Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor having a dustproof structure in which dust, moisture, oil, salt, and the like hardly enter the motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A fan motor will be described as an example of a conventional motor. A refrigerator employing a compression refrigeration cycle has a compressor for compressing the refrigerant, and further has a fan motor for cooling the compressor. The fan motor can rotate the blade body by the motor body, and can send cooling air to the compressor by the rotation of the blade body. The refrigerator is provided in a kitchen where there are a lot of moisture, oil and salt. Furthermore, the compressor is provided on the back side of the refrigerator and is disposed in a space where dust is easily trapped between the refrigerator and the wall. Accordingly, the fan motor is disposed in an environment where there is a lot of dust, moisture, oil and salt (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as “dust” as representative of “dust, moisture, oil and salt”). .
[0003]
The fan motor used in such an environment, when dust or the like enters inside, adheres to the bearings, permanent magnets, stators with coils, circuit boards, etc., which are rusted, poor electrical contact and Problems such as an increase in rotational resistance in the bearing will occur. In order to prevent the occurrence of such a problem, the fan motor used in the above-described environment needs to have a dust-proof structure in which dust or the like hardly enters inside.
[0004]
A conventional fan motor having a dustproof structure is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-261520. In the fan motor, one bearing means is provided on a case body fixed to a base, and the rotating shaft is supported by the one bearing means. A fan is provided on the rotating shaft outside the space formed by the base, the case body, the one bearing means and the rotating shaft. In the space, a stator and a wiring board are provided fixed to a base, and the other bearing means is provided on the stator. The other bearing means supports the rotating shaft together with the one bearing means. Further, a yoke to which a permanent magnet is fixed is provided in the space, and is fixed to the rotating shaft. As described above, the yoke, the permanent magnet, the stator, and the wiring board are provided in the space and have a dust-proof structure that is difficult for dust and the like to adhere thereto. One bearing means is covered from the outside by a fan.
[0005]
Another prior art motor bearing device is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-303736. In the bearing device, a bearing means is provided on a case body fixed to a base, and the rotating shaft is supported by the bearing means. A fan is provided on the rotating shaft outside the space formed by the base, the case body, the one bearing means and the rotating shaft. In the space, a stator is provided fixed to a base, and in the space, a permanent magnet is provided fixed to a rotating shaft. As described above, the permanent magnet and the stator are provided in the space and have a dust-proof structure to which dust and the like are difficult to adhere.
[0006]
Still another conventional fan motor is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-117092. In the fan motor, a bearing is provided in a cylindrical portion provided in the bracket, and the rotating shaft is supported by the bearing. A fan is provided on the opposite side of the rotating shaft from the bracket, and an end portion of the cylindrical portion of the fan is provided so as to fit into a recess of the bracket. In addition, the bracket is provided with a cylindrical member in the vicinity of the end of the cylindrical portion of the fan, in the vicinity of the fan. The bracket, the fan, and the cylindrical member form a space between the fan and the bracket, and a space that communicates with the outside by the fan and the cylindrical portion. The bearing is provided in this space, and is fixed to the base and provided with a stator, and fixed to the fan and provided with a rotor. Thus, the bearing, the stator, and the rotor are provided in the space and have a dust-proof structure that is difficult for dust and the like to adhere thereto.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The fan motor disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-261520 has a fan and thus one bearing means is covered with the fan. However, in the configuration excluding the fan, one bearing means is exposed to the outside. . Therefore, one bearing means is exposed to the outside without a fan, and has a single structure that is covered only by the fan even if it has a fan. Dust and the like are likely to adhere to this one bearing means.
[0008]
In the bearing device disclosed in JP-A-6-303736, the bearing means is exposed to the outside. Accordingly, dust or the like is likely to adhere to the bearing means.
