filter includes a first distribution chamber located below and a filtration chamber located in the middle by a lower first partition and an upper second partition, It is divided into a second distribution chamber located above, a cylindrical filter element between the first and second partition walls, a filtration supply pipe in the first distribution chamber, and a filtration in the filtration chamber. A discharge pipe, and the second distribution chamber is provided with a dust discharge pipe, Contaminant discharge pipe When the bath water is supplied from the filtration supply pipe to the first distribution chamber, it is filtered by the filter element and discharged from the filtration discharge pipe toward the bathtub, Contaminant discharge pipe And the filtration discharge pipe is closed, and bath water is supplied from the filtration supply pipe to the first distribution chamber, the bath water containing the contaminants trapped in the filter element is discharged from the contaminants. It is configured to be discharged from the pipe to the outside.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the purification apparatus according to the first aspect, the comb-shaped electrode is provided in the filtration chamber.
Invention of Claim 3 is equipped with the electrolytic cell which served as the filter, In the purification device in which the bath water in the bath circulates between the electrolytic cell and the bath, and the bath water is purified during that time. The anode water obtained by electrolyzing the bath water in the electrolytic cell is supplied into the bath water through an acidic water supply pipe together with oxygen, and the cathode water obtained in the electrolytic tank is drained to the outside through an alkaline water drain pipe. The electrolytic case of the electrolytic cell is divided into an uppermost electrolytic water collection chamber, an intermediate filtration chamber, and a lowermost auxiliary chamber by upper and lower partition plates. In the filtration chamber, a plurality of cylindrical filter bodies are provided with an upper end protruding into the electrolyzed water collection chamber and a lower end closed with the lower partition plate. An anode is provided inside the cylindrical filter body, and a cathode is provided outside the cylindrical filter body. A bath water supply pipe and an alkaline water discharge pipe are provided in the filtration chamber, and the electrolytic water is provided. Electrolytic water discharge pipes are attached to the collection chambers, respectively. When the hot water is supplied from the bath water supply pipe to the filtration chamber while the alkaline water discharge pipe is squeezed, the bath water is filtered by the cylindrical filter body and contains anode water and oxygen. The cathode water is discharged from the electrolyzed water discharge pipe toward the bathtub, and the cathode water is drained to the outside by the alkaline water drain pipe, and the electrolytic water drain pipe is closed and the alkaline water drain pipe is opened to supply the bath water. When bath water is supplied from the pipe to the filtration chamber, the cylindrical filter body is washed, and bath water containing impurities is discharged from the alkaline water discharge pipe to the outside.
