Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a footwear storage box that efficiently stores footwear such as shoes and can be easily put in and out of each storage rack.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As in the invention described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-14677, a conventional footwear storage box is alternately arranged with an inclined shelf inclined downward toward the storage opening side and a horizontally installed horizontal shelf in the vertical direction. There is something that was set up. According to this invention, when the tip of the shoe is placed on the horizontal shelf with the tip of the shoe facing the back side, and the heel side of the shoe is placed on the tilted shelf with the back side of the shoe facing the back side, it is formed between the horizontal shelf and the tilted shelf. The storage space thus made becomes almost the same as the shape of the footwear, the height between the storage shelves can be lowered as a whole, and the footwear can be efficiently stored in the footwear storage box.
[0003]
However, in the invention described in the above-mentioned JP-A-10-14677, the plurality of storage shelves are integrated as a storage rack by the support frame, so when footwear on the horizontal shelf is stored or taken out When the footwear is stored on the slanted shelf or when the footwear placed on the tilted shelf is taken out, the footwear cannot be stored or taken out from the opening side of the footwear storage box, and the footwear is stored or taken out. Must be rotated after the entire storage rack has been pulled out. In this way, footwear on an inclined shelf must be rotated after the entire storage rack has been pulled out, so it is not only cumbersome to put in and out of footwear, but the weight of the storage rack the more footwear is stored. As a result, the burden on the user increased.

Since the plate (4a) and the inclined upper shelf plate (4b) are provided, when the storage rack (3) is pulled out from the box body (1) , the inclined upper shelf plate (4b) is (3) will appear on the upper surface, footwear to the upper shelf (4b) that is inclined immediately without the troublesome work of pulling out the entire storage rack and rotating it as in the conventional example ( 10) Can be taken in and out.
[0009]
In particular, the slide mechanism of the storage rack (3) of the present claim is composed of a simple mechanism of a mere rail groove (7) and a rail portion (6) that is slidably fitted in the rail groove (7), so that the footwear ( Even if gravel or soil that falls from 10) gets into the rail groove (7), it is easy to clean and keeps smooth in and out for a long time.
[0010]
Furthermore, even when the storage rack (3) is pulled out by the latching convex part (6a) of the rail part (6) and the engaging step part (7a) of the rail groove (7), they are engaged with each other and mistakenly. The storage rack (3) is not pulled out too much and the storage rack (3) is not detached from the rail portion (6).
[0011]
"Claim 3 " further restricts the invention according to claim 1 or 2 ,
(a) An opening-side upper insertion protrusion (43) and a rear-side upper insertion protrusion (44) are provided on the back side and the opening side of the side surface of the upper shelf board (4b), respectively.
(b) On the inner surface of the rack side plate (5) of the storage rack (3) to which the upper shelf board (4b) is attached,
A rear side upper insertion groove (84) that is recessed in the direction along the upper shelf (4b), and the rear side upper insertion convex part (44) is slidably inserted and supported;
A plurality of upper and lower steps are recessed in a direction along the upper shelf (4b), and the opening-side upper insertion protrusion (43) is slidably inserted and supported, and the opening-side upper insertion protrusion (43 ) Is provided with an opening-side upper insertion concave groove (83) having a communicating groove (83c) that is movable.
[0012]
According to this, since the opening side upper insertion convex part (43) can move in the opening side upper insertion concave groove (83) in multiple stages through the communication groove (83c), the upper shelf plate (4b) The height on the opening side can be adjusted. For this reason, it is possible to store footwear (10) that requires a high height, such as high heels and half boots. In addition, when storing footwear (10) that requires higher height such as long boots, it is possible to secure the necessary storage space by removing the upper and / or lower storage shelves (4a) (4b). I can do it.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The footwear storage box (A) of the present invention will be described according to the illustrated embodiment. The footwear storage box (A) of the present embodiment has a box body (1) with an open front, a storage door (2) for opening and closing the opening of the box body (1), and a vertical direction in the box body (1). And a storage rack (3) that is arranged in a plurality of stages and can be taken in and out of the box body (1) at the rail part (6).
[0014]
The box body (1) includes a box side plate (1a) disposed opposite to the box side plate (1a), a top plate (1d) attached to the upper end of the box side plate (1a), and a lower end of the box side plate (1a). The bottom plate (1c) is attached, and the back plate (1b) is attached so as to close the back surface portion. Each of the two storage doors (2) is hinged to the opening side end face of the box side plate (1a), and is an openable door that opens from the center.