[0009]
In the fan motor disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-117092, the gap between the fan and the bracket is made small, but the stator and the rotor are configured to be covered only by the fan, and the stator and the rotor are provided. The space to be communicated with the outside through a short gap between the fan and the cylindrical member. Accordingly, dust or the like tends to adhere to the stator and the rotor.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a motor in which dust, moisture, oil, salt, and the like are not easily attached to a stator and bearing means provided in the motor.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to claim 1 includes a base having a plate-like base and a cylindrical support portion erected on the base, a rotating shaft partially inserted in the support portion of the base, Bearing means that is supported by the support portion and rotatably supports the rotating shaft with respect to the base around the axis thereof, a stator that is externally fitted to the support portion of the base and is provided on the base, and a substantially bottomed cylinder It is attached to the portion of the bottom plate that is exposed from the support portion of the rotary shaft, and surrounds the stator and the support portion from the free end side and the radially outward side of the support portion. The rotor that rotates about the axis of the rotation axis with respect to the base, and a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape, is attached to the base of the base at the end opposite to the bottom of the cylinder,An insertion hole with an inner diameter that allows the rotor to be loosely inserted is provided in the center of the bottom. The rotating shaft exposed from the rotor bottom plateButPlayInsertedA cover body for enclosing the rotor from the radially outer side and the side opposite to the base of the base;It is substantially bottomed, and is attached to the part exposed from the support part of the rotating shaft at the bottom part on the opposite side of the base part of the base from the cover body, and the cover body is opposite to the base part of the base and the radius A wing body having a turntable surrounding from the outer side in the direction, and a plurality of blade pieces provided on the turntable; It is a motor characterized by including.
[0012]
According to the present invention, the bearing means for supporting the rotating shaft is provided in the support portion by the base portion, and the stator is provided by being fitted around the support portion. The stator and the support portion are surrounded by the rotor, and the rotor is further surrounded by the cover body. As a result, the stator is provided in a space that passes through a long path between the cover body and the rotor from the gap between the cover body and the rotation shaft and further wraps inside the rotor. Even if it passes through the gap between the cover body and the rotating shaft and enters the cover body, it must pass through a long path to the stator, making it difficult to reach the stator, and dust etc. Hard to adhere. In addition, since the bearing means is provided in the support portion that is further back than the stator that has passed between the stator and the rotor, dust and the like are less likely to reach the bearing means. Hard to adhere. Therefore, the electrical contact failure due to the dust and the like of the stator being adhered, and the smooth rotating operation failure of the rotating shaft due to the dust and the like being adhered to the bearing means are prevented, and the magnetic action between the stator and the rotor is prevented. The rotor can be smoothly rotated and the rotating shaft can be smoothly rotated.Further, a blade body is provided on the rotating shaft, and air can be blown by rotating the blade body. The blade body surrounds the cover body by the turntable, and a gap between the cover body and the rotary shaft is exposed to the outside through a long path between the cover body and the turntable of the blade body. Thus, the rotor is surrounded by a so-called double structure by the cover body and the blade body, the passage distance from the external space to the stator is further increased, and dust and the like are less likely to reach the rotor. Naturally, it becomes difficult for dust to reach the bearing means. Furthermore, since the space in which the stator and the bearing means are provided continues to the external space through a passage that is bent or curved a plurality of times, it is difficult for dust and the like to reach the space.
[0013]
The rotary shaft loosely fitted to the bottom of the cover body can be used as the output shaft of the motor, and can perform various tasks.
[0014]
In the present invention according to claim 2, the stator has a coil,
The rotor is characterized by having a substantially bottomed cylindrical yoke and a permanent magnet provided adjacent to the coil inside the yoke.
[0015]
According to the present invention, the stator coil is configured such that dust and the like are not easily attached thereto, and the permanent magnet of the rotor is provided inside the yoke, and therefore the permanent magnet is recessed as in the stator. It is provided in the space, and it is difficult for dust to adhere to it like the stator. Further, the permanent magnet and the coil are provided close to each other, thereby making it difficult for the dust to enter the deeper side, and the dust or the like is more difficult to adhere to the bearing means.
