BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus that measures blood flow velocity by the Doppler method while transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves in a subject and observing a real-time B-mode image of a diagnostic site, and in particular, B-mode images and Doppler mode images. It is related with the ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus which can improve the real-time property at the time of switching and observing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of conventional ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus transmits an ultrasonic wave into a subject and receives a reflected echo from the inside thereof, collects and displays a B-mode image, and the above-described subject. A pulse or continuous wave ultrasonic wave is transmitted into the specimen and a reflected echo from the inside is received, and a component of the frequency signal shifted by the Doppler shift of the moving body is extracted from the reflected echo, and a blood flow signal is displayed as an image. Or a Doppler mode image detection display system that outputs sound as an audio signal, and ultrasonic transmission / reception operation in the B mode image detection display system and ultrasonic transmission / reception operation in the Doppler mode image detection display system are time-shared. To display ultrasonic images of both systems.
[0003]
That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the electric pulse generated by the
[0004]
On the other hand, in the Doppler mode image detection display system, the reception signal amplified by the
[0005]
Here, since the direction of the ultrasonic transmission / reception beam for displaying the B-mode image differs from the direction of the ultrasonic transmission / reception beam for displaying the Doppler mode image in most cases, a B-mode image is obtained. The ultrasonic transmission / reception operation for obtaining the Doppler mode image and the ultrasonic transmission / reception operation for obtaining the Doppler mode image are performed in a time division manner. Therefore, when the B mode image is displayed in real time, the display operation of the Doppler mode image is stopped, and when the Doppler mode image is displayed in real time at other time phases, the B mode image is frozen. The In this case, in the Doppler mode image, since it is necessary to set the position of the sample volume using the real-time B-mode image as a guide, the real-time property of the B-mode image is important even in the Doppler mode. For this reason, in the conventional apparatus, as shown in FIG. 13, the real-time property is not lost as much as possible by alternately switching between the B mode time phase and the Doppler mode time phase.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus, complex baseband signals output from the low-
[0007]
Accordingly, the present invention aims to provide an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus capable of addressing such problems and improving the real-time property when observing by switching between a B-mode image and a Doppler mode image. To do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention transmits ultrasonic waves into a subject. Send and receive B-mode image detection and display system for collecting and displaying B-mode images, and pulse or continuous wave ultrasonic waves in the subject Send and receive Moving object from reflected echo By Extracts the Doppler-shifted frequency signal component and displays the blood flow signal in the image table. Show The Doppler mode image detection display system, and the ultrasonic transmission / reception operation in the B mode image detection display system and the ultrasonic transmission / reception operation in the Doppler mode image detection display system are performed in a time-sharing manner. In an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus for displaying an ultrasonic image, Depending on the moving object in the subject Extract Doppler shift frequency signal Ru Ipass filter When When the B-mode image receiving operation is switched to the Doppler mode image receiving operation, the value of the delay register of the high-pass filter is initialized to a predetermined value corresponding to the received signal. In addition, the value to be initialized is calculated by linear combination from one or more values of the initial received signal sequence at the time of the mode switching, and the delay is based on the signal sequence input at the beginning of the Doppler mode time phase. A delay register settling value calculating means for calculating a settling value of the register and presetting the delay register; Is provided to reduce the level of transient response generated in the output of the high-pass filter at the beginning of the Doppler mode transition.
[0009]
In the initial stage of the Doppler mode time phase in the delay register set value computing means of the filter processing unit, the number of input signals is n, and the first determined data is received after the transition to the Doppler mode time phase. If n = 0, the period of n <3 is a settling value preset period, and the period of n ≧ 3 is a normal filter calculation period. It is said that.
[0010]
The high-pass filter is a recursive filter. It may be a thing.
[0011]
In addition, an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus according to another means includes a B-mode image detection display system that collects and displays a B-mode image by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves in the subject, and a pulse or continuous wave ultrasonograph in the subject. And a Doppler mode image detection display system for extracting a blood signal from the reflected echo and extracting a frequency signal component shifted by a moving body from the reflected echo and displaying a blood flow image. In the ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus for performing ultrasonic transmission / reception operation and ultrasonic transmission / reception operation in the Doppler mode image detection display system in a time-sharing manner to display ultrasonic images of both systems, the moving body in the subject And a value of the delay register of the high-pass filter when the B-mode image receiving operation is switched to the Doppler mode image receiving operation. Initialized to a predetermined value according to the received signal, and the initial value at the time of switching to the receiving operation of the angular frequency of the input signal and the Doppler mode image detected before the mode switching time. Calculated by linear combination of the estimated signal sequence corresponding to the start of the Doppler mode time phase estimated using the received signal sequence and a preset value presetting the delay register of the high-pass filter is detected before the mode switching time Delay register calculated by linear combination of estimated signal sequences corresponding to the start of Doppler mode time phase estimated using the received input signal angular frequency and the initial received signal sequence at the time of switching to the Doppler mode image receiving operation And a settling value calculation means, and an error occurring in the output of the high-pass filter at the beginning of the Doppler mode transition. It is obtained so as to reduce the level of response .
[0012]
Then, the delay register settling value calculation means of the filter processing unit is configured to provide a difference in phase angle between two time points with a predetermined sample interval in the received complex signal sequence in the Doppler mode time phase in the past for the period of the B mode time phase. The estimated angular frequency is the estimated angular frequency, and the estimated representative angular frequency obtained by linear combination from one or more numerical values of the initial complex received signal sequence when switching to the Doppler mode time phase is used as the estimated angular frequency. Obtain multiple points of initial estimated complex time-series data that are sequentially generated by repeatedly multiplying the rotor with, and initialize the high-pass filter delay register with a linear combination of one or more numerical values for each element of this time-series data It is supposed to be adopted as a value .
[0013]
The high-pass filter may be a recursive filter. .

