【従来の技術】
はとめは従来から広い用途を有し、紐を通したりあるいは装飾のために衣服、袋物、テント等の生地に取りつけられている。しかし、従来のはとめは生地に対する締着力が弱いために、外力が作用すると比較的簡単にずれたり外れてしまう場合があった。

しかし実公平4−26003号に記載の構成では、刺片10を形成する加工が面倒であり、または完成したはとめの取付作業中に作業者が過って刺片10にさわり、痛い思いをしたり、あるいは傷を付けられたりする。また刺片10は少ないと効果が薄いので多数作る必要があり、なおさら加工が困難である。
従って、本発明の課題は刺片を使用しないで、しかも強力な取付力を有するはとめを提供することにある。

そこで本発明は、座体1と本体2とからなるはとめにおいて、座体1の構造を工夫することにより、飛躍的にはとめ取付力つまり生地押圧力を高めることができた。
すなわち本発明は、かしめられる先端縁を有する管状部とその基部の生地を押えるための環状平縁部とを有する本体、及び前記管状部を受け入れる開口と前記先端縁をかしめ付けるための受け座と生地を前記本体の前記平縁部との間で押えるための環状平周とを具備した環状の座体よりなるはとめにおいて、
前記座体の前記環状平周部の外周に沿って生地の方へ突出する突縁を周方向に連続して設けられ、前記座体の前記突縁の直径は前記本体の外周の径よりも若干大きく設定されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図3〜4を参照して本発明を実施例に関連して詳しく説明する。なお、従来のはとめと共通の部分は同一の参照符号を使用する。
本発明のはとめは、座体1と本体2とからなる。本体2は、かしめられる先端縁11を有する管状部12と、管状部12の基部に設けられた補強用の環状***部14と、その外周に連接する生地を挟むための環状平縁部13とを有するもので、従来の公知のものと変わらない。先端縁11は刃物状の先端にして生地に対する切断及び刺通効果を有するものにしても良い。
一方、座体1は、本体2の管状部12を受け入れるに充分な径の開口3を形成する環状内縁部4と、環状内縁部4の外側で周方向に一定間隔で形成されている放射状の複数の放射状リブ17と、生地に食い込む環状突縁部5と、補強用の環状***部7と、生地を本体2の環状平縁部13との間で押える環状平周縁8とからなる。
更に、本発明に従って、環状平周縁8の外周には生地の方へ突出する突縁15を設ける。突縁15は周方向に連続していれば加工が容易でありまた係止力が大きくなる。突縁15の高さは適当で良いが、本体2と座体1を生地に取りつけた時に充分な係止力が作用する必要があるので、環状平周縁8の面から0.5〜1mm程度に設定にすれば充分である。また突縁15の直径は好ましくは本体2の外周よりも若干大き目にすると、本体2の環状平縁部13が生地を挟み、また突縁15の内面に生地を挟み込むことができるので、係止力を増すことができる。

以上のように、本発明の構成によると、座体1の周方向に形成した突縁15と本体2の環状平縁部13との協同作用により、生地との間の係止力を飛躍的に高め、生地に垂直な方向の力に対してもまた生地に平行な方向の力に対しても強く抵抗できる。また本発明のはとめは構造が単純なために製造が容易である利点が得られる。