[0015]
On both inner side surfaces of the box side plate (1a) facing each other, elongated rail portions (6) having a substantially square cross section are horizontally arranged in a plurality of steps at regular intervals. A latching convex portion (6a) is provided on the inner side surface of the end portion on the opening side of the rail portion (6).
[0016]
The storage rack (3) includes a pair of opposing rack side plates (5), a lower shelf plate (4a) horizontally attached to the lower end portion of the rack side plate (5), and an upper end portion of the rack side plate (5). Between the upper shelf (4b) and the rack side plate (5), which is attached so as to be inclined downward toward the back plate (1b), directly above the rear end of the upper shelf (4b). It is made up of a receiving bar (11).
[0017]
The storage shelf board (4), rack side board (5), and rail section (6) are made of synthetic resin in this embodiment, but of course not limited to this, particle board, plywood, laminated wood, MDF (medium specific gravity fiber board) A wood material such as aluminum or a metal material such as aluminum may be used.
[0018]
The upper and lower storage shelves (4a) and (4b) have the same shape, and the insertion convex portions (4) are provided on the opening side and the back side of the both side surfaces of the main body plate portions (45) and (46), respectively. The shape of the insertion protrusion (4) is the same on the opening side and the back side, and is the same on the upper and lower storage shelves (4a) (4b). Therefore, if it is necessary to distinguish between the opening side and the back side of the upper and lower storage shelves (4a) and (4b) using the insertion convex part (4) which is a superordinate concept when explaining in common Each will be described separately from (41) to (44). Here, the shape is explained by the insertion convex part (4) which is a superordinate concept, but the shape is a substantially disc-shaped tip part (4c2) and its radius is slightly thinner than the tip part (4c2). And the leg portion (4c1).
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a concave step portion (4d) is formed at the center of the back side of the main body plate portions (45) and (46) of the storage shelf plates (4a) and (4b). As a result, the step (4d) can be handled, so that the storage shelf (4) can be pulled out more smoothly, but of course it is not limited to this. For example, a rectangular storage shelf (4 ).
[0020]
On the other hand, a rail groove (7) into which the rail portion (6) is slidably inserted is formed on the outer surface of the rack side plate (5). The rail groove (7) is formed horizontally from the front end of the rack side plate (5) to the rear end of the rack side plate (5) toward the back of the rack side plate (5), and at the end of the rail groove (7). Is formed with an engaging step portion (7a) projecting into the rail groove (7) from the ceiling surface of the rail groove (7) having a stopper function to be described later. And the guide groove (7b) communicating with the rail groove (7) from the position of the engaging step (7a) extends to the rear end of the rack side plate (5) so that the angle changes obliquely upward. And reaches the end on the back side of the rack side plate (5).
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 11, the rib (71) constituting the engaging step portion (7a) and the guide groove (7b) slides with the rail portion (6) fitted into the rail groove (7). When the insertion surface of the rail portion (6) is in sliding contact and the storage rack (3) is pulled out from the box body (1), the rail portion (6) is formed as shown in FIG. ) And the latching projection (6a) come into contact with each other. The guide groove (7b) is formed to have a width that allows the latching protrusion (6a) to be inserted and removed because it serves as a guide for pulling out the storage rack (3) from the box body (1).
[0022]
An opening-side lower insertion recess (81) is formed on the opening side of the lower end portion of the inner surface of the rack side plate (5), and a rear-side lower insertion recess (82) is formed on the rear side. An opening-side upper insertion groove (83) is formed on the opening side, and a back-side upper insertion groove (84) is formed on the back side. The opening side lower insertion recess (81) and the rear side lower insertion recess (82) are formed in the vertical direction, and the rear side upper insertion recess (84) extends along the upper shelf plate (4b). Although formed obliquely, the shape is the same. On the other hand, the opening side upper insertion groove (83) is different from the former three, and the first embodiment is recessed in a plurality of steps in the direction along the upper shelf (4b) as shown in FIG. The opening side end communicates with the communication groove (83c), further extends the communication groove (83c) as it is, reaches the upper end of the rack side plate (5), and opens at the upper end. This portion is defined as an insertion / removal groove (83d). The second embodiment of the opening side upper insertion groove (83) in FIG. 9 will be described later.
