Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe transport carriage used when laying pipes in a tunnel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a pipe such as a water supply pipe or a sewer pipe is installed in a tunnel, a pipe carriage is used to transport the pipe into the tunnel. There are straight pipes and bent pipes (vent pipes) as the pipes transported by such a pipe transport carriage. Moreover, even if it is a straight pipe, there exist a thing with directionality in the circumferential direction at the time of conveyance, a thing with no directionality, etc.
[0003]
There is no particular problem when transporting straight pipes with no directionality, but those with directionality need to be loaded with a constant circumferential orientation when they are loaded on a transport carriage. In addition, when a curved pipe is loaded and transported, the curved pipe may interfere with the inner wall of the tunnel and be damaged, so great care must be taken.
[0004]
Conventionally, a centering mechanism has been provided in which the tube receiving base of the tube transport carriage can be moved up and down, left and right, but since there is no mechanism for rotating the tube, rotation after loading the tube is not possible. could not. For this reason, when conveying a directional straight pipe, the pipe is suspended while the circumferential posture is set to a predetermined posture.
[0005]
Also, to avoid interference between the curved pipe and the inner wall of the tunnel, the curved pipe is divided into a curved pipe part and a straight pipe part, and both are transported in a temporarily coupled state, and in the part where interference may occur, the temporary coupling is performed. A technique for changing the angle of the portion so as to be larger than the original coupling angle and passing the portion is also known (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-227047).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when loading a directional tube on a tube conveyance carriage, suspending the tube while determining the posture in the circumferential direction has a problem of hindering loading workability. In addition, the bent pipe and the straight pipe part that are temporarily joined are expensive to manufacture, and work such as changing the angle of the curved part during transportation, joining work during installation, etc. There is a bad problem.
[0007]
In view of this, the present invention improves the pipe transport carriage so that a directional pipe can be freely rotated and changed to a predetermined posture, and a curved pipe can also be transported without interfering with the inner wall of the tunnel. The challenge is to make it.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the invention related to the pipe transport carriage includes a loading carriage and an operation carriage connected thereto, and pipe receiving stands are provided at two places on the front and rear of the loading carriage. In the pipe transport carriage in which the base is remotely operated from the operation carriage, a pipe receiving roller having a longitudinal rotation shaft is provided at both left and right end portions of each of the pipe receiving stands, and one of the pipe receiving rollers is provided. A configuration is adopted in which driving force is transmitted from the operation carriage by remote control means.
[0009]
When a straight pipe having directionality is transported by the pipe transport carriage having the above-described configuration, the pipe receiving roller is rotated by a predetermined angle by a remote operation from the operation carriage after being loaded, and is set to a predetermined posture. Further, when the curved pipe is conveyed, when it is likely to interfere with the inner wall of the curved portion, the pipe receiving roller is rotated by remote operation, and the curved pipe is rotated by a certain angle. Since the bent tube has a smaller bending angle in plan view due to the rotation, it can pass without interfering with the inner wall of the tunnel.
[0010]
In addition, a rotation operation rod as the remote operation means is connected to a rotation shaft of at least one tube reception roller on either the left or right of the front and rear tube reception bases, and the rotation operation rod is connected to the manual operation on the operation carriage. By adopting a configuration connected to the handle, a remote control mechanism for rotating the tube can be realized with a simple configuration.
[0011]
Further, in addition to the above-described configuration, a configuration in which the tube receiving roller is provided via a centering mechanism so as to be movable in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction with respect to the vehicle body of the loading cart can be adopted. Further, as the above-mentioned centering mechanism, the left and right alignment portions where the tube support is slidably mounted in the width direction with respect to the vehicle body, and the tube support rollers are swung up and down at both left and right ends of the tube support. It is possible to adopt a configuration including a vertically aligning portion that is movably attached.