[0018]

The yoke 22 is brought into contact with one side in the axial direction of the flange 31 of the mounting member 30 fixed to the rotating shaft 11 by inserting the rotating shaft 11 through the mounting hole 26. Then, the yoke 22 is fixed to the mounting member 30 such that the thin portion 31a of the mounting member 30 is plastically deformed radially outward so that the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 26 is clamped with the flange 31. In a state where the yoke 22 is fixed to the mounting member 30, the portion on the other side in the axial direction of the mounting member 30 is exposed on the side opposite to the peripheral wall 25 of the yoke 22. The mounting member 30 is formed with a cylindrical shaft hole 32 that is inserted in the axial direction. A portion of the shaft hole 32 that is exposed from the support portion 16 on the other end 11 b side in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 11 is formed. The base 10 is mounted on the mounting portion 39 of the base 15. The cylindrical portion 36 stands on the same side as the support portion 16 of the base 10 from the base 15 of the base 10 on the radially outer side of the rotor 14 and the wiring board 20. The bottom 35 is bent inward in the radial direction from the end opposite to the base 15 of the cylindrical portion 36 on the side opposite to the base 15 relative to the yoke 22 of the rotor 14, Projecting to the vicinity of the mounting member 30 of the rotor 14.

In this state, the cover body 8 is provided coaxially with the rotating shaft 11 and surrounds the rotor 14 from the radially outer side and the side opposite to the base portion 15 of the base 10. More specifically, the wiring board 20 is fitted into the mounting part 39 of the base 10, and the wiring board 20 is covered from the outside in the radial direction by the mounting part 39 and is attached to the mounting part 39. The cylindrical portion 36 of the cover body 8 covers the yoke 22 of the stator 14 from the outside in the radial direction. In addition, the bottom portion 35 connected to the cylindrical portion 36 covers the yoke 22 from the side opposite to the base portion 15, and its inner peripheral portion surrounds the portion on the other side in the axial direction of the mounting member 30 from the outside in the radial direction.
[0028]
In the blade body 9, the rotary base 40 and the plurality of blade pieces 44 are integrally formed of, for example, synthetic resin. The turntable 40 has a bottom portion 41 and a cylindrical portion 42, and is formed in a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape. The bottom part 41 is substantially disk-shaped, and the attachment hole 43 is formed in the center part. The cylindrical portion 42 has a substantially cylindrical shape and is bent to one side in the axial direction so as to be continuous with the outermost peripheral portion of the bottom portion 41. Each blade piece 44 is provided on the cylindrical portion 42 of the turntable 40 at intervals in the circumferential direction, and protrudes radially outward from the cylindrical portion 42.
[0029]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along section line III-III in FIG. The attachment member 30 of the rotor 14 fixed to the rotating shaft 11 has a substantially D-shaped outer shape on the other side in the axial direction. Specifically, the part on the other side in the axial direction of the mounting member 30 is substantially cylindrical, and at one place in the circumferential direction, the axial line is formed such that the outer peripheral part is recessed radially inward from the remaining part. It is formed flat along a parallel plane.
[0030]
The rotating base 40 of the blade body 9 is formed in two steps with the inner peripheral portion of the center portion of the bottom portion 41 having a step in the axial direction, and the portion on one side in the axial direction is more than the portion on the other side in the axial direction. Is also formed in a large diameter. A portion on one side in the axial direction is substantially cylindrical, and at one place in the circumferential direction, along a plane parallel to the axis so that the inner peripheral portion protrudes radially inward from the remaining portion. It is formed in a flat shape. The portion on one side in the axial direction is formed in a substantially D shape whose inner shape is slightly larger than the outer shape of the portion on the other side in the axial direction of the mounting member 30. The inner peripheral portion of the portion on the other side in the axial direction of the central portion of the blade body 9 is cylindrical.