[0023]
Next, the shape of the opening side, back side lower insertion recess (81) (82) and back side upper insertion groove (84) will be described, but as described above, these are all the same shape. These superordinate concepts are simply referred to as insertion recesses (8), and their shapes will be described below. The upper end of the insertion recess (8) communicates with the insertion portion (8a) and the insertion portion (8a), which is a circle with a diameter into which the tip (4c2) of the insertion protrusion (4) can be inserted. The insertion portion (8a) has a width smaller than the diameter of the insertion portion (8a) and a long hole-like slide portion (8b) through which the leg portion (4c1) of the insertion protrusion (4) can pass, and the edge of the insertion recess (8) The portion (8c) is rib-shaped and protrudes toward the outer surface. The height of the edge portion (8c) of the slide portion (8b) is tapered so that the width increases as the distance from the insertion portion (8a) increases, and the portion close to the insertion portion (8a) is inserted and protruded. It is formed narrower than the length of the leg part (4c1) of the part (4), but is formed slightly larger than the length of the leg part (4c1) at the end of the slide part (8b), and the end part (8c1) Slide the tip (4c2) and the side of the main plate (45) or (46) when the insertion convex part (4) is fitted to the end of the slide part (8b). The end edge portion (8c) of the portion (8b) is firmly sandwiched, and the upper or lower shelf plates (4a) (4b) and the rack side plate (5) are integrated.
[0024]
This also applies to the opening-side upper insertion groove (83), and the termination of the first step portion (83a) and the second step portion (83b) constituting the multi-step portion of the opening-side upper insertion groove (83). The part also has the same structure as the insertion recess (8). Further, the communication groove (83c) and the insertion / removal groove (83d) must also be able to freely pass through the insertion convex part (4), so the opening width is the leg part (4c1) of the insertion convex part (4). Is formed in such a width that can pass through, and the inside of the opening-side upper insertion concave groove (83) is engaged while the tip end portion (4c2) of the insertion convex portion (4) is engaged with the rib-shaped edge (8c). As described above, the edge portion (8c) of the terminal portion at the terminal portion of either the first step portion (83a) or the second step portion (83b) is moved to the tip portion (4c2) and the main body plate portion (45) or The upper or lower shelf boards (4a) and (4b) and the rack side board (5) are integrated with each other by firmly sandwiching between the side faces of (46).
[0025]
In addition, at the upper rear side of the upper shelf board (4b), a receiving bar hole (11a) is provided on the upper back side of the rack side plate (5), and the receiving bar hole (11a) has a receiving bar (11a) 11) is installed. As a result, when the footwear (10) is stored in the upper shelf (4b) disposed in a state of being inclined downward on the back, the heel portion of the footwear (10) is hung on the receiving rod (11) and does not fall.
[0026]
Next, the usage method of a present Example is demonstrated. First, the front end (4c2) of both insertion protrusions (41) (42) of the lower shelf (4a) is inserted into the insertion portion (81) (82) of both lower insertion recesses (81) (82) of the rack side plate (5). Insert into 8a). Then, the lower shelf plate (4a) is moved downward along the slide portion (8b) with the inserted state, and the both insertion protrusions (41) and (42) are inserted into the lower insertion recesses (as described above). 81) Fix firmly to the end of (82). In this way, the lower shelf plate (4a) is firmly and horizontally fixed to the lower end portion of the rack side plate (5).
[0027]
Similarly, insert the tip (4c2) of the back side insertion convex part (44) of the upper shelf (4b) into the insertion part (8a) of the back side upper insertion recess (84) of the rack side plate (5). At the same time, the tip end portion (4c2) of the opening side insertion convex portion (43) is inserted into the opening side upper insertion recess (83) of the rack side plate (5) through the insertion / removal groove (83d). Next, if you want to make the inclination steep, select the upper second step (83b). If you want to make the inclination gentler, select the lower first step (83a) and slide the upper shelf (4b). In the same manner as described above, both of the insertion protrusions (43) and (44) are connected to either step of the opening-side upper insertion recess (83) and the rear end portion of the rear-side upper insertion recess (84). Firmly fix to. In this way, the upper shelf plate (4b) is inclined and firmly fixed to the upper end portion of the rack side plate (5). In this way, the storage rack (3) is integrally assembled by the rack side plate (5) and the upper and lower shelf plates (4a) (4b) and the receiving rod (11).
[0028]
If you want to change or remove the inclination angle of the upper shelf (4b), move the upper shelf (4b) in the reverse direction, release the sticking due to the clamping, and insert the rear side projection (44 ) As a fulcrum, the opening side insertion convex part (43) is moved in the communication groove (83c), the inclination of the upper shelf plate (4b) is changed, and then the insertion convex part (43) ( Perform pinching and fixing of 44).