[0029]
The operation of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 will be described below. In FIG. 6, the input signal sequence x 1 n and output signal sequence y 1 n is a complex number. In the delay register set value calculation means 17, the angle obtained from the difference in phase angle between two time points with M sample intervals in the received complex signal sequence in the Doppler mode time phase in the past for the period Tb of the B mode time phase. The estimated angular frequency is set to the initial representative complex number obtained by linear combination from one or more numerical values of the initial complex received signal sequence when switching to the Doppler mode time phase (n = 0). For example, four points (A to D) of initial estimated complex time series data that are sequentially generated by repeatedly multiplying a rotor having a frequency are obtained, and the numerical value of one or more points is linear for each element of the time series data A to D. The coupling is applied to the
[0030]
In the above embodiment, the reason for using the linear combination of the estimated complex time series data generated by multiplying the rotator instead of the linear combination of the actual data is to remove the high frequency component included in the input signal. This is to increase the settling effect by a relatively low-order approximation called a cubic function. In general, since the input variable has a complicated waveform, precise setting requires an approximation with a very high order and the calculation scale becomes enormous. Using the linear combination of estimated complex time series data generated in this way is effective in reducing the amount of calculation.
[0031]
FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of an ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus according to the second invention. This ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus includes
[0032]
The wall filters 13a and 13b serve as a cut-off frequency for removing clutter components from the fixed tissue in the subject from the received signal in the time domain. The low-frequency component including the component is set to be lower than the cut-off frequency in the low band of the window function for removing or reducing the low-frequency component.
[0033]
Next, the operation of the ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic apparatus according to the second invention configured as described above will be described. First, in FIG. 7, the Doppler signals converted into digital signals by the

[0034]
Here, a frequency that attenuates, for example, 3 dB from the level of the pass band is set as a cutoff frequency of the window function, and the cutoff frequency is represented by Fc in FIG. 2 And The cutoff frequency of the wall filters 13a and 13b is set to Fc. 1 Then, this cutoff frequency Fc 1 Is the cutoff frequency Fc of the above window function 2 Is set low. In such a state, in the conventional apparatus shown in FIG. 12, as shown in FIG. 10, only the wall filters 13a and 13b on the time axis of the cut-off frequency Fc can be changed from the B mode time phase shown in FIG. When switching to the time phase, the frequency spectrum generated ringing having a peak in the vicinity of the cutoff frequency Fc.
[0035]
On the other hand, in the second invention shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 11, the cutoff frequency Fc of the wall filters 13a and 13b on the time axis is shown. 1 Is set lower than the cut-off frequency Fc of the conventional example, the frequency of ringing that occurs when switching from the B-mode time phase to the Doppler mode time phase can be kept low. At this time, the window function after the frequency analysis by the

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, According to the first to third aspects of the present invention, the delay register settling value calculating means of the filter processing unit switches between the B-mode image receiving operation and the Doppler mode image receiving operation, and the moving object in the subject The delay register value of the high-pass filter that extracts the Doppler shift frequency signal is initialized to a predetermined value corresponding to the received signal, and the value to be initialized is one or more of the initial received signal sequence at the time of the mode switching. The set value of the delay register can be calculated based on the signal sequence input at the beginning of the Doppler mode time phase and preset in the delay register. This When switching from the B mode time phase to the Doppler mode time phase, at the beginning of the Doppler mode time phase, strong ringing occurs in the output signal of the high pass filter with respect to the clutter signal from the fixed tissue input to the high pass filter. Can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to frequently switch between the B mode time phase and the Doppler mode time phase without waiting for a sufficient time until the ringing converges and the filter output is stabilized as in the past, improving the real-time property of the image. can do.
[0037]
Also, According to the fourth to sixth aspects of the present invention, when the delay register settling value calculating means of the filter processing unit switches from the B-mode image receiving operation to the Doppler mode image receiving operation, the moving object in the subject The value of the delay register of the high-pass filter that extracts the Doppler shift frequency signal is initialized to a predetermined value corresponding to the received signal, and the value to be initialized is detected before the mode switching time. Calculated by the linear combination of the estimated signal sequence corresponding to the start of the Doppler mode time phase estimated using the initial frequency of the received signal sequence at the time of switching to the receiving operation of the Doppler mode image, and the high-pass filter Set the delay register preset value to receive the angular frequency of the input signal and the Doppler mode image detected before the mode switching time. It can be calculated by a linear combination of the estimated estimation signal sequence corresponding to the Doppler mode phase start with the initial reception signal sequence Waru time. Therefore, if precise settling of the delay register is required, use an approximation with a relatively high order, and more accurately observe the frequency of the clutter signal, so that the error from the settling value Can be further reduced .
