BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vacuum filtration apparatus for filtering and washing an object to be treated, which is mainly used in the fields of organic / inorganic chemistry, food, and pharmaceutical industry, and is solid-liquid separated from a mixture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of vacuum filtration device includes a filter cloth wound endlessly and capable of moving around in a predetermined traveling direction, a supply device for supplying an object to be processed onto the filter cloth, a filter cloth A vacuum tray that is disposed underneath to form a dewatering zone, and the so-called horizontal belt type that forms a cake by vacuum-suctioning the object to be treated by vacuum suction through a filter cloth by the vacuum suction force of this vacuum tray These vacuum filtration devices are generally known. Further, this horizontal belt type vacuum filtration device is of a type in which the filter cloth continuously moves around and the vacuum tray can reciprocate in the traveling direction, and the filter cloth moves intermittently. The type is roughly divided into the type in which the vacuum tray is fixed.
[0003]
That is, in the former reciprocating vacuum tray filtration device, the workpiece is supplied onto the filter cloth while being spread in the width direction of the filter cloth by the dispersion plate fixed to the supply device, and the vacuum suction force is applied. Then, the vacuum tray is synchronized with the filter cloth and moved forward in the traveling direction, while the workpiece is vacuum-sucked through the filter cloth by the vacuum tray and dehydrated and filtered. Then, after the vacuum tray has traveled a certain distance, the vacuum suction force is turned off to return only the vacuum tray to the original position, and the object to be processed is continuously vacuum filtered by repeating such operations.
Further, in the latter stationary vacuum tray filtration device, the dispersion plate of the supply device is provided so as to be able to reciprocate a certain distance, and the traveling material is spread in the width direction of the filter cloth by the moving dispersion plate. The sample is fed onto the filter cloth along the direction, and then the object to be processed is advanced on the vacuum tray by intermittent movement of the filter cloth. Then, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the vacuum suction force is turned off and the filter cloth is moved forward again. By repeating such operations, the objects to be treated supplied on the filter cloth are successively vacuum filtered.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in these vacuum filtration apparatuses, regardless of whether the vacuum tray is a reciprocating type or a fixed type, the filter cloth is not supplied to the supply area on the filter cloth to which the workpiece is supplied from the dispersion plate. A vacuum-free tray that does not perform vacuum suction is disposed adjacent to the rear side of the vacuum tray in the traveling direction of the filter cloth, and solids in the object to be treated are naturally settled to some extent in this supply area, A cake having a substantially uniform thickness is formed. However, on the other hand, regardless of whether the vacuum tray is reciprocating or fixed, the vacuum tray and the non-vacuum tray, the filter cloth, Therefore, the vacuum suction force of the vacuum tray forming the dewatering zone is also applied to the workpiece supplied to the supply zone on the adjacent non-vacuum tray. It is inevitable to act.
[0005]
For this reason, depending on the properties of the object to be processed, such as when the classification of the solid matter in the object to be processed is severe, when the sedimentation property is intense, or when the particle size distribution is wide, the supply area formed by the non-vacuum tray And the dehydration zone formed by the vacuum tray, the solid matter in the workpiece on the supply zone side is adsorbed to the dehydration zone side by the vacuum suction force of the vacuum tray, and the cake located at this boundary portion As a result, the thickness of the cake becomes thicker than other portions, and the thickness of the cake in the running direction of the filter cloth becomes uneven. However, if such cake thickness non-uniformity occurs, the amount of aeration of the cake also changes, so that the moisture content of the cake that has been dewatered and filtered in the dewatering zone also becomes non-uniform, and after this dewatering filtration For example, when the cleaning liquid is supplied to the cake for cleaning, the cleaning ratio of the cake becomes non-uniform, and the cleaning effect also varies.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and by making the cake thickness uniform in the running direction of the filter cloth, it is possible to make the moisture content of the cake and the cleaning effect uniform. An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum filtration method and a vacuum filtration apparatus.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve such an object, the vacuum filtration method of the present invention supplies an object to be processed onto a filter cloth that is movable in a predetermined traveling direction. In a vacuum filtration method in which an object is vacuum sucked through the filter cloth and dehydrated and filtered, a boundary between a supply area where the object to be processed is supplied onto the filter cloth and a dewatering area where the object to be processed is vacuum sucked The section is characterized in that the formation of cake from the object to be treated by vacuum suction is suppressed, and the vacuum filtration device of the present invention includes a filter cloth that is movable in a predetermined traveling direction, A supply device for supplying an object to be processed; a vacuumless tray disposed below the filter cloth and below the supply device to form a supply area for the object to be processed; and the vacuumless tray described above. It is placed under the filter cloth on the traveling direction side, and the object to be treated is passed through the filter cloth. A vacuum tray that forms a dewatering area to be sucked, and at the boundary between the supply area of the object to be processed by the non-vacuum tray and the dewatering area by the vacuum tray, the object to be processed by vacuum suction from the vacuum tray The present invention is characterized in that a suppression means for suppressing the formation of cake is provided, and the formation of the cake at the boundary between the supply area and the dewatering area of the workpiece is thus suppressed. It can suppress that the thickness of a cake becomes thick compared with others in a boundary part, and can form a cake of uniform thickness along the running direction of a filter cloth.
[0008]
Here, in the vacuum filtration method, by stirring the object to be processed at the boundary part, and in the vacuum filtration device, the suppressing means is provided with a stirring device for stirring the object to be processed at the boundary part. By providing, formation of the cake in this boundary part can be suppressed reliably and efficiently.
In the vacuum filtration device, the stirrer of the suppression means may be one in which a stirring blade is attached to a rotating shaft arranged so as to cross the filter cloth, or standing above the filter cloth. The agitating blade is attached directly to the rotating shaft, or the agitating blade is attached to a reciprocally movable shaft arranged across the filter cloth. For example, a device that stirs the material to be processed or a device that includes pressure air supply means for supplying compressed air to the material to be processed at the boundary portion and stirs the material to be processed by the bubbling effect of the pressure air can be used.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the vacuum filtration method and the vacuum filtration device of the present invention, by suppressing the formation of cake at the boundary between the supply area of the workpiece and the dehydration area, the vacuum suction force in the dehydration area It is possible to prevent the cake in the supply area from being adsorbed and to increase the cake thickness at the boundary portion, and to make the cake thickness uniform. Therefore, even if the solid content in the material to be treated is severely classified and settled, and the particle size distribution is wide, the moisture content of the dehydrated cake is uneven due to partial changes in the aeration rate of the cake. Or when the cake is washed, the washing ratio is changed and the washing effect varies, thereby making it possible to promote the formation of a homogeneous cake.
