[0011]
In addition, since structures such as buildings are not originally built for the purpose of flowing current, it is not desirable from the viewpoint of human safety and structure safety to flow a large ground current through these structures.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is an inverter system that suppresses the flow of ground current to these floors and the like and prevents failures of peripheral devices even when they are attached to conductive floors and structures. An object of the present invention is to provide a grounding structure.
[0013]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a grounding structure for an inverter system that ensures stable operation of the inverter device and safety of personnel and structures.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(1) In order to solve the above-described problem, a grounding structure of an inverter system according to the present invention includes an inverter device housing having an inverter device constituted by switching elements and a housing of an electric motor driven by the output of the inverter device. When the body is installed on a conductive floor or structure, an insulating material is interposed between the inverter device casing and the conductive floor or structure, and a high frequency is applied to the ground terminal of the inverter device casing. The current limiting element is connected in series and grounded.
[0015]
According to the present invention, the ground current does not flow directly to the floor due to the insulating material, and it is possible to ensure the safety for humans and structures, and the high-frequency switching of the inverter device enables high-frequency current. Even if the current flows, it is limited by the high-frequency current limiting element, and the DC potential of the inverter device housing can be set to the same level as the ground line.

In addition to having the same action as the above item (1), the high frequency current limiting elements are connected in series with the grounding terminal of the inverter device housing and connected to the earth terminal of the inverter device housing. By connecting the ground terminals of the body and the motor housing with a conductive member, the ground current flows through the conductive member, so that no potential is applied to the high-frequency current limiting element, thereby enabling stable operation of the inverter device. Become.
[0017]
(3) Further, in the present invention, not only a conductive member is connected between the ground terminal of the inverter device casing and the ground terminal of the motor casing, but also a low frequency current limiting element is connected in series to the conductive member. If connected, harmful low-frequency currents such as induced currents having an operating frequency component of the inverter device can be suppressed or cut off.
[0018]
(4) In the ground structure of the inverter system according to the present invention, the inverter device housing having the inverter device constituted by switching elements and the motor housing driven by the output of the inverter device are electrically conductive floors or When a neutral point of a transformer that is installed in a structure and constitutes a power source that supplies power to the inverter device is grounded, insulation is provided between the inverter device housing and the conductive floor or structure. A high-frequency current limiting element is connected in series to the ground terminal of the inverter device housing and grounded, and the neutral point of the secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the ground terminal of the inverter device. The configuration.
[0019]
By adopting the configuration as described above, the present invention achieves the same operation as the above item (1), and also allows a high-frequency ground current from the neutral point to flow to the ground terminal side of the inverter device.
[0020]
(5) In the present invention, an insulator is interposed between the inverter device casing and the conductive floor or structure, and a high-frequency current limiting element is connected in series to the ground terminal of the inverter device casing. grounded, and, along with connecting the secondary winding neutral point of the transformer to the earth terminal of the inverter device, or a structure in which the ground via the ground wire to the shield of the transformer.
