【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、カラオケ装置にその楽曲を予約するためのリモコン信号を発信する電子目次本機能付きカラオケリモコン装置に関する。

【発明の背景】
カラオケ装置はリクエスト曲を楽曲番号により受け付けて、その番号を演奏予約の待ち行列で管理する。そして、待ち行列中の楽曲番号を順次ピックアップし、ピックアップした楽曲番号に対応するカラオケ楽曲を演奏する。

楽曲番号の入力は、専らカラオケ装置に付属するカラオケリモコン装置を使用して行われる。普通、カラオケ楽曲の楽曲番号を調べるためには、カラオケ会場に置いてあるカラオケ目次本を用いる。周知の通り、カラオケ目次本は多数のカラオケ楽曲をその属性（曲名別・歌手別・ジャンル別など）にしたがって分類体系化し、属性毎に索引形式でカラオケ楽曲を検索できるようにしたものである
カラオケリモコン装置は、テンキーや転送キー等が配置されたユーザ操作部、この操作部から入力された選曲番号をモニター表示する表示部、その入力選曲番号を赤外線信号を使ってカラオケ本体装置へ送信する無線Ｉ／Ｆ（インターフェイス）などを有し、次のように構成されている。

すなわち、カラオケ利用者が上記操作部のテンキーから選曲番号を入力すると、その選曲番号をレジスタに一時的に保持するとともに、その保持した選曲番号を表示部にモニター表示する。このモニター表示によってカラオケ利用者に誤入力の確認を行わせることができるが、この段階で上記操作部にて訂正の操作があった場合にはその受付処理を行う。

選曲番号の入力が完了した段階でカラオケ利用者が上記操作部の転送キーを押圧操作すると、上記レジスタに保持されている選曲番号を所定フォーマットの赤外線信号に変換してカラオケ本体装置へ無線送信（転送）する。この場合、その転送動作をいったん行うと、上記レジスタの保持内容を初期化（クリア）して無入力状態に復帰させる。これは、転送キーが誤って２度押しされた場合に、同じリクエスト曲が重複して予約されてしまう不都合を避けるためである。

このように、従来のカラオケリモコン装置では、カラオケ利用者が入力した選曲番号を転送動作ごとに消去（クリア）するように構成したことにより、転送キーの２度押しによる重複予約の不都合を回避させることができるが、転送キーを押しときにたまたまリモコン装置の前を人が横切ったり、あるいは何らかの遮蔽物が介在したりすると、リモコン装置からカラオケ本体装置への伝送が正しく行なわれなくなる。このような場合、利用者には同じ選曲番号を最初から入力し直さなければならない面倒が生じる。

さらに最近、従来のカラオケ目次本とカラオケリモコン装置とを、電子目次本機能付きカラオケリモコン装置に代替しているカラオケ会場もある。電子目次本機能付きカラオケリモコン装置は、ノート型パソコンやパームトップ型パソコンに類似した形態のコンピュータ応用機器として製品化され、利用者インタフェースとしては液晶タッチパネルを用いることが多い。そして、カラオケ目次本の内容を内蔵する外部記憶に格納して楽曲索引データベースを構築し、利用者が入力した検索キーワードをデータベースに照会して該当するカラオケ楽曲についての目次情報や楽曲番号を提示出力し、利用者が演奏を希望するカラオケ楽曲が最終的に指定されたならば、その楽曲の楽曲番号を含んだ演奏予約コードをリモコン信号として至近のカラオケ装置に転送する。

このような電子目次本機能付きカラオケリモコン装置では、従来の一般的なリモコン装置のように楽曲番号を入力して楽曲を特定するのとは異なり、同じ楽曲を検索するためのキーワードを最初から入力するなど、極めて面倒な作業を繰り返さなければならず、従来のもののようにさらに一層面倒なことになる。

【発明の開示】
本発明は、カラオケリモコン装置における演奏予約のリモコン信号の再発信に係わる問題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的は、リモコン信号の伝送エラーが生じた際でも、伝送し損なったリモコン信号を再発信できるとともに重複予約も防止できるカラオケリモコン装置を提供することにある。

