Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an aerosol type sprayer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When the spray head is pushed down, the stem that stands up through the center of the top plate of the aerosol can body and fits the spray head to the upper end descends, and then the discharge valve at the lower end of the stem opens and sprays from the nozzle of the head. In addition, the aerosol type sprayer provided so that the discharge valve closes and the spraying stops when the stem and spray head rise due to the release of the press down is widely used. In order to prevent unnecessary spraying, the spray head is not pushed down unless a cap provided separately is fitted and the cap is removed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, a shoulder cover is fitted to the upper portion of the aerosol can body, and a spray head is fitted to the shoulder cover, and the spray head is removed from the stem as a liquid jet pipe during transportation and the like. When the spray head is turned and pushed down, the spray head fits into the stem and can be sprayed by continuing to push down the spray head as it is, eliminating the need for previously used caps and child mischief. In such a case, the spray head is removed from the stem by returning the spray head to the original position, and the spray head is not sprayed even if the spray head is pushed down.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means, an aerosol can that stands up by upwardly biasing a stem 4 having a discharge valve at its lower end that passes through a central portion of a top plate that has an outer peripheral portion tightened 3 to the upper end of the body portion 2 and opens by lowering. The lower end of the peripheral wall 12 that hangs down from the outer periphery of the top wall 11 is fitted to the main body 1 and the tightening 3, and the upper eccentric top wall portion between the stem and the stem rear portion is opened in a large circle 13. The shoulder cover 10 hangs down the guide tube 14 from the periphery of the opening, and has a groove 16 in the front-rear diameter portion of the top wall 11, the opening front groove portion 16a is shallow, and the opening rear groove portion 16b is deeply drilled. And a nozzle 22 projecting forward from the upper end of the top-closed sliding cylinder 21 fitted into the guide cylinder 14 is fitted into the opening front concave groove portion 16a with the nozzle lower surface in contact with the groove bottom surface. The nozzle hole 22a of the nozzle is extended rearward and vertically provided on the rear inner surface of the sliding cylinder. When the nozzle 22 is shallowly fitted into the opening rear groove portion 16a by pulling up the spray head and turning it with respect to the shoulder cover, the upper end of the cylinder hole 23a of the cylinder 23 is continuous with the spray head 20. The stem 4 is fitted into the lower part of the inner cylinder hole 23a in an airtight manner and the upper end surface of the stem is in contact with a downward stepped part 23b formed on the inner surface of the lower part of the cylinder hole. The discharge valve is formed to be openable by lowering.
[0005]
As a second means, the lower surface of the nozzle 22 is the same as that of the upper surface of the shoulder cover top wall 11 by pulling up the spray head 20 on the upper inner surface of the guide tube 14 and the lower end outer surface of the slide tube 21. Engaging means 15 and 24 are provided that engage with each other when pulled higher than the upper surface.
[0006]
[Action]
In the state shown in FIG. 1, the stem 4 is disengaged from the cylindrical hole 23 a of the inner cylinder communicating with the nozzle hole 22 a of the spray head 20, and the lower surface of the nozzle 22 of the spray head 20 is a front recessed groove portion of the shoulder cover 10. Since it is in contact with the bottom surface of the groove in 16a, the spray head 20 cannot be lowered, and the stem 4 is also covered with the shoulder cover 10 and the spray head 20, and the stem is not pushed down.
[0007]
When the spray head 20 is pulled up and rotated as shown in FIG. 4 from the state shown in FIG. 1 and the nozzle 22 is moved to the upper part of the opening rear concave groove portion 16b as shown in FIG. The upper part of the stem 4 is fitted into the lower part of the inner cylinder 23 described above. When the stem 4 is further pushed down from this state, the stem 4 is also pushed down and the discharge valve is opened, and passes through the stem, the inner cylinder 23 and the nozzle 22. The liquid in the aerosol can body is ejected and sprayed.
[0008]
By pressing and releasing, the upwardly biased stem rises and the discharge valve closes, and the spray head 20 rises together with the stem to return to the position shown in FIG. From this state, the spray head can be pulled up again and removed from the stem 4 to return to the initial position shown in FIG.
[0009]
【Example】
The aerosol sprayer of the present invention comprises an aerosol can body, a shoulder cover, and a spray head.
[0010]
The aerosol can body 1 is a conventionally known one. Therefore, a brief description will be given. A stem 4 having a top plate outer periphery wound around the upper end of the body 2 and a stem 4 having a discharge valve at the lower end passing through the center of the top plate. Erect upward and stand up. When the stem is pushed down against the bias, the discharge valve opens, the chemical solution in the can body is ejected through the stem, the stem is raised by the release of the push down, and the discharge valve is closed to close the chemical solution. The eruption stops.
[0011]
10 is a shoulder cover, and the lower end portion of the peripheral wall 12 hanging from the outer periphery of the top wall 11 is non-rotatably fitted to the above-described winding fastening 3. The top wall 11 has a large circular opening 13 by eccentrically deviating the upper top wall portion of the stem 4 described above and the arbitrarily determined stem rear portion, and the guide tube 14 is suspended from the periphery of the opening. The rear part of the guide tube 14 and the rear part of the peripheral wall 12 may be combined as in the illustrated example. The lower half of the guide cylinder 14 has a large inner diameter, and the downward stepped portion at the upper end of the large inner diameter portion is used as an engagement means 15 for preventing a spray head from being pulled out later.
