Description
【0001】
Steady State Cracking

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a seismic wall of a steel structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In steel-based structures such as steel structures and steel pipe filled concrete structures, braces and reinforced concrete (RC) shear walls are used as the main seismic resistance elements in order to increase the resistance to horizontal seismic forces.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, these seismic elements generally exhibit high rigidity and proof strength, but lack in energy absorption capability due to poor deformation performance.
[0004]
In particular, when these RC shear walls are combined with a steel frame column and beam frame (frame), the RC frame is capable of deforming even though the frame itself can exhibit a large deformation capacity. Therefore, a large energy absorption capacity cannot be obtained as a whole structure.
[0005]
Therefore, if the seismic wall can be deformed, it is possible to construct a structure having high seismic resistance that has both high horizontal strength and energy absorption capability.
[0006]
Many attempts have been made to give deformation capacity to the shear walls. For example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-19354, a low-strength concrete is used to make the wall rich in toughness. However, if low-strength concrete is used, the horizontal resistance of the seismic wall is greatly reduced.
[0007]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-25905 proposes a method of constructing a seismic wall having high toughness by using high-strength concrete in the central part and normal-strength concrete in the peripheral part. However, it is very impractical to divide these two types of concrete with the same wall body because the construction procedure is very large.
[0008]
In addition, when an RC seismic wall is joined to a steel frame, the joint is generally complicated in order to prevent the concrete at the joint from being destroyed due to stress concentration during large deformation.
[0009]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of the conventional example and to follow the deformation of the surrounding frame (frame) while maintaining high resistance by using a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material). An object of the present invention is to provide a method of constructing a seismic wall for a steel structure that can easily and quickly construct a seismic wall that can exhibit a large energy absorption performance.
[0010]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, first, a steel column and a steel beam are used, and a stud bolt for joining is arranged in the steel beam, and short fibers are mixed into the frame to mix concrete and mortar. It is a composite material with improved tensile / bending strength and toughness by mixing and mixing the same fiber in three dimensions. It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a hardened body on the 28th day of the material age. In the formulation matrix below (including 0), 1 over 3vo1. % Blended in three dimensions at random. The gist is to cast a seismic wall by pouring a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material).
[0011]
Secondly, a steel frame and a steel beam frame are used to weld punching metal to the upper and lower steel beams, mix short fibers into the frame and knead the concrete and mortar, and mix the fibers in a three-dimensional random manner. Is a composite material with improved tensile / bending strength and toughness,It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a hardened body on the 28th day of the material age. In the following (including 0) formulation matrix, 1.5 over 3vo1. % Blended in three dimensions at random. The gist is to cast a seismic wall by pouring a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material).
[0012]
Third, it is a composite material with improved tensile and bending strength and toughness by mixing short fibers and mixing concrete and mortar into a frame made of steel columns and steel beams, and mixing the fibers in a three-dimensional random manner. Yes,It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a hardened body on the 28th day of the material age. In the following (including 0) formulation matrix, 1.5 over 3vo1. % Blended in three dimensions at random.Building a seismic wall by assembling PCa plate (precast concrete plate) with high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) Or the PCa plate has a gist of providing a steel material for joining at a corner and welding the steel material for joining to a steel column or a steel beam.
[0013]
Fourth, a steel frame and a steel beam frame are used to weld stud connector bolts to the steel beam, mix short fibers, mix concrete and mortar, and mix the fibers in a three-dimensional random manner. -A composite material with improved bending strength and toughness,It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a hardened body on the 28th day of the material age. In the following (including 0) formulation matrix, 1.5 over 3vo1. % Blended in three dimensions at random.A PCa plate made of a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material), and a PCa plate with a notch in the periphery is placed in the frame so that the stud connector bolt is inserted into the notch. The gist is to grout between frames.
[0014]
Fifth, a steel frame and a steel beam frame are used to construct a steel plate wall that closes the opening of the frame by installing a steel plate under the steel beam. Using the steel plate wall as a formwork, short fibers are mixed into concrete and mortar. Is a composite material that has improved tensile / bending strength and toughness by mixing the same fiber in a three-dimensional random manner. It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a hardened body on the 28th day of the material age. In the following (including 0) formulation matrix, 1.5 over 3vo1. % Blended in three dimensions at random. The gist is to form a seismic wall by disposing a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) on both sides of a steel plate wall.
