本発明は,建築物の構造躯体に固定した金属下地に外壁板を留め付けてなる外壁施工構造,及びその施工方法に関する。

【従来技術】
従来より,図30,図31に示すごとく,建築物の構造躯体92に,縦胴縁93等の下地材を介して,外壁板94を固定してなる外壁施工構造9がある。即ち,該外壁施工構造9は,上記構造躯体92に防水紙98を介して固定した縦胴縁93に,留め付け金具95を用いて外壁板94を固定してある。また,該留め付け金具95は,ビス96により上記縦胴縁93及び構造躯体92に固定されている(図31)。
このように,上記外壁施工構造9においては,上記縦胴縁93を,上記構造躯体92における管柱923,間柱924等に,防水紙98を介して固定する。

【解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら,上記従来の外壁施工構造9においては,図30に示すごとく,上記縦胴縁93が,その上下にわたり,上記管柱923や間柱924に沿うように配置して固定される必要がある。そして,外壁板94の左右側端部は,縦胴縁93上に配置する必要がある。それ故,上記外壁板94を施工するにあたり,該外壁板94は固定配置とならざるを得ず,施工が困難となる場合がある。

また,リフォームする際には,図32に示すごとく,縦胴縁93を,モルタル壁などの既存壁940及びその後方の既存胴縁930を介して構造躯体92に,長いビス960を用いて固定し,この縦胴縁93に,新たな外壁板94を取り付けて外壁施工構造9を得る。

この場合,新たに施工した上記縦胴縁93は,その固定力を確保するために,上記既存壁940の後方にある構造躯体92,即ち管柱923,間柱924等の縦柱(図30)に固定される必要がある。
しかし,上記管柱923,間柱924は,上記既存壁940の後方にあるため,上記縦胴縁93を施工する際には,その位置を確認することが困難である。それ故,施工が困難となる。

本発明は,かかる従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので,施工容易,かつ強度の高い外壁施工構造,及びこれを施工する外壁施工方法を提供しようとするものである。

【課題の解決手段】
第1の発明は,建築物の構造躯体に固定した金属下地に横張用の外壁板を留め付けてなる外壁施工構造であって
上記金属下地は,上記構造躯体に,それぞれ略水平方向に固定された複数の金属ランナーと,該複数の金属ランナーに略鉛直方向に固定された複数の金属胴縁とを有し,
上記外壁板は,上記金属胴縁に配設された留め付け金具又はスタータ金具に,上辺部及び下辺部を係止させることにより,上記金属下地に留め付けられていると共に,上記各外壁板は複数の上記金属胴縁の前方に配置され,
かつ,上記金属ランナーは,構造躯体における土台柱,胴差し,及び桁のいずれか2つ以上に沿ってその前面に固定されており,
上記留め付け金具は,左右の上記外壁板が隣り合う部分に配設されるものと,その他の部分に配設されるものとがあり,前者は左右方向に長い長尺背面板に2個左右に並設された状態で上記金属胴縁に固定され,後者は1個の背面板に1個配設された状態で上記金属胴縁に固定されていることを特徴とする外壁施工構造にある(請求項1)。

上記金属胴縁は,上記構造躯体に略水平方向に固定された金属ランナーに固定する。そのため,上記金属胴縁を上記金属ランナーに配設するにあたり,水平方向の位置が多少ずれても,構造躯体の縦材の位置にかかわらず,確実に固定することができる。そのため,上記外壁施工構造は施工容易である。

該外壁施工方法は,複数の金属ランナーを,上記構造躯体における土台柱,胴差し,及び桁のいずれか2つ以上に沿って,それぞれ略水平方向に固定する第1工程と,
上記複数の金属ランナーに,複数の金属胴縁を略鉛直方向に固定することにより,上記構造躯体に固定された上記金属下地を得る第2工程と,
上記金属胴縁にスタータ金具を固定し,該スタータ金具に最下段の外壁板の下辺部を係止し,更に留め付け金具を上記外壁板の上辺部に係止すると共に上記金属胴縁に固定する第3工程と,
上記留め付け金具に,他の外壁板の下辺部を係止し,更に他の留め付け金具を上記外壁板の上辺部に係止すると共に上記金属胴縁に固定する第4工程とを有し,
該第4工程を順次繰り返すことにより複数の外壁板を上記金属下地に固定する方法であり,
上記第3工程及び第4工程においては,上記各外壁板を複数の上記金属胴縁の前方に配置し,上記留め付け金具は,左右の上記外壁板が隣り合う部分に配設するものと,その他の部分に配設するものとがあり,前者は左右方向に長い長尺背面板に2個左右に並設した状態で上記金属胴縁に固定し,後者は1個の背面板に1個配設した状態で上記金属胴縁に固定することを特徴とする外壁施工方法にある(請求項6)。

【発明の実施の形態】
上記第1の発明(請求項1)において,上記金属下地の材質としては,例えば,鉄,アルミ,ステンレス鋼等を用いることができる。また,上記金属ランナー,金属胴縁は,例えば,厚み0.8〜2.3mmの金属板を折り曲げ加工することにより形成される。
また,上記金属ランナーは,構造躯体における土台柱,胴差し,及び桁のいずれかに固定されている。これにより,上記金属ランナーは,特に高い固定力で構造躯体に固定され,その結果,上記金属下地の強度,ひいては外壁施工構造の強度が向上する。

(実施例1)
本発明の実施例にかかる外壁施工構造及びこれを施工する外壁施工方法につき,図1〜図28を用いて説明する。
本例の外壁施工構造1は,図1,図2に示すごとく,建築物の構造躯体2に固定した金属下地3に外壁板4を留め付けてなる。

上記金属下地3は,図1,図2に示すごとく,上記構造躯体2における土台柱21と胴差22とに,それぞれ略水平方向に固定された複数の金属ランナー31と,該複数の金属ランナー31に略鉛直方向に固定された複数の金属胴縁32とを有する。

第1工程においては,図25,図1,図2に示すごとく,上記構造躯体2における土台柱21と胴差し22とに,複数の金属ランナー31をそれぞれ略水平方向に固定する。
第2工程においては,図27,図1,図2に示すごとく,上記複数の金属ランナー31に,固定金具7を用いて,複数の金属胴縁32を略鉛直方向に固定する。これにより,上記構造躯体2に固定された上記金属下地3を得る。