この発明に係るカラオケリモコン装置は、演奏予約コマンドの再送制御に特徴を有し、分説すると、つぎの事項（１）〜（７）により特定されるものである。
（１）操作入力手段と、送信手段と、制御手段と、表示手段とを備えたカラオケリモコン装置であること
（２）操作入力手段は、利用者からの送信指示と、楽曲の特定を可能とすること
（３）送信手段は、演奏予約コマンドをカラオケ装置に無線送信可能とすること
（４）制御手段は、第１〜第３処理を行うこと
（５）第１処理は、利用者により特定された１つの楽曲の楽曲識別情報を表示手段に表示させて、利用者からの送信指示を受け付け可能とすること
（６）第２処理は、特定されている楽曲に対応した演奏予約コマンドの送信と、楽曲識別情報の所定時間継続表示とを送信指示に応答して実行させること
（７）第３処理は、演奏予約コマンド送信後の一定時間を再予約禁止期間として送信指示に応答した演奏予約コマンドの送信を禁止し、再予約禁止期間の後の期間を再予約可能期間として送信指示に応答した演奏予約コマンドの送信を可能とすること

【発明の実施の形態】
＝＝＝カラオケリモコン装置の構成＝＝＝
本発明の実施例におけるカラオケリモコン装置として、電子目次本機能付きカラオケリモコン装置を挙げる。図１は本実施例のカラオケリモコン装置の外観を斜視図によって示している。装置本体１は、概して厚めのパネル状であり、サイズは、パネルを横長にしたとき、両手を軽く開いた状態で持てる程度である。パネル前面には液晶ディスプレイ（ＬＣＤ）２が配設されており、このＬＣＤ２の表面にはタッチパネル３が積層されている。

パネル状ケースの上端面には発光ダイオード（ＬＥＤ）による赤外線送信部４があり、下端面には本体内部にある二次電池を充電する際に外部電源から電力供給を受けるための端子６や、外部のコンピュータとデータ通信を行うためのＲＳ２３２Ｃ規格のインタフェース（ＩＦ）用端子５が配設されている。なお、これら端子群は、めくら蓋によって普段は外部から見えないようになっている。

図２はカラオケリモコン装置１の内部構成を機能ブロック図によって示している。本実施例のカラオケリモコン装置１の構成はＰＣなどのコンピュータと基本的には同じである。外部記憶として機能するフラッシュメモリ１２にはカラオケ装置にて利用可能なカラオケ楽曲について、曲名・アーティスト名・歌詞の歌い出し部分などの属性情報が楽曲番号に対応付けされて格納され、楽曲索引データベースが構築されている。さらに、このカラオケリモコン装置１の主制御部である中央制御部１１がＲＳ２３２Ｃ規格の通信インタフェース（ＩＦ）１３を介してカラオケ装置などの外部のコンピュータと通信し、新規のカラオケ楽曲についての属性情報などをダウンロードしてフラッシュメモリ１２に格納することで楽曲索引データベースが適時に更新される。

また中央制御部１１は、タッチパネル３からの操作入力情報を操作制御部１５を介して受け取ると、内部のＲＯＭに用意されている画像データや、この画像データに操作入力情報に応じた処理結果を反映させた画像データをビデオＲＡＭにビットマップ展開するとともに、ＬＣＤドライバ１４を制御してこのビットマップ画像をＬＣＤ２に表示出力させる。それによって、カラオケリモコン装置１は利用者にＧＵＩ環境を提供している。そして、中央制御部１１が利用者とＧＵＩによる対話を通じて楽曲索引データベースを検索し、その検索結果を表示出力させることで電子目次本機能を実現している。

この初期画面２０の表示中にいずれかのメニューボタン２１〜２８が指示されると、それぞれ図５（Ａ）〜（Ｈ）に示した各検索モードや機能を操作するためのタスク画面が表示される。カラオケリモコン装置１は、タスク画面（Ａ）〜（Ｈ）を各動作モード（検索モードや機能）への導入画面として表示するとともに、利用者の操作入力に従ってこれら導入画面（Ａ）〜（Ｈ）から階層的にタスク画面を遷移させ、最終的にカラオケ装置に演奏予約したい楽曲が利用者により特定され、その楽曲を演奏予約する旨の操作入力に従って該当の楽曲番号を含んだリモコン信号を送出する。

そして、この演奏予約のリモコン信号を発信したとき、この信号が何らかの原因でカラオケ装置に伝送されなかったことを利用者が認知したとき、利用者が再度楽曲検索のための作業を行わなくても、所定期間内であれば、リモコン信号の再発信が可能となっている。以下、本実施例のカラオケリモコン装置１におけるリモコン信号の再発信機能について、楽曲検索機能の操作手順に従って説明することとする。

