【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a parallel hybrid electric truck, and more particularly, to a radiator mounting structure for cooling a motor for driving the vehicle, an inverter for controlling the motor, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The parallel hybrid electric vehicle includes a vehicle driving motor, a vehicle driving battery, an inverter for controlling the motor, and the like in addition to the vehicle driving engine. Since the motor and the inverter generate heat as the operating current flows, it is necessary to cool the motor and the inverter in order to ensure stable operation.
A water cooling system is usually used for this cooling, and the cooling water that has taken heat from the motor or the inverter is sent to a separately installed radiator through a pipe, where it dissipates heat. That is, a radiator (hereinafter referred to as a “radiator for a hybrid electric device”) that cools the motor for driving the vehicle and the inverter is also mounted.
[0003]
Since this radiator for hybrid electric devices is cooled by the traveling wind, the foremost part of the vehicle is most desirable as the arrangement position. In view of this, passenger cars of parallel hybrid electric vehicles are arranged at the forefront of the vehicle, side by side with the engine cooling radiator.
When manufacturing a passenger car for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the vehicle body is newly designed for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle, so that the layout of each device to be mounted can be freely considered to be adapted thereto. Therefore, the arrangement of the radiator for the hybrid electric device can be determined as the frontmost part of the vehicle because it is the most desirable position for receiving the traveling wind.
[0004]
In the case of manufacturing a parallel hybrid electric vehicle truck (that is, a parallel hybrid electric truck), the position of the radiator for the hybrid electric device is preferably the frontmost part of the vehicle in terms of receiving the driving wind most often. There is no change.
FIG. 2 is a view of a conventionally considered parallel hybrid electric truck as viewed from above. In FIG. 2, 1 is a parallel hybrid electric truck, 2 is a cab, 3 is a cargo box, 4 is an engine, 5 is a motor, 6 is a clutch, 7 is a transmission, 8 is a propeller shaft, 9 is a radiator for a hybrid electric device, 10 is a pipe, 11 is an inverter, 12 is a front wheel, and 13 is a rear wheel.
[0005]
In this example, the parallel hybrid

[0006]
However, in the case of a parallel hybrid electric truck, the vehicle body is not newly designed for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle. The reason for this is that the number of units sold is small, so it would be expensive to design a new body. (In the case of passenger cars, the number of units sold is much higher than that of trucks. Is less.)
Therefore, it is assumed that the body of the truck of the conventional internal combustion engine is used as it is as much as possible, and if it is changed, it is kept to a minimum. The biggest change is that the motor 5 for driving the vehicle is installed between the engine 4 and the

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a motor for driving a vehicle installed near the rear end of the cab, and a lower side of a cargo box used for controlling the motor and connected to the rear of the cab. In the parallel hybrid electric truck comprising at least a hybrid electric device radiator connected to the inverter, and the motor and the inverter with water cooling pipes for water cooling, the hybrid electric device radiator Is arranged at the lowermost front part of the packing box.
Moreover, when the radiator for exclusive use is provided with respect to the said inverter, this radiator is good also as arrange | positioning in the lowermost front part of the said cargo box.
[0010]
(Function)
The length of the pipe connecting the radiator for the hybrid electric device, the motor and the inverter is much shorter than the conventional one, and the cost and weight can be reduced. In addition, there is less chance of hitting stones bounced during traveling or contact with uneven road surfaces when traveling on rough terrain, and the possibility of damage to the piping is reduced.