[0031]
The blade body 9 is provided coaxially with the rotation shaft 11 by arranging the cylindrical portion 42 of the turntable 40 near the base portion 15 of the base 10 and inserting the rotation shaft 11 and the attachment member 30 into the insertion hole 43. At this time, the central portion of the bottom portion 41 where the insertion hole 43 is formed is arranged such that a portion on one side in the axial direction is closer to the base portion 15 of the base 10 with respect to a portion on the other side in the axial direction. The part on the other side in the axial direction of the member 30 is fitted, the rotary shaft 11 is inserted into the other side in the axial direction, and the rotation about the axis L <b> 1 is prevented with respect to the rotary shaft 11. In this state, the rotary shaft 11 is fitted with two O-rings 50 and 51 and an annular support member 52, and further attached with a retaining piece 53 realized by, for example, an E-ring. 9 is prevented from coming off the rotating shaft 11. The number of O-rings 50 and 51 may be one.
[0032]
In this way, the blade body 9 is detachably mounted on the part where the rotating base 40 is exposed at the bottom 41 from the support part 16 of the rotating shaft 11 on the side opposite to the base 15 of the base 10 rather than the rotor 14. Yes. When the rotating shaft 11 is rotated by rotating the rotor 14, the blade body 9 is rotated around the axis L1. When the blade body 9 is rotated, each blade piece 44 of the blade body 9 is directed along the axis L1 of the rotation shaft 11 from the other axial side to the one axial side (from the top to the bottom in FIG. 1). A can be pressed and blown in the same direction A.
[0033]
In the state in which the blade body 9 is fixed to the rotating shaft 11, the turntable 40 surrounds the cover body 8 from the side opposite to the base portion 15 of the base 10 and the radially outer side. Specifically, the bottom 41 of the turntable 40 is moved from the rotary shaft 11 to the bottom 35 of the cover body 8 with the center of the bottom 41 fitted in the insertion hole 37 formed in the bottom 35 of the cover body 8. The bottom portion 35 of the cover body 8 protrudes in the radial direction on the side opposite to the base portion 15 and covers the bottom portion 35 of the base body 10 from the side opposite to the base portion 15. Further, the cylindrical portion 42 of the turntable 40 falls from the bottom 41 toward the base portion 15 of the base 10 on the radially outer side of the cylindrical portion 36 of the cover body 8.
[0034]
In such a fan motor 1, the bearing means 12 that supports the rotating shaft 11 is provided in a support portion 16 that is blocked in the axial direction by the base portion 15, and the stator 13 is fitted on the support portion 16. Provided. The stator 13 and the support portion 16 are surrounded by a rotor 14, and the rotor 14 is further surrounded by a cover body 8. Thereby, the stator 13 is disposed between the inner peripheral portion of the insertion hole 37 of the bottom portion 35 of the cover body 8 and the rotary shaft 11, more specifically, between the center portion of the bottom portion 41 of the blade body 9 and the rotor 14. Since it is provided in a space that passes through the long passage 55 between the cover body 8 and the rotor 14 from the gap between the mounting member 30 and the inner side of the rotor 14, dust, moisture, oil content Even if salt or the like (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “dust etc.” as a representative) passes through the gap between the cover body 8 and the rotary shaft 11 and enters the cover body 8, the stator It is necessary to pass through a long path up to 13, so that dust or the like hardly reaches the stator 13, and dust or the like hardly adheres to the stator 13. Further, since the bearing means 12 is provided in the support portion 16 that is further back than the stator 14 that has passed between the stator 13 and the rotor 14, dust and the like reach the bearing means 12 further. It is difficult to adhere to the bearing means 12. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent electrical contact failure due to dust or the like adhering to the stator 13 and smooth rotation operation failure of the rotating shaft 11 due to dust or the like adhering to the bearing means 12, and the stator 13 and the rotor 14. The rotor 14 can be smoothly rotated by the magnetic action, and the rotating shaft 11 can be smoothly rotated.