[0015]
Sixth, a steel frame and steel beam frame is used to construct a steel plate wall that closes the frame opening by installing a steel plate under the steel beam, mixes short fibers, mixes concrete and mortar, and mixes the fibers with 3 PCa slab (precast concrete slab) with high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) that is a composite material with improved tensile / bending strength and toughness by dimensional random blending. ) Is arranged so as to sandwich the steel plate wall, and is tightened with a joining bolt to form a seismic wall.
[0016]
Seventh, high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite)
It is a crack dispersion type in which tensile strain is 1% or more in a tensile test of a cured product on the age of 28 days, and a PVA short fiber of [F1] below has a water cement ratio of 40% or more and a sand cement ratio (S / C ) Is 1.0 or less (including 0), and exceeds 1.5 to 3 vo1. The gist of the present invention is that it is a three-dimensional random blending with a blending amount of%.
[F1]
・ Fiber diameter 40-50μm
・ Fiber length 5-20mm
・ Fiber strength 1000 MPa to less than 1500 MPa
-Apparent fiber strength of 700 MPa to less than 1000 MPa
[0017]
Eighth, high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite)
A crack-dispersion type in which a tensile strain of a cured product on the age of 28 days shows a tensile strain of 1% or more, and a PVA short fiber of [F2] below has a water cement ratio of 30% or more and a sand cement ratio (S / C ) Is 1.0 or less (including 0) in a formulation matrix of more than 1 and 3 vo1. The gist of the present invention is that it is a three-dimensional random blending with a blending amount of%.
[F2]
・ Fiber diameter 50μm or less
・ Fiber length 5-20mm
・ Fiber strength 1500 MPa to 2400 MPa or less
-Apparent fiber strength of 1000 MPa to 1800 MPa or less
[0018]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) has a strain capacity comparable to that of a steel material, the seismic wall constructed in this way has a high resistance while maintaining the periphery. Following the deformation of the frame (frame), it can exhibit great energy absorption performance. That is, it is possible to ensure excellent toughness with a high shear resistance.
[0019]
Also, there is no bar arrangement work or complicated joining method with the surrounding frame (frame), and construction is very easy. For example, when the RC earthquake-resistant wall is used for a steel frame, the reinforcing bars of the RC earthquake-resistant wall cannot be easily fixed to the peripheral frame, so that the joint becomes very complicated. On the other hand, high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) can be easily joined using a stud bolt. This is because, in principle, reinforcing bars are not required, and a large stress concentration occurs in the high-toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) around the joint between the peripheral frame (frame) and the shear wall, for example, around the stud bolt. The FRC's excellent damage mitigating performance can prevent fragile destruction due to this stress concentration.
[0020]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a punching metal is used instead of the stud bolt of the first aspect of the invention, and the same effect as in the first aspect can be obtained.
[0021]
According to this invention of
[0022]
According to the present invention as set forth in
[0023]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, as in the fourth aspect of the present invention, the PCa plate is provided with a joining steel material at a corner, and the joining steel material is welded to a steel column or a steel beam. Thus, the PCa version can be easily built.
[0024]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the PCa plate with a notch in the periphery is placed in the frame so that the stud connector bolt is inserted into the notch, and the PCa plate and the frame are grouted. Thus, the PCa version can be easily built.
[0025]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, by using together with the steel plate wall, it is possible to construct an extremely high performance earthquake resistant wall having high strength and high toughness. In the case of a steel plate wall alone, the steel plate buckles out of plane at a portion where compressive stress is generated by receiving an in-plane shear force, the shear strength cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and the deformation performance is also reduced. On the other hand, if both sides of the steel plate wall are covered with a high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material), buckling that occurs in the case of the steel plate wall alone can be prevented. Furthermore, the excellent deformation performance of the high toughness FRC material (short fiber reinforced cement composite material) allows the steel plate portion and the high toughness FRC material portion to behave as one body, and it is possible to achieve both high yield strength and high toughness. .

The high
[0038]
That the tensile strain is 1% or more means that a crack dispersion type fracture phenomenon in which a large number of cracks (multi-cracks) are generated in a direction substantially perpendicular to the loading direction (stress direction). Until now, FRC material containing PVA fiber is known per se, but its tensile strain is about 0.5% at most, and FRC material containing PVA fiber that achieves a tensile strain of 1% or more due to the occurrence of multi-crack. See no examples.