楽曲索引データベースにクエリーを照会して最終的に利用者がリクエスト希望する楽曲を特定する楽曲検索機能について説明する。ここでは、「曲名検索」モードを例に挙げる。
まず、初期画面にある「曲名」のメニューボタン２３が指示されると、図５（Ｃ）に示した曲名検索モードのタスク画面が表示される。図６は曲名検索モードによる楽曲検索処理の流れを示している。また、図７（ａ）〜（ｅ）にこの処理の過程でＬＣＤ２に表示される画面の遷移図を示した。初期画面で曲名検索モードのメニューボタン２３が利用者により選択指示されると、文字パレットを含んだキーワード入力画面（ａ）が表示される（ｓ５１〜５３）。利用者がこの文字パレット中の文字を指示して目的とするカラオケ楽曲の曲名を頭文字から１文字ずつ入力していく。中央制御部は、１文字入力される毎に頭文字からの文字列を楽曲検索データベースに問い合わせる。例えば「まなつの・・・」と入力するのであれば、まず「ま」が入力された時点でキーワード「ま」をクエリーとして楽曲検索データベースを検索する。この時点で該当するカラオケ楽曲の曲数が規定数より多ければ、画面（ｂ）に示すように、その入力文字と曲数とを画面上の所定位置（３１，３２）に表示する（ｓ５４〜ｓ５８→Ｓ５３）。「ま」に引き続いて「な」以降の文字が入力されると、その文字入力機会ごとに入力済みの文字列を楽曲検索データベースに照会し、該当する楽曲の数を表示する（ｃ）。

ここで、この文字パレットとともに曲数が表示された画面中にある「さがす」ボタン３３を指示すると、検索された楽曲についての適宜な属性情報を複数ページに渡って一覧表示する（ｓ５８→ｓ５９）。すなわち、限られた表示面積中に多数の楽曲についての属性情報を表示すると見にくくなるため、検索された複数の楽曲を所定数毎にまとめ、その規定数の楽曲についての属性情報を一つの画面中に一覧表示する。本実施例では、検索された複数のカラオケ楽曲について、楽曲番号順に８曲毎にまとめて一覧表示している（ｄ）。

また、この一覧画面中には総ページ数と現在表示中のページ番号とが所定位置３４に表示されており、利用者がページめくりのボタン３５を指示すると、そのページをめくる方向に応じて前後のページを表示し、その他の楽曲の属性情報を一覧表示する（ｓ５９〜ｓ６１）。また、文字入力を続けて再度検索をしたいのであれば、属性情報の一覧画面中にある「戻る」ボタン３６を指示し、文字パレットを再度表示させる（ｓ６２→ｓ５３）。

利用者が検索された複数ページに渡る楽曲一覧を順次閲覧していく課程で、ある楽曲の表示欄が指示されると、カラオケリモコン装置はこの指示された楽曲についての詳細な属性情報を表示出力する（ｓ６３→ｓ６４、ｅ）。利用者がこの詳細な属性情報の表示画面（ｅ）をみて目的とする楽曲であることを確認したならば、この詳細属性情報の表示画面中に配設されている「転送」ボタン３８を指示する。それによって、カラオケリモコン装置は、この楽曲を予約するリモコン信号を送出する（Ｓ７２→ｓ７３）。

もし、このときカラオケリモコン装置の前を人が横切るなどしてリモコン信号がカラオケ装置に正しく伝送されなかったとする。カラオケリモコン装置１は、このような場合を想定して、先に発信したリモコン信号を再度発信することができるとともに、同じ楽曲が続けて演奏予約される可能性を極力少なくするようなユーザインタフェースを実現している。具体的には、最初に発信したリモコン信号が極めて短時間のうちに２度以上発信されるのを禁止し、その禁止時間の経過後所定時間内では２度目の発信を許可するのである。すなわち、１発目のリモコン信号の伝送が成功したか否かを利用者に落ち着いて確認してもらってから、２発目の発信指示を受け付けるのである。

カラオケリモコン装置１の内部処理としては、中央制御部１１が、発信したリモコン信号に相当するコードＲＡＭに一時保存し、その発信を契機としてタイマを起動する。一発目のリモコン信号発信時点からの経過時間を監視し（ｓ７４）、所定時間を再予約禁止期間として、この禁止期間内では「転送」ボタン３８が指示されてもリモコン信号は発信しないようにする。この再予約禁止期間は、利用者があわてて「転送」ボタン３８を「連続押し」することを防止する期間であり、利用者がリモコン信号の伝送ミスを確認するための期間でもある。
