【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、水性ジェル状化粧料に関し、さらに詳細には、シリコン樹脂粉末と有機粉末及び／又は無機粉末並びに水溶性高分子とを各々特定量配合することにより、従来の水性化粧料において困難であった撥水効果を付与し、その効果に優れ、且つ、良好な感触特性を有する水性ジェル状化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、美容液等に代表される化粧料のアイテムとして、水性ジェル状化粧料が市販されている。
水性ジェル状化粧料は、乳液やクリーム等の乳化化粧料に比較して油剤配合量が少なく、適度な粘性を有する水系タイプの化粧料であり、みずみずしくさっぱりとした使用感触を有し、また、液だれせず、肌に塗布し易いという特性を備えている。これらの水性ジェル状化粧料においては、上述したみずみずしさやさっぱり感に加え、使用時の適度な抵抗感や充実感（コク感）を演出するために、水溶性の多価アルコールを用いていた。また、有機粉末や無機粉末を配合することによって、べたつきが抑制され、サラサラ感を有する使用感に優れた水性ジェル状化粧料も提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の水性ジェル状化粧料では、コク感を演出するために水溶性多価アルコールを多量に配合すると、べたつき感や塗布時の重さが強調されてしまうという欠点があった。また、これを緩和するために、粉末を多量に配合すると、使用後粉浮きしてしまう等の問題があった。
一方、水性ジェル状化粧料は、その系が水性成分で構成され、油剤成分が含まれていない、あるいは少量であるため、使用後の耐水性に欠けるといった欠点を有していた。
したがって、充分なコク感を有し、且つべたつきや塗布時の重さが低減され、さらには、水性ジェル状化粧料の特徴であるみずみずしさやさっぱり感をもちながら、使用後の耐水性に優れた水性ジェル状化粧料の開発が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記実状に鑑み鋭意検討を重ねた結果、シリコン樹脂粉末、有機粉末及び／又は無機粉末、並びに水溶性高分子を特定量組み合わせることにより、耐水性効果を付与できるばかりではなく、使用中の適度なコク感並びにサラサラ感を有する水性ジェル状化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち本発明は、次の成分（ａ）〜（ｃ）；
（ａ）平均粒子径０．５〜２０μｍのシリコーン樹脂粉末０．５〜２０重量％
（ｂ）ポリメチルメタアクリレートパウダー、ナイロンパウダー及び無水ケイ酸粉末から選ばれた一種又は二種以上の粉末３〜３０重量％
（ｃ）水溶性高分子０．０１〜２重量％
を含有し、実質的に油分を含まないことを特徴とする水性ジェル状化粧料に関するものである。さらに、成分（ｄ）としてエタノールを３〜５０重量％含有することを特徴とする水性ジェル状化粧料である。さらには、成分（ｅ）として水溶性多価アルコールを１〜１０重量％含有することを特徴とする水性ジェル状化粧料である。以下、本発明について詳細に説明する。

本発明に用いられる成分（ａ）のシリコーン樹脂粉末は、ジメチルシリコーン架橋弾性体を微粒子化したものであり、平均粒子径０．５〜２０μｍのものを用いる。この範囲であると使用感の面で本発明の効果がより向上する。また、粒子形状は球形が好ましい。これら粉末は、市販品として、トレフィルＥ−５０５、Ｅ−５０６、Ｅ-７０１（共に、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製）等が挙げられる。

本発明の水性ジェル状化粧料における成分（ａ）のシリコン樹脂粉末の配合量は、０．５〜２０重量％（以下、単に「％」で示す）であり、より好ましくは１〜１５％である。０．５％未満では充分なコク感や耐水性効果を得ることができず、２０％を超えて配合すると使用後の白浮きを生じたり、肌への付着感やおさまりが悪くなり、好ましくない。

本発明に用いられる成分（ｂ）は、ポリメチルメタアクリレートパウダー、ナイロンパウダー及び無水ケイ酸から選ばれる粉末で、必要に応じて一種又は二種以上を適宜選択して用いることができる。

本発明の水性ジェル状化粧料における成分（ｂ）の配合量は、３〜３０％であり、より好ましくは３〜２０％である。３％未満では良好な感触を得ることができず、また３０％を超えて配合した場合、感触や使用性等の点から好ましくない。

本発明における成分（ｃ）の水溶性高分子としては、アラビアゴム、トラガカント、ガラクタン、キャロブガム、グアーガム、カラヤガム、カラギーナン、ペクチン、寒天、クインスシード（マルメロ）、デンプン（コメ、トウモロコシ、バレイショ、コムギ）、アルゲコロイド、トラントガム、ローカストビーンガム等の植物系高分子、キサンタンガム、デキストラン、サクシノグルカン、プルラン等の微生物系高分子、コラーゲン、カゼイン、アルブミン、ゼラチン等の動物系高分子、カルボキシメチルデンプン、メチルヒドロキシプロピルデンプン等のデンプン系高分子、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、メチルヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ニトロセルロース、セルロース硫酸ナトリウム、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、結晶セルロース、セルロース末のセルロース系高分子、アルギン酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸プロピレングリコールエステル等のアルギン酸系高分子、ポリビニルメチルエーテル、カルボキシビニルポリマー等のビニル系高分子、ポリオキシエチレン系高分子、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレン共重合体系高分子、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリエチルアクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド等のアクリル系高分子、ポリエチレンイミン、カチオンポリマー、ベントナイト、ケイ酸アルミニウムマグネシウム、ラポナイト、ヘクトライト、無水ケイ酸等の無機系水溶性高分子等が挙げられる。
また、この中には、ポリビニルアルコールやポリビニルピロリドン等の皮膜形成剤も含まれ、これらの一種又は二種以上を適宜選択して用いることができる。

本発明における成分（ｃ）の水溶性高分子の配合量は、０．０１％〜２％であり、より好ましくは０．０１〜１％である。０．０１％未満では適度な粘性が得られず、また、２％を超えて配合した場合、べたつき感や膜感等を生じ良好な感触特性が得られない。

本発明の水性ジェル化粧料においては、実質的に油分を含有しないことを必須とする。油分を配合することにより、使用中のコク感の演出や使用後の保湿感の付与には有効であるものの、それを配合することにより、油分自体並びにそれを乳化する時に使用する界面活性剤の影響で、水性ジェル状化粧料の特徴であるみずみずしさや使用後のさっぱり感が得られなくなる。

本発明の水性ジェル状化粧料には、前記必須成分に加え、成分（ｄ）としてエタノールを配合することにより、適度な収斂効果及び清涼感を付与することができる。エタノールの配合量は３〜５０％が好ましい。

上記評価方法により得られた結果を、表１及び表２に併せて示す。