[0012]
Further, a groove 16 is formed in the front-rear direction diameter portion of the top surface of the top wall 11, the front groove portion 16a of the opening 13 is shallow, and the opening groove portion 16b is deeply formed. The depth of the concave groove portion is determined according to the descending distance required by the nozzle of the spray head for spraying described later.
[0013]
The spray head 20 is fitted into the above-described opening front concave groove portion 16a from the upper end of the top-closed sliding cylinder 21 fitted in the above-described guide cylinder 14 so as to be vertically movable and rotatable, and The nozzle 22 whose bottom surface is in contact with the bottom surface of the groove protrudes, and the nozzle hole 22a of the nozzle extends rearward so as to be continuous with the upper end of the cylinder hole 23a of the inner cylinder 23 provided vertically on the rear inner surface of the sliding cylinder. The lower end of the inner cylinder 23 is provided to be equal to the lower end of the sliding cylinder 21, and the lower end of the inner cylinder hole 23a is increased in inner diameter so that the upper portion of the stem 4 can be hermetically fitted. A downward stepped portion 23b for engaging the end face is shaped. Engaging means 24 for preventing withdrawal is provided on the outer surface of the lower end of the sliding cylinder 21.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4 from the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the spray head 20 can be pulled up with respect to the shoulder cover 10 until the lower surface of the nozzle 22 comes off the opening front groove portion 16a. 15 and 24 are engaged to prevent the sliding cylinder 21 from being pulled out. From the state shown in FIG. 4, the spray head 20 is rotated until the nozzle is positioned above the opening rear groove portion 16b, and spraying is started from this position. When the head is pushed down, as shown in FIG. 5, the bottom of the nozzle fits shallowly into the rear concave groove, and the upper portion of the stem 4 fits airtightly into the lower portion of the inner cylindrical tube hole 23a. Comes into contact with the downward step portion 23b of the inner surface of the lower part of the cylindrical hole and makes it impossible to lower the spray head 20 with respect to the stem 4. When the spray head 20 is further pushed down from this state, the nozzle 22 is pushed down below the opening rear groove 16b, and the downward step 23b pushes down the stem 4 to open the discharge valve below the stem. The inner tube hole 23a and the nozzle hole 22a are provided for spraying.
The shoulder cover 10 and the spray head 20 described above may be integrally formed of a synthetic resin material.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and when the nozzle 22 of the spray head 20 is fitted into the opening front concave groove portion 16a, the lower surface of the nozzle is in contact with the bottom surface of the groove, so that the spray head 20 cannot be pushed down. Since the stem 4 is removed from the cylindrical hole 23a of the inner cylinder 23 communicating with the nozzle hole 22a, the stem also has a shoulder with a lower end of the peripheral wall fitted to the winding 3 on the outer periphery of the top plate of the aerosol can body. Since the cover 10 is covered with the spray head 20 with the sliding cylinder 21 fitted into the guide cylinder 14 suspended from the opening peripheral edge of the shoulder cover top wall, the stem is pushed by another object. In this state, it can be safely transported and the like, and in use, the spray head 20 is lifted and rotated to turn the nozzle 22 into the rear recessed groove. Portion of the inner cylinder 23 just by moving the part 16b upward and pushing it down slightly Since the upper part of the stem 4 is watertightly fitted into the part and the upper end surface of the stem is engaged with the downward step part 23b of the inner surface of the cylindrical hole 23a, the rear concave groove part 16b is deeply drilled to eject liquid from the stem. Since the spray head 20 can be pushed down to the minimum, it is easy to operate so as to enable spraying from a non-sprayable state and vice versa. Further, by performing the reverse operation after use, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent mischief of an infant or the like. The opening 13 in the top wall of the shoulder cover is formed in the upper eccentric top wall portion of the stem 4 and the rear portion of the stem, and the sliding cylinder 21 of the spray head is inserted into the guide cylinder 14 depending from the periphery of the opening. Since the nozzle hole 22a of the nozzle 22 protruding forward from the upper end of the sliding cylinder is extended rearward and communicated with the cylindrical hole 23a of the inner cylinder 23 provided vertically on the rear inner surface of the sliding cylinder, As shown in FIG. 5, the nozzle tip protrudes rearward from the shoulder cover peripheral wall 12 in the sprayable state, so that it is clear from the comparison between FIG. 1 and FIG. By looking at the protruding length of the nozzle tip, it is easy to determine whether or not the spray head has been returned to a position where the spray operation is impossible.
[0016]
In the case of claim 2, in addition to the above effects, the lower surface of the nozzle 22 is lifted from the upper surface of the shoulder cover top wall 11 by pulling up the spray head on the upper inner surface of the guide tube 14 of the shoulder cover and the outer surface of the lower end of the sliding tube 21 of the spray head. Since the engaging means 15 and 24 that engage with each other are provided, the spraying head can be prevented from being pulled out, and the spraying head can be rotated as it is in the above-mentioned engaging position, so that the sprayable position and the spraying operation can be performed. The nozzle can be easily moved to the impossible position.
