Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an in-pipe cleaning tool for an endoscope for brushing and cleaning the inside of a pipe line of an endoscope after using the endoscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Endoscope cleaning brushes for endoscopes are generally formed with brush hairs radially planted at the distal end of a flexible elongated shaft and a handle provided at the proximal end. Is inserted into and removed from the duct of the endoscope.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the shaft is formed longer than the length of the endoscope channel, the shaft is very long. For this reason, when inserting the endoscope into the pipeline, it is not easy to make the tip straightly face the axis of the pipeline and the insertion operation is difficult. In addition, when inserting / removing the endoscope into the conduit, the handle on the proximal side was swung around and hit the surroundings, which was bothersome.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an in-pipe cleaning tool for an endoscope that can be easily inserted into and removed from the duct.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, an endoscope cleaning tool for an endoscope according to the present invention has a brush body, which is formed by radially arranging brush bristles on a flexible elongated shaft, as a rotatable drum. An operation handle is provided for winding and manually rotating the drum so that the brush body is fed out from the drum toward the duct inlet of the endoscope or wound around the drum.
[0006]
The brush bristles may be implanted only in the vicinity of the tip portion of the shaft. Moreover, the said brush hair may be planted intermittently in several places of the said shaft, and the said brush hair may be continuously planted in the said shaft from the front side over a wide range.
Further, brush cleaning means for applying a cleaning liquid to the brush body at a position where the brush body is drawn out from the drum may be provided.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. When an endoscope is used, the inside of an endoscope pipe (such as an air / water supply pipe or a suction pipe) is cleaned by brushing. Indicates the state.
[0008]
In the endoscope 10, an operation unit 11 connected to the proximal end of the insertion unit 12 is placed on the mounting table 1, and the air / water supply conduit after the air / water supply operation valve and the suction operation valve are removed. The inlet opening 13 and the inlet opening 14 to the suction pipe are in a state of being opened side by side.
[0009]
The in-pipe cleaning tool 20 is configured by being surrounded by a housing 21, and two rotatable drums 22 are accommodated in the housing 21. Each drum 22 is wound with a brush body 23 formed by radially extending brush bristles 232 around a flexible elongated shaft 231. In this embodiment, the bristle 232 is implanted only at the tip portion of the shaft 231.
[0010]
A portion of the brush body 23 drawn out from the drum 22 is drawn out from a slit 24 formed in the housing 21, and is inserted into the air / water supply conduit inlet opening 13 or the suction conduit inlet opening 14 of the endoscope 10. It can be inserted almost straight (in-pipe cleaning tool 20 is arranged at such a position).
[0011]
The two drums 22 are rotatable independently of each other, and an operation handle 25 for rotating each of the drums 22 from the outside by manual operation protrudes from each drum 22. Therefore, by pulling the operation handle 25 with a fingertip and rotating the drum 22, the brush body 23 can be fed out from the drum 22, or the brush body 23 can be wound around the drum 22.
[0012]
As clearly shown in FIG. 2, which is a side sectional view of the in-pipe cleaning tool 20, the cleaning chamber 27 partitioned from the drum 22 by the partition wall 26 is used to spray the cleaning liquid onto the brush body 23 passing therethrough. A cleaning liquid discharge pipe 28 and a cleaning liquid discharge pipe 29 for discharging the cleaning liquid sprayed into the cleaning chamber 27 are connected.
[0013]
According to the endoscope pipe cleaning tool 20 of the embodiment configured as described above, when the brush body 23 is inserted into the pipe of the endoscope 10 after using the endoscope 10. The operator can hold the operation handle 25 with a fingertip, rotate the drum 22, and feed the brush body 23 downward from the drum 22, thereby inserting the brush body 23 straight into the duct openings 13 and 14.
[0014]
Further, when the drum 22 is rotated in the reverse direction, the fed brush body 23 can be wound around the drum 22. In addition, you may provide the biasing means for giving the motive power for winding.
[0015]
During such operation, the excess portion of the shaft 231 is wound around the drum 22 so that the operation does not get in the way and the brush body 23 can be easily inserted into and removed from the duct openings 13 and 14.
[0016]
3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the shaft 231 of the brush body 23 is set to a length several times (for example, 3 to 10 times) the pipe length of the endoscope 10. In addition, the brush bristles 232 are intermittently implanted at a plurality of locations (for example, several tens to hundreds of locations) of the shaft 231. The housing 21 and the operation handle 25 are not shown.
[0017]
In this way, as shown in FIG. 3, after the brush body 23 is inserted into the conduit of the endoscope, the shaft 231 is cut to an appropriate length with the scissors 100 or the like, and the brush body after use for cleaning. 23 is discarded, and a new brush body 23 can be used sequentially.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, and only the point that the bristles 232 are continuously planted from the front end side to the shaft 231 almost over the entire length is the second embodiment described above. And different.
[0019]
In this way, not only the cleaning performance at the time of brushing is improved, but also it is not necessary to select a location where the shaft 231 is cut, which is convenient.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the extra part of the shaft of the brush body is wound around the drum at the time of insertion / removal to the conduit of the endoscope, so that it does not interfere with the insertion / removal operation, and by rotating the drum, The brush body can be easily inserted / removed while directly facing the duct opening of the endoscope.