[0035]
Further, the coil 19 of the stator 13 has a configuration in which dust or the like surrounded by the rotor 14 and the cover body 8 is difficult to adhere, and the permanent magnet 23 of the rotor 14 is provided inside the yoke 22, and thus The permanent magnet 23 is provided in a deep space similar to the stator 13, and dust is difficult to adhere to like the stator 13. Further, the permanent magnet 23 and the coil 19 are provided close to each other, thereby making it difficult for the dust to penetrate further into the back side, so that the dust or the like is less likely to adhere to the bearing means 12. Further, the support portion 16 of the base 10 is provided with a cap member 60 that protrudes radially inward at the open end portion and closes the open end of the support portion 16, and dust and the like further adhere to the bearing means 12. This makes it difficult to prevent leakage of the lubricating oil from the bearing means 12. The cap member 60 is separated from the rotating shaft 11 and does not hinder smooth rotation of the rotating shaft 11.
[0036]
Further, a blade body 9 is provided on the rotating shaft 11, and air can be blown by rotating the blade body 9. The blade body 9 surrounds the cover body 8 by its turntable 40, and the gap between the cover body 8 and the rotary shaft 11 forms a long path between the cover body 8 and the turntable 40 of the blade body 9. After that, it is exposed to the outside. In this way, the rotor 14 is surrounded by a double structure by the cover body 8 and the blade body 9, and the passage distance from the external space to the stator 13 is further increased, and dust and the like reach the rotor 14 further. It becomes difficult to do. Naturally, it is difficult for dust to reach the bearing means 12. Furthermore, the space in which the stator 13 and the bearing means 12 are provided is connected to the external space via a passage 55 that is bent or curved a plurality of times.
[0037]
More specifically, the passage 55 has an L-shaped passage portion 55a in a cross section parallel to the axis L1 between the cover body 8 and the rotor 14, and one end portion of the passage portion 55a near the rotating shaft 11, It is bent in a U shape so as to be reversed by about 180 degrees and is continuous, and the shape in a cross section parallel to the axis L1 between the cover body 8 and the blade body 9 is L-shaped, and the passage portion 55a is opposite to the base portion 15 And a passage portion 55b formed so as to surround from the side and radially outward. The space in which the stator 13 and the permanent magnet 23 are provided is a space in the yoke 22, bent in a U shape so as to be inverted by about 180 degrees radially outward on the base 15 side of the base 10, The passage 55 communicates with the other end of the passage portion 55a. The passage 55 communicates with the outside at the other end opposite to the one end communicating with the passage 55a of the passage 55b. As described above, the stator 13 and the permanent magnet 23 communicate with the outside through the passage 55 having at least four bent portions, which makes it difficult for dust and the like to reach. The wiring board 20 is located in a space protruding from the yoke 22 toward the base 15, and this space is also communicated to the external space via the passage 55, and dust or the like adheres to the wiring board 20. It has a difficult structure.
[0038]
Further, the bottom plate 24 of the yoke 22 is composed of the above-described portions 27 to 29, and in the middle portion of the passage portion 55a, the flow path is greater than the remaining region with respect to the entry direction when dust or the like tries to enter the inside from the outside. A region where the cross-sectional area rapidly increases is formed. As a result, even if dust or the like tries to enter the inside, the penetration speed rapidly decreases in this region, so that the dust or the like is less likely to enter the inside due to the action. Further, the air blowing direction A due to the rotation of the blade body 9 is the same direction as the direction in which the passage 55 communicates with the external space, and when the blade body 9 rotates and blows air, the region continuous with the external space of the passage 55 The vicinity has a negative pressure, and therefore dust and the like are subjected to a force in the direction of being sucked out from the internal space, making it difficult for dust and the like to enter the inside and obtaining a sucking effect. The cover body 8 is separated from the rotating shaft 11, the rotor 14, and the blade body 9, and does not hinder smooth rotation of the rotating shaft 11, the rotor 14, and the blade body 9.
[0039]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a part of the cover body 8 and the base 10. The mounting portion 39 of the base has a short annular shape, and a projecting ridge 62 that protrudes in the direction away from the base 15 on the radially inner side extends from the distal end portion protruding from the base portion 15. Has been. The surface 63 on the radially outer side of the ridge 62 is formed in a truncated cone shape so that the diameter decreases as the distance from the base portion 15 increases. The inner surface of the protrusion 62 is formed in a cylindrical surface that is flush with the remaining portion of the mounting portion 38.
