本発明は、主物品と該主物品よりも小型な副物品とを１個の外箱に一緒に収容するのに用いて好適な物品包装箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、物品包装箱は、包装対象である主物品を該主物品に関連した該主物品よりも小型な副物品と一緒に収容するのに用いられることがある。そして、主物品の一つには化粧料が充填された容器があり、この場合の副物品には化粧料に関連した石鹸、スポンジ、パフ、ティッシュ、剃刀等がある。また、主物品には調味料が充填された容器があり、この場合の副物品には調味料に関連した卓上調味料入れ、注ぎ口、計量スプーン等がある。この他にも主物品と副物品との組合せには、塗料が充填された容器と刷毛との組合せ等がある。

このため、物品包装箱は、主物品と副物品とを一緒に収容する外箱と、前記副物品を保持するための台座として形成され該外箱内に挿入されることにより前記主物品の位置決めを行なう位置決め台座とによって構成している。

ここで、例えば主物品として化粧水が充填されたボトルを用い、副物品として試供品として添えられる小さな石鹸を用いた場合について説明する。この場合には、付加価値を付けるために試供品として添えられる石鹸を目立つように配置することが望まれるから、該石鹸はボトルに並べて配置される。従って、ボトルの隣りには、該ボトルの長さ寸法とほぼ同じ長さ寸法を有する直方体状をなし、その一部分だけに石鹸を保持するための嵌合凹部が形成された位置決め台座が配設される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上述した従来技術による物品包装箱は、外箱にボトルと該ボトルよりも小さな石鹸とを一緒に収容し、直方体状の位置決め台座によって石鹸をボトルと並べて配置している。このため、位置決め台座は、ボトルとほぼ同等の大きさになるから、該位置決め台座の内部には大きな空間が形成されこととなる。この結果、物品包装箱内に無駄な空間が形成されるという問題がある。

本発明は上述した従来技術の問題に鑑みなされたもので、本発明の目的は、位置決め台座に他の機能を有する部材を設けることにより、外箱内の空間を有効に利用することができるようにした物品包装箱を提供することにある。

請求項１の発明による物品包装箱は、包装対象の主物品を該主物品に関連した該主物品よりも小型な副物品と一緒に収納する外箱と、該外箱内に挿入されることにより前記主物品の位置決めを行う位置決め台座とによって構成され、位置決め台座の保持部と載置台との間には、該載置台を切り離して使用するためのミシン目が形成してある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態による物品包装箱として化粧水が充填されたボトルと石鹸とを収容する物品包装箱を例に挙げ、図１ないし図６に従って詳細に説明する。

以上詳述した通り、請求項１の発明によれば、位置決め台座は、副物品が嵌合する嵌合凹部が設けられた保持台と、該保持台と一体的に形成され前記嵌合凹部から副物品を取出して使用するときにこの副物品を載せる載置台とにより構成しているので、位置決め台座の保持台に形成された嵌合凹部に副物品を嵌合したときには、該副物品を外箱内の所定位置に配設することができる。また、副物品は、保持台の嵌合凹部から取出して使用した後に保持台に戻すことなく載置台に載せることができる。この結果、外箱内の空間を利用して形成した載置台によって主物品に付加価値を付けることができる。
