Description
【0001】

In addition, hot water from an electric water heater is supplied to the place of use and mixed with tap water via two temperature control valves or a three-way temperature control valve to adjust the temperature. Since the heat resistance must be considered for the temperature control valve, it was expensive.
Furthermore, because conventional electric water heaters only supply and heat hot water unilaterally due to the structure, in locations where hot water is stored and used, such as baths, a separate reheating device is provided and cooled. It was necessary to heat the hot water.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the conventional electric water heater, if hot water supply is started at a time, the replenishing water from the water supply is not in time, so an external pressure acts on the

[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and has a high supply head, high pressure resistance, no risk of crevice corrosion, and a function of keeping the supplied hot water warm, and temperature control is inexpensive. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric water heater that can be easily and easily and a control method thereof.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the electric water heater of the present invention permanently stores can water in a decompressed can body and separates it into a can water storage portion and a gas layer portion, and the can water storage portion has midnight power. Inserting an electric heater that heats the can water using the heat exchanger, inserting a heat exchange tube for hot water supply into the gas layer, supplying tap water to the inside of the heat exchange tube, and exchanging heat with the outside steam While obtaining hot water, a bleed pump for extracting gas present in the gas layer portion is connected to the can through a solenoid valve, and when the temperature of the can water reaches a predetermined temperature near the boiling point, While the bleed pump is driven intermittently, the solenoid valve is opened with a delay when the bleed pump is activated, and the solenoid valve is closed in synchronization with the bleed pump being stopped (claim). Item 1).
[0009]
Insert the circulating heat exchange tubes in the gas phase portion, the supplying hot water of the hot water storage location is outside of the steam heat exchange inside of the circulation heat exchanger tubes are incubated with hot water (claim 2) .
Here, by connecting the bypass pipe between the water supply is connected to the hot water supply heat exchanger tubes water inlet pipe and hot water outlet pipe, a temperature control valve provided in the bypass pipe, the hot water temperature of the temperature outlet pipe The temperature control valve may be adjusted based on the temperature of the hot water supplied to control the temperature control valve, and the temperature control valve may be fully opened for a predetermined time from the start of hot water supply .
[0010]
In addition, a heat insulating material is provided outside the can body, and a metal casing is provided outside the heat insulating material via an air layer to seal the can body, while the leg portion of the can body and the installation surface are sealed. It is preferable to interpose a rubber sheet in ( claim 4 ).
[0011]
Furthermore, in the electric water heater, when the electric heater is inserted into the can water storage portion in a state of being accommodated in the protective tube, the protective tube can be made of iron ( Claim 5 ). The bypass pipe is preferably connected between the tap water inlet pipe and the hot water outlet pipe in the vicinity of the can body ( Claim 6 ), and the heat exchange tube is connected to the can body. It is preferable that it is removably inserted ( Claim 7 ).
[0013]
[Action]
Prior Symbol collector temperature condenser, heating the boiler water by the electric heater, steam fills the gas phase portion. When tap water is supplied to the heat exchange tube for hot water supply in this state, the tap water exchanges heat with the outside steam while flowing through the heat exchange tube, and flows out as hot water. On the other hand, when low-temperature hot water being used in a bathroom is supplied to the heat exchange tube for circulation, the hot water exchanges heat with the outside steam while flowing through the heat exchange tube, and flows out as hot hot water. To do.
[0014]
Even if the heat exchange tube is in an overheated state at the start of hot water supply, it does not greatly exceed the set temperature in a transient state until the outlet temperature reaches the set temperature, and the temperature is stably shifted to the set temperature.
Furthermore , when the extraction pump is driven intermittently, initial residual air, air that has entered the inside of the can body, and gases such as dissolved oxygen evaporated from the can water are extracted. Further, since the solenoid valve opens with a delay from the extraction pump, the pressure in the can does not act on the extraction pump abruptly, and the load is reduced.

As described above, since the hot water whose temperature is controlled on the can body side is guided to the place of use, it is not necessary to supply the hot water to the place of use as in the prior art. In general, in an electric water heater, erosion due to flow velocity and corrosion due to dissolved oxygen or water quality are likely to occur in a portion that directly contacts tap water. In the conventional electric water heater, since tap water flows through the can body, it was necessary to replace the entire can body when erosion or corrosion occurred, but the electric water heater of the present invention is replaced by removing the heat exchange tube. Therefore, it is possible to easily and inexpensively deal with erosion and corrosion, and give a sense of security to the user.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the electric water heaters of the first to seventh aspects of the invention, a supply head almost the same as the tap water pressure can be obtained, the hot water can be sufficiently supplied to the second floor of the house, and the shower The head can be secured sufficiently and the shower can be used comfortably.
[0028]
In addition, since the tap water is directly supplied to the heat exchange tube, a pressure reducing valve is unnecessary, and the amount of hot water stored is only in the heat exchange tube and the amount of dissolved air to be vaporized is small, so there is no need to provide an air vent valve. Therefore, incidental work for attaching these valves is not necessary, and costs can be reduced.
Further, since the pressure of tap water or hot water acts only on the heat exchange tube having an extremely small inner diameter, it can sufficiently withstand these pressures.
[0029]
Further, since the can water inside the can body is not replaced, there is no possibility of overheating or crevice corrosion due to no adhesion of scale or oxide scale to the electric heater or the welded portion of the can body. In addition, the supplied tap water is hygienic because it does not accumulate in the can but only in the heat exchange tube. Furthermore, since the heat exchange tube does not come into contact with the can water but only with the steam of the can water, the tube is not contaminated and the heat exchange performance is maintained high.
[0030]
In particular, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the extraction pump is connected to the can through the electromagnetic valve, and the extraction pump is intermittently driven when the temperature of the can water reaches a predetermined temperature near the boiling point, Since the solenoid valve is opened at a delay when the extraction pump is started and the solenoid valve is closed in synchronization with the stop of the extraction pump, the gas in the can can be efficiently discharged, and the heat exchange performance is improved.

The can water is permanently stored in the decompressed can body and separated into a can water storage part and a gas layer part,
Inserting an electric heater for heating canned water using midnight power in the canned water storage part, and inserting a heat exchange tube for hot water supply into the gas layer part,
While supplying tap water to the inside of the heat exchange tube to exchange heat with the outside steam to obtain hot water,
A bleed pump for extracting gas present in the gas layer portion is connected to the can through an electromagnetic valve, and the bleed pump is intermittently driven when the temperature of the can reaches a predetermined temperature near the boiling point. On the other hand, the electric water heater is characterized in that the electromagnetic valve is opened with a delay when the extraction pump is started and the electromagnetic valve is closed in synchronization with the stop of the extraction pump .
