Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a ventilation member that is provided on the back of an eave such as a house and performs ventilation in a roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a ventilation member is provided on the back of an eaves of a roof of a house or the like in order to ventilate the inside of the roof. As this ventilation member, for example, there is a member made of a flat plate in which a plurality of holes are formed.
That is, by attaching the flat plate ventilation member to the back of the eaves, the interior and exterior of the roof can be communicated with each other to improve the air permeability.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the ventilation member is simply a flat plate with holes formed therein, rainwater may be blown in together with the wind during wind and rain. In this case, corrosion due to moisture occurs in the roof. There was a fear.
[0004]
This invention is made in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the member for ventilation which can ensure the favorable air permeability in a roof, without blowing rain water in a roof.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a ventilation member according to claim 1 is a ventilation member attached to the back of an eaves of a roof of a building and ventilating the inside of the roof with the outside, and has a ventilation hole in the longitudinal direction. It is composed of a plurality of ventilation sections and an opening / closing section in which an opening / closing valve is formed at a position facing the ventilation hole, and the opening / closing valve swings due to the pressure of air flowing from the ventilation hole, The flow path of the air flowing in from the ventilation hole is blocked, and the ventilation part and the opening / closing part are detachably connected.
In addition , the ventilating part is characterized by being fitted and connected to the opening / closing part via a locking part formed at an end part thereof.
[0006]
Further , it is desirable that the opening / closing part is formed by integrally forming the opening / closing valve having flexibility .
Moreover , it is desirable that the ventilation part is formed in a convex cross-sectional shape protruding downward, and the ventilation hole is formed on a side surface disposed on the building side during installation .
[0007]
[Action]
According to the ventilation member according to claim 1, when rainwater is about to blow from the ventilation hole during wind and rain, the on-off valve swings due to the wind pressure and shuts off the air flow path, so that the ventilation hole enters the attic. Insulation of rainwater is prevented. Furthermore, since the opening / closing valve provided at the position facing the ventilation hole is provided in the opening / closing part separate from the ventilation part in which the ventilation hole is formed, the ventilation hole can be formed by punching.
[0008]
According to the ventilation member of the second aspect, since the open / close valve having flexibility is integrally formed, the structure can be simplified.
According to the ventilation member described in claim 3 , the ventilation hole is difficult to see and a good appearance is secured.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the ventilation member of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the code | symbol 1 is a member for ventilation. This ventilation member 1 is formed by extruding resin, and is attached to the eaves back 3 of the roof 2 along the wall of the building. As shown in FIG. 2, the ventilation member 1 includes a ventilation part 4 and an opening / closing part 5 connected to the ventilation part 4. The ventilation portion 4 is formed with a connecting portion 7 that is fitted and connected to the edge of the eaves ceiling material 6. Moreover, this ventilation part 4 is formed in the convex shape in which the cross-sectional shape protruded below, and as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ventilation holes 8 extend in the longitudinal direction on the side surface on the building side. Is formed.
[0010]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the end portion of the ventilation portion 4 is a locking portion 11 formed in a saw-tooth shape, and the locking portion 11 is fitted to the opening / closing portion 5. The joint 12 is fitted and connected .
The opening / closing part 5 is fixed to the rafter 14 by a nail 13, for example, and an opening / closing valve 15 is provided at one end thereof. The on-off valve 15 is formed of a flexible resin, is extruded integrally with other parts, and is disposed at a position facing the ventilation hole 8 in the recess of the ventilation part 4. ing. When this on-off valve 15 is elastically deformed and swings in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 2 (the state indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 2), it comes into contact with the valve seat 16 formed in the ventilation section 4. ing.
[0011]
According to the ventilation member 1 having the above structure, for example, when rainwater is likely to be blown from the ventilation hole 8 during wind and rain, the opening / closing valve 15 is swung by the wind pressure, and the opening / closing valve 15 is moved to the valve seat of the ventilation unit 4. By abutting and closely contacting 16, the flow path from the ventilation hole 8 to the inside of the attic is blocked, and the blowing of rainwater is reliably prevented. That is, good air permeability in the attic can be ensured without allowing rainwater to enter the attic.
Furthermore, since the opening / closing part 5 having the opening / closing valve 15 provided at a position facing the ventilation hole 8 is a separate body that is detachably connected to the ventilation part 4, the ventilation hole 8 of the ventilation part 4 is formed. At this time, the on-off valve 15 does not get in the way, so that the ventilation hole 8 can be easily formed by punching, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0012]
Furthermore, since the on-off valve 15 is integrally formed by extrusion molding on the on-off portion 5, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case where a separate on-off valve 15 is attached.
Moreover, since the ventilation part 4 is formed in the convex shape which protruded below, and the ventilation hole 8 is formed in the side surface at the side of a building, it is hard to see the ventilation hole 8 from the outside, and a favorable external appearance is ensured. can do.
[0013]
In addition, in the said Example, although the fitting part 12 of the opening / closing part 5 which the latching | locking part 11 of the ventilation part 4 fits was protruded, it fits along the surface of the opening / closing part 5 as shown in FIG. The portion 12 may be formed, the end portion of the ventilation portion 4 may be bent, and the engaging portion 11 formed on the distal end side may be fitted and connected. In this case, the structure of the fitting portion 12 is It can be simplified.
In the above embodiment, the ventilation member 1 is provided on the wall side of the back of the eaves, that is, on the root side of the roof 2. However, the ventilation member 1 is disposed on the front side of the roof 2, that is, on the eaves side. In this case, the connecting portion 7 connected to the eaves ceiling material 6 is formed on the opening / closing portion 5 side.
In the above embodiment, the valve seat 16 with which the on-off valve 15 abuts is formed on the ventilation unit 4 side, but the flow path is blocked by simply abutting the on-off valve 15 against a part of the ventilation unit 4. You may make it.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the ventilation member of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the ventilation member according to claim 1, for example, when rainwater is about to blow from the ventilation hole during wind and rain, the on-off valve is swung by the wind pressure, and the on-off valve opens a flow path from the ventilation hole to the attic. It is shut off and rainwater blowing is reliably prevented. That is, it is possible to ensure good air permeability in the attic without allowing rainwater to enter the attic, thereby reliably preventing corrosion of building materials due to moisture in the attic. Furthermore, since the opening / closing part having the opening / closing valve provided at the position facing the ventilation hole is a separate body that is detachably connected to the ventilation part, the opening / closing valve is not provided when the ventilation hole of the ventilation part is formed. There is no hindrance, so that the ventilation hole can be easily formed by punching, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0015]
According to the ventilation member of the second aspect , since the on-off valve is integrally formed by extrusion molding on the on-off portion, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case where a separate on-off valve is attached. Can do.
According to the ventilation member according to claim 3 , the ventilation portion is formed in a convex shape protruding downward, and the ventilation hole is formed on the side surface arranged on the building side at the time of installation. Can be difficult to see, and a good appearance can be secured.