[0040]
In addition, a plurality of locking claws 64 are formed in the mounting portion 39 in the circumferential direction, in the present embodiment, at three equal intervals. Each locking claw 64 protrudes radially outward from the protrusion 62, and the radially outer surface 65 is inclined so as to protrude radially outward toward the base 15 of the base 10. is doing. One, two, or four or more locking claws 64 may be formed.
[0041]
At the end of the cover body 8 opposite to the side connected to the bottom 35 of the cylindrical portion 36, a protrusion that protrudes toward the base 15 of the base 10 in the direction away from the bottom 35 radially outward. 67 extends to the entire circumference. The surface 68 on the radially inner side of the protrusion 67 is formed in a truncated cone shape so that its diameter increases as the distance from the cylindrical portion 35 increases, and accordingly as the distance from the base portion 15 increases. The surface 68 of the protrusion 67 of the cover body 8 is selected so that the inclination angle with respect to the axis is the same as the inclination angle with respect to the axis of the surface 63 of the protrusion 62 of the mounting portion 38. The protrusion 67 of the cover body 8 is selected such that the inner diameter of the tip is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the base end of the protrusion 62 of the mounting portion 38 and larger than the outer diameter of the tip. The inner diameter of the end portion is selected to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the tip end portion of the protrusion 62 of the mounting portion 38. The outer surface of the protrusion 67 is formed in a cylindrical surface that is flush with the remaining portion of the cylindrical portion 36.
[0042]
Further, the same number of locking portions 70 as the locking claws 64 are formed in the cylindrical portion 36 of the cover body 8 in the circumferential direction. Each locking portion 70 protrudes outward in the radial direction from the protrusion 67 and protrudes in a direction away from the bottom 35 and is formed in a substantially U shape. A notch 71 is formed in a portion surrounded by the locking portion 70 of the ridge 67.
[0043]
The cover body 8 is configured such that the protrusion 62 of the mounting portion 38 is inserted into the inner side of the protrusion 67, and the locking claw 64 is inserted into the notch 71 of the protrusion 67. The locking portion 70 is locked and the mounting portion 38 is mounted. At this time, the surfaces 63 and 68 of the protrusions 62 and 67 are elastically contacted, and the notch 71 of the protrusion 67 is blocked so that a gap is not formed by the protrusion 63 and the locking claw 64. ing. Moreover, the front-end | tip part of the protrusion 62 and the cylinder part 36 of the cover body 8 may contact | abut elastically, and may leave the clearance gap slightly. Moreover, the front-end | tip part of the protrusion 67 and the mounting part 38 may be contact | abutting elastically, and the clearance gap may be opened slightly.
[0044]
With the latching claw 64 and the latching portion 70 having such a configuration, the cover body 8 can be easily and firmly mounted by a simple operation of pressing the cover body 8 toward the mounting portion 38. In addition, the locking portion 70 can be easily removed by being deformed radially outward. In this way, the cover body is detachable, and the mounting portion 38 is shortened in the axial direction so that the mounting position is located closer to the base 15, thereby making the base 15 as flat as possible and performing before the cover body 8 is mounted. In the mounting operation of the rotating shaft 11, the stator 13, the rotor 14, the wiring board 20, and the like, these can be easily handled and the assembling operation can be facilitated. In addition, the blade body 9 and the cover body 8 can be removed for easy maintenance.
[0045]
Further, by providing the protrusions 62 and 67 and resiliently abutting them, it is possible to reliably prevent dust and the like from entering through the joints even if they are formed separately. Further, the cylindrical portion 42 of the turntable 40 of the blade body 9 extends to the vicinity of this mounting position, and when this blows air as described above, the vicinity facing the outside at the joint with the cover body 8 mounting portion 38 is Since the negative pressure is applied, dust and the like are subjected to a force in the direction of being sucked out from the internal space. This further makes it difficult for dust and the like to enter the inside, and a sucking effect can be obtained. The mounting position is a position that can be confirmed from the outside even when the blade body 9 is attached. For example, when the cover body 8 has been detached due to vibration or the like, it is indicated from the outside that the cover body 8 has been removed. It can be easily visually confirmed.
