BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an attachment structure for attaching a wall panel to a steel frame, and in particular, when attaching a wall panel to a beam with a preset interval, the interval can be reduced even if the size of the base steel material fixed to the beam is reduced. The present invention relates to a wall panel mounting structure and a mounting bracket that can improve workability and reduce material costs by using a mounting bracket configured to be held.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When wall panels are attached to a steel frame, the outer surface of the steel beam (based on the outside end) is used to absorb the fall that may occur in the steel frame and to prevent the wall panel from interfering with the steel diaphragm. Generally, a certain distance is provided between the wall panel and the inner surface of the wall panel.
[0003]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the structure in which the wall panel is attached to the steel beam is a means such as welding a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional mounting structure described above, an L-65 × 65 × 6 angle material is used as the base steel material, so the material cost is high. For this reason, if it is going to use the angle material of L-50x50x6 for the purpose of reduction of material cost, a problem will arise in the workability | operativity and safety at the time of attaching this angle material to a steel beam. In other words, the L-50 × 50 × 6 angle material has a center of gravity position of 14.4 mm, so when it was placed on the steel beam and positioned, the center of gravity protruded about 10 mm from the end face of the steel beam and was simply placed. This is unstable, and a plurality of workers must hold the angle material to perform positioning, and at the same time, perform temporary welding, which complicates the work. In addition, when the size of the part of the angle member placed on the steel beam is reduced and the weight of the wall panel is applied, the safety may be lowered unless the angle member and the steel beam are sufficiently welded. is there.
[0009]
Further, in the panel weight holder, an opening is formed at the center of the vertical flange, so that the effective surface bearing the weight of the wall panel placed on the horizontal flange is the portion on both sides of the opening in the horizontal flange ( There is a problem that strength is wasted if the thickness of the metal fitting is not increased sufficiently.
[0010]
Also, when welding the above self-weight bracket to the base steel, all the welded parts are welded in the vertical direction, and advanced technology is required compared to the downward welding, so there is a possibility that reliability may vary depending on the skill of the worker. is there.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to provide a wall panel mounting structure capable of reducing the material cost by reducing the size of an angle material used as a base steel material, and to provide a mounting bracket used for the mounting structure. is there.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a wall panel mounting structure according to the present invention is a mounting structure for mounting a wall panel on a base steel material fixed to a housing, and is connected to a horizontal flange on which the wall panel is placed and a base steel material. And both sides of the vertical flange in the width direction are bent in a substantially crank shape on the opposite side of the horizontal flange to form a locking piece locked to the vertical piece of the base steel material and both sides of the horizontal flange in the width direction. Using a mounting bracket formed with a protruding piece in which the distance between the protruding end and the locking piece is substantially equal to the thickness of the vertical piece of the base steel material. Is fixed to the vertical piece of the base steel material, the vertical piece of the base steel material is sandwiched between the locking piece and the protruding end of the protruding piece, and the wall panel is placed on the horizontal flange.
[0013]
In the above wall panel mounting structure, the mounting bracket has a vertical flange and a horizontal flange, and both sides of the vertical flange in the width direction are bent in a crank shape on the opposite side of the horizontal flange to form a locking piece. The projecting piece is formed by projecting both sides in the opposite direction to the horizontal flange, and the distance between the locking piece and the protruding end of the protruding piece is equal to the thickness of the vertical piece of the base steel material. When fitted to the vertical piece, the vertical piece can be sandwiched and attached by the locking piece and the protruding end of the protruding piece. For this reason, it becomes possible to separate the vertical flange from the vertical piece of the base steel material according to the length of the locking piece and the protruding piece formed on the mounting bracket, and the relative length of the base steel material taken out from the beam can be relatively increased. It can be made smaller.
[0014]
Therefore, even when a small angle material is used as the base steel material, the center of gravity of the angle material can be brought closer to the beam side and the length of the portion placed on the beam can be increased. Improve the stability when the angle material is placed on the beam, improve the workability when mounting the angle material to the beam, and improve the strength when the weight of the wall panel acts I can do it.
[0015]
Further, the mounting bracket according to the present invention is a mounting bracket that is locked to a base steel material fixed to the housing and places the wall panel and attaches the wall panel to the base steel material, and a horizontal flange on which the wall panel is placed; A vertical flange connected to the base steel, a locking piece formed on the opposite side of the horizontal flange to the opposite side of the horizontal flange in a substantially crank shape and locked to the vertical piece of the base steel, and the horizontal flange Protruding pieces formed on both sides in the width direction of the flange so as to protrude in the opposite direction to the horizontal flange and having a distance between the protruding end and the locking piece approximately equal to the thickness of the vertical piece of the base steel material. It is composed.
[0016]
In the mounting bracket (hereinafter referred to as “self-weight bracket”), the locking pieces to be locked to the base steel material are formed on both sides in the width direction of the vertical flange, and the locking pieces are opposed to the locking pieces on both sides in the width direction of the horizontal flange. Thus, a protruding piece is formed. Since the distance between the protruding end of the protruding piece and the locking piece is substantially equal to the thickness of the vertical piece of the base steel material, the protruding end of the protruding piece comes into contact with the vertical piece of the base steel material when the weight holder is attached to the base steel material. . For this reason, it becomes possible to weld the perpendicular | vertical piece and protrusion piece of base steel material downward, and can improve the attachment intensity | strength with respect to the base steel material of a self weight receiving metal fitting.
[0017]
As described above, when the protruding piece of the self-weight bracket is welded to the base steel material, it is possible to bear the load of the wall panel placed on the horizontal flange over the entire surface of the flange, which is advantageous in terms of strength.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, in the wall panel mounting structure according to the present invention, the wall panel is made of a base steel material while maintaining a gap set between the outdoor end of the beam and the indoor side surface of the wall panel. When attaching to the steel plate, it is possible to reduce the take-out length of the base steel material regardless of the material thickness of the mounting bracket. For this reason, it is possible to increase the size of the portion of the angle member placed on the steel beam, and to reduce the material cost by reducing the size of the angle member used as the base steel member. Since the take-out length of the angle member is reduced, the workability of the attachment work of the angle member to the beam can be improved.
[0039]
Further, in the mounting bracket according to the present invention, the vertical piece of the base steel material can be clamped and attached to the steel material by the locking pieces formed on both sides of the vertical flange and the protruding pieces formed on both sides of the horizontal flange. For this reason, even if a gap of any value is formed between the vertical flange and the vertical piece, it can be attached to the base steel while maintaining a stable posture and strength.
[0040]
In particular, it is possible to weld the projecting piece in contact with the vertical piece of the base steel material by downward welding, and it is possible to exhibit a stable strength without the need for advanced skills. Further, since the horizontal flange is connected to the vertical flange and is connected to the vertical piece of the base steel material through the protruding piece, the entire surface of the flange effectively supports the weight of the wall panel when the wall panel is placed on the horizontal flange. I can do it. For this reason, it has the characteristics that the size and thickness of the mounting bracket can be reduced and can be provided at low cost.