[0029]
Subsequently, the storage rack (3) thus assembled is attached to the box body (1) in multiple stages. The storage rack (3) is attached by fitting the rail portion (6) of the box side plate (1a) into the rail groove (7) of the rack side plate (5). First, the storage rack (3) is tilted as shown in FIG. 5, and the latching convex part (6a) of the rail part (6) is fitted into the guide groove (7b) of the rack side plate (5) and pushed in as it is. As a result, the latching protrusion (6a) passes through the guide groove (7b) and reaches the front end of the guide groove (7b). Here, when the storage rack (3) is returned to be parallel, the rail portion (6) is fitted into the rail groove (7) alone, and the storage rack (3) can be attached by pushing it in as it is. In order to pull out the storage rack (3), the reverse operation may be performed.
[0030]
Thus, the lower shelf board (4a) of the storage rack (3) assembled and stored in the footwear storage box (A) in multiple stages is mounted horizontally, and the upper shelf board (4b) is inclined toward the back. Because it is attached, when storing the footwear (10), the footwear (10) placed on the lower shelf (4a) should be stored so that its foot side faces the back plate (1b), and the upper shelf Footwear (10) to be placed on (4b) will be stored with its toes facing the storage door (2), the storage space and the shape of the footwear (10) are almost the same, and the storage height is Since it can save, storage space can be used efficiently.
[0031]
Also, when storing high-heeled footwear (10) such as high heels and half boots, as described above, the mounting position of the opening side insertion protrusion (43) of the upper shelf (4b) should be set higher. By changing, the height of the opening side of the upper shelf (4b) is adjusted, and the storage space is adjusted to the footwear (10). In addition, the opening side insertion recess (83) of the present embodiment can be adjusted in height to two steps, but by further increasing the number of steps, the height of the upper shelf (4b) can be finely adjusted. I can do it.
[0032]
In addition, when storing footwear (10) that requires higher height such as long boots in the lower shelf (4a), the upper shelf (4b) or the lower shelf (4a of the upper storage rack (3) ) Can be removed to secure the necessary space. In this case, since the upper storage rack (3) is supported by the upper shelf board (4b) and the receiving bar (11), there is no wobbling.
[0033]
Also, when taking out the footwear (10) stored in the footwear storage box (A), each storage rack (3) can be pulled out independently, so it will tilt when pulled out for each storage rack (3). The upper shelf (4b) is exposed on the upper surface of the storage rack (3), and the footwear (10) on the upper shelf (4b) can be taken out as it is, and the storage rack is rotated 180 ° as before. It can be taken out very easily without needing to be pulled out, and can be easily taken out by pulling out only the storage rack (3) on which the necessary footwear (10) is placed.
[0034]
The storage rack (3) is attached with a simple structure consisting of the rail groove (7) and the rail section (6), so the storage rack (3) can be removed when dust accumulates in the rail groove (7). It can be easily cleaned and can always be kept clean.
[0035]
FIG. 9 shows another example of the opening-side upper insertion recess (83). In this case, there is no insertion / removal groove (83d) opened at the upper end of the rack side plate (5), and the communication groove (83c ) Is formed with a notch (83e) into which the tip (4c2) of the insertion protrusion (4) can be inserted.
[0036]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the rail portion (6) is attached to the inner side surface of the box body (1) and the rail groove (7) is provided on the rack side plate (5) has been described, but the rail portion (6) and the rail groove are provided. Needless to say, this is true even if the attachment of (7) is reversed, although not shown.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, a plurality of storage racks are independently arranged in the box body, and the storage rack is provided with a horizontal lower shelf board and an inclined upper shelf board. When the drawer is pulled out, the inclined upper shelf board appears on the upper surface of the storage rack, and footwear can be taken in and out of the inclined upper shelf board. In addition, by placing the feet on the horizontal lower shelf with the feet facing the back, and the feet on the inclined upper shelf with the feet facing the open / close door, the upper and lower storage spaces of the storage rack are placed. It will be matched to the shape of the footwear to be stored, you can save the storage height. In addition, since the slide mechanism of the storage rack is configured with a simple mechanism of simple rail grooves and rail portions, cleaning is easy.
[0038]
Furthermore, since the opening-side upper insertion groove is provided in multiple stages, the inclination angle of the upper shelf board can be easily changed by changing the mounting stage.