[0046]
Such a fan motor 1 is provided, for example, in a refrigerator in which a compression refrigeration cycle as described in relation to the prior art is employed, and is used for cooling a compressor for compressing a refrigerant. That is, the fan motor 1 can rotationally drive the blade body 9 by the motor main body 7 and send cooling air to the compressor by the rotation of the blade body 9. The refrigerator is provided in a kitchen where there are a lot of moisture, oil and salt. Furthermore, the compressor is provided on the back side of the refrigerator and is disposed in a space where dust is easily trapped between the refrigerator and the wall. Therefore, the fan motor is arranged in an environment where there is a lot of dust, moisture, oil, salt, etc., but the fan motor 1 according to the present invention has an excellent dustproof structure as described above. Prevents intrusion into the interior and adheres to the bearing means 11, the permanent magnet 23, the stator 13 having a coil, the wiring board 20 and the like provided therein, rusting, poor electrical contact, and rotational resistance in the bearing means 11. It is possible to surely prevent the occurrence of problems such as an increase in the number of times, and long-term use can be realized.
[0047]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a part of the base 10. The base 15 of the base 10 is formed with a reinforcing portion 75 having a rectangular cross section extending around the entire circumference in order to reinforce the base 15 including the mounting portion 38 on the inner side of the mounting portion 38. In addition, a plurality of ribs 76 for reinforcing the base portion 15 including the mounting portion 38 are formed in the circumferential direction. The reinforcing portion 75 and each rib 76 can prevent deformation of the base portion 15 of the base 10, particularly the mounting portion 38, facilitate attachment / detachment of the cover body 8, and prevent damage to the motor body 7. The number of ribs 76 may be three, for example, and may be 1, 2 or 4 or more.
[0048]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of ribs 77 are formed on the inner side of the turntable 40 of the blade body 9 in the circumferential direction. Each rib 77 can prevent the blade body 9 from being deformed, and can prevent a reduction in blowing efficiency due to the rotation of the blade body 9. The number of each rib 77 may be three, for example, and may be 1, 2 or 4 or more.
[0049]
The above-described embodiment is merely an example of the present invention, and the configuration can be changed within the scope of the present invention. For example, instead of the compressor of the refrigerator, the fan motor 1 may be used for cooling other electric devices, a smoke absorber that sucks smoke in a smoking area or a soldering workshop, and the like. Moreover, the motor which does not have the blade | wing body 9 may be sufficient, and the rotating shaft 11 exposed to the opposite side of the base 15 of the base 10 from the cover body 8 is made into an output shaft, and the driving force obtained from this is utilized, and some kind is used. It can also be applied to motors that perform work. In this case, the effect of providing the blade body 9 cannot be obtained, but the cover body 8 can surely prevent the entry of dust and the like, and achieves a high dustproof effect. Even if the blade body 9 is not provided, only the portion corresponding to the turntable 40 of the blade body 9 may be provided, thereby achieving the same effect except for the negative pressure effect obtained by blowing air. Can do.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the bearing means for supporting the rotating shaft is provided in the support portion by the base portion, and the stator is provided by being fitted around the support portion. The rotor can be smoothly rotated and the rotating shaft can be smoothly rotated. And a blade body is provided in a rotating shaft, and it can blow by rotating a blade body.
[0051]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, dust and the like are not easily attached to the stator coil, and the permanent magnet of the rotor is provided inside the yoke. As in the case of the stator, dust is less likely to adhere. Further, the permanent magnet and the coil are provided close to each other, thereby making it difficult for the dust to enter the deeper side, and the dust or the like is more difficult to adhere to the bearing means.