[0039]
For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-24897 discloses a mortar that can be thickened by blending two types of PVA fibers (vinylon fibers) having different diameters and lengths and has excellent crack resistance. The bending toughness is at most 20 times that of the steel, and the tensile strain is 0.5% or less when estimated from this value (at a tensile strain of about 1%, the bending toughness is about 80 times that of the fiber-free one. It will be 筈).
[0040]
According to the high
In order to realize the phenomenon (SSC phenomenon) with PVA fibers, if the properties of the PVA fibers used and the properties of the matrix are combined well, a high toughness FRC material with a tensile strain of 1% or more, preferably 2% or more, even with
[0041]
That is, the PVA short fibers F1 are mixed into a matrix having a water cement ratio (W / C × 100) of 40% or more and a sand cement ratio (S / C) of 1.0 or less (including 0). When mixed and blended randomly in the three-dimensional direction at a blending amount of more than 0.5 to 3 vol.% (Referred to as blending), the following PVA fiber F2 has a water cement ratio (W / C × 100) of 30. % When the mixture ratio of sand cement ratio (S / C) is 1.0 or less (including 0) and is dispersed and blended in a three-dimensional direction at a blending amount of 1 to 3 vol. In this case, a crack-dispersed high-toughness FRC material is obtained.
[0042]
The “apparent fiber strength” in F1 and F2 is the strength at which the PVA fiber breaks in the actual FRC material, and this can be measured by performing a break test on the fibers in the actual FRC material.
[0043]
In the formulation using F1, when the water-cement ratio of the matrix is less than 40%, the elastic modulus and fracture toughness of the matrix are increased for this fiber, so that multi-cracks do not occur and tensile strain of 1% or more does not occur. On the other hand, if the sand-cement ratio exceeds 1.0, the elastic modulus and fracture toughness of the matrix increase for this fiber, so that multi-cracks do not occur and tensile strain of 1% or more does not occur. Therefore, when F1 fibers are used, the water cement is 40% or more, preferably 42% or more, more preferably 44% or more, and the sand cement ratio is 1.0 or less, preferably 0.7 or less, more preferably. 0.5 or less. However, even with this blended matrix, multi-cracks do not occur when the blending amount of F1 fibers is 1.5 vol.% Or less, so the blending amount of F1 fibers needs to be greater than 1.5 vol.%. However, even if blended too much, the effect is saturated, so 3 vol.
[0044]
Moreover, even if it is the matrix and fiber compounding quantity of this preparation, if the length of F1 fiber is less than 5 mm, since a multi crack does not generate | occur | produce, it is necessary to use the thing of 5 mm or more length. However, even when a length longer than 20 mm is used, multi-cracking does not occur with the above blending amount. Therefore, the length of the F1 fiber needs to be 5 to 20 mm, preferably 6 to 20 mm, and more preferably 8 to 15 mm.
[0045]
On the other hand, in the formulation using F2, if the water-cement ratio of the matrix is less than 30%, the matrix has a high elastic modulus and fracture toughness so that multi-cracks do not occur and tensile strain of 1% or more does not occur. . On the other hand, when the sand-cement ratio exceeds 1.0, the elastic modulus and fracture toughness of the matrix are increased for this fiber, and no matrix is generated, and a tensile strain of 1% or more is not generated. Therefore, when F2 fibers are used, the water cement is 30% or more, preferably 32% or more, more preferably 35% or more, and the sand cement ratio is 1.0 or less, preferably 0.7 or less, more preferably. 0.5 or less. However, even with this blended matrix, multi-cracks are unlikely to occur when the blending amount of F2 fibers is 1.0 vol.% Or less, so the blending amount of F2 fibers must be greater than 1.0 vol.%. . However, even if blended too much, the effect is saturated, so 3 vol.
[0046]
Moreover, even if it is the matrix and fiber compounding quantity of this mixing | blending, if the length of F2 fiber is less than 5 mm, since a multi crack does not generate | occur | produce, it is necessary to use the thing of 5 mm or more length. However, even when a length longer than 20 mm is used, multi-cracking does not occur with the above blending amount. Therefore, the length of the F2 fiber needs to be 5 to 20 mm, preferably 6 to 18 mm, and more preferably 6 to 15 mm.
