【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は電気鉄道の吊架線を可動ブラケットの主パイプへ支持するための支持装置に関するもので、水分の滞留による電食防止を目的とするものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図6に示す如く従来の装置は、水平主パイプPの先端部で吊架線Mを支持する。そのために絶縁材製ブロックA,Bと支持金具とを用いている。ブロックA,Bは何れも方形体の対向面に吊架線Mを抱持可能に半円溝を設けたものである。また支持金具はブロックA,Bを収納してボルト締め可能なU形金具Uとその基部背面へ固着した円形金具Cとから成る。円形金具は主パイプPへ被挿固着可能なものである。
この場合ブロックA,Bは水平面で対向しているため隙間へ雨水が滞留し、局部電流の発生によって吊架線が電食されるという問題があった。またそれとは全く別の問題として、ブロックA上の半円溝へ定置した吊架線が、その上へブロックB,ふた板Fをかぶせボルト締めするまでの間、ズレ出すことが多く、高所作業のこととてこのボルト締めに思いがけぬ手数のかかる難もあった。この2点を解決したい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ブロックA,Bの対向面を夫々中央帯と両側帯に区分し、この3帯の表面に互い違い角度対称の段付傾斜面を形成させる。その交点には吊架線を定置可能な半円溝を設ける。半円溝は傾斜面へ穿たれるため、その壁面は一方が高く他方が低い。
雨水は傾斜面に沿うて流出し、あとは急速に自然乾燥する。また吊架線取付時には2ヵ所を溝の高壁で支持された吊架線が、中央で逆方向から高壁に支持される形になるので位置ズレを起こさない。側面から見てハの字形勾配の谷底溝へ挿入する形となるので取付作業が容易になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示す如くブロックAは中央帯A1が右下り、両側帯A2が左下りの傾斜面となっている。吊架線挿入溝A3は中央帯A1では左壁が高く右壁は低い。両側帯A2ではこの逆となる。従ってこの溝へ挿入された吊架線は容易にズレ出すことがない。ブロックA,Bは同一物であり、180度位相を変えて用いることにより、上下で直方体を形成する。
図3には吊架線が平行2本の場合のブロックAを例示した。図4、図5は同じく吊架線2本の場合の装置を示した。即ちブロックA,BはU形金具1に収納され、ふた2をかぶせ、ボルト3で一体化される。U形金具1の基部背面には円形金具4が一体化されており、これへ主パイプPを挿入して固着する。

【発明の効果】
両ブロックA,Bの間に水分が滞留せず、吊架線の電食を防止できる。ブロックAの溝へ挿入された吊架線は位置ズレを起こさず、組込作業が容易となる。
