本発明は、便器本体の後方に配置された洗浄水タンクなどを収納するトイレ用収納体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、トイレ室に据え付けた便器本体の後部に、キャビネット状の収納体を設け、この中に洗浄水タンクを収納するようにしたトイレ用収納体が知られている。このトイレ収納体は、洗浄水タンクを設置するためのタンク設置スペースを形成するタンク前パネルと、このタンク前パネルの側方に立設して配置されるとともに、上記タンク設置スペースに接した収納スペースを形成するキャビネット前パネルを有するキャビネットと、を備えている。上記キャビネット前パネルは、その上記タンク前パネル側の１辺が、上記タンク前パネルの１辺にオーバーラップ可能であり、かつ上記収納スペースを変更可能に配置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、便器本体は、配管施工などのためにトイレ室内に所定の位置に設置されるが、該便器本体を排便管に直接固定する施工をするときに、便器本体の位置をトイレ室の前後へ変更し難い施工状態になっている場合がある。こうした場合において、便器本体の後方にキャビネットを設置したときに、タンク前パネルとキャビネット前パネルとの間に間隙を生じて、意匠性を損なうという問題があった。

本発明は、上記従来の技術の問題を解決するものであり、異なった長さの間口のトイレ室に簡単に設置することができるとともに、タンク前パネルとキャビネットのキャビネット前パネルとの間に隙間を生じることがなく、意匠性に優れたトイレ収納体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段およびその作用・効果】
上記課題を解決するためになされた本発明は、
便器本体の後方に設置され、洗浄水を貯留する洗浄水タンクを収納するトイレ用収納体において、
上記便器本体の後方に立設して配置され、上記洗浄水タンクを設置するためのタンク設置スペースを形成するタンク前パネルと、
このタンク前パネルの側方に立設して配置されるとともに、上記タンク設置スペースに接した収納スペースを形成するキャビネット前パネルを有し、該キャビネット前パネルの上記タンク前パネル側の１辺が、上記タンク前パネルの１辺にオーバーラップ可能であり、かつ上記収納スペースを変更可能に配置されているキャビネットと、
を備え、
上記タンク前パネルは、
便器本体に対して位置決めするための位置決め部を有する中央パネル部と、
該中央パネル部の側端部でありかつ上記キャビネット前パネルに重なり合う側縁部に形成されると共に上記キャビネット前パネル側に接触する方向へ折曲または移動可能に設けられた接触部と、
を有することを特徴とする。

第１の発明にかかるトイレ用収納体は、便器本体の後方に配置されて洗浄水タンクを収納して、該洗浄水タンクを便器本体側から隠している。すなわち、トイレ用収納体は、タンク前パネル及びキャビネットを備えている。タンク前パネルは、便器本体の後方に立設配置されて、洗浄水タンクを設置するためのタンク設置スペースを形成する。また、このタンク前パネルの側方には、キャビネット前パネルが配置される。このキャビネット前パネルは、上記タンク設置スペースに接した収納スペースを形成する。この収納スペースには、トイレットペーパなどの便器の使用に供する物が収納できる。

上記キャビネット前パネルにおけるタンク前パネル側の１辺は、タンク前パネルの１辺にオーバーラップ可能に配置されている。この構成により、キャビネット前パネルとタンク前パネルの両辺がオーバーラップする幅を変更することにより、収納スペースの大きさ及び、その間口の幅を変更することができる。したがって、間口の幅に対応してトイレ用収納体の幅を変更することができる。

また、タンク前パネルは、中央パネル部を備えており、中央パネル部に設けられた位置決め部を介して便器本体に位置決めされる。さらに、中央パネル部の両側でありかつキャビネット前パネルに重なり合う側縁部には、接触部が設けられている。この接触部は、キャビネット前パネル側に接触する方向へ折曲または移動可能であり、タンク前パネルとキャビネット前パネルとの隙間をなくすことから、意匠性を向上させることができる。

なお、本発明にかかるキャビネットは、その設置位置の許容範囲が小さい便器本体を用いる場合に特に有効であり、たとえば、上記トイレ室内に施工された排便管に直結する排出口を備えている便器本体に好適に適用できる。

また、タンク前パネルの接触部をキャビネット前パネル側へ接触させるための好適な構成として、上記接触部を上記中央パネル部より軟質のゴム材料から形成する態様をとることができ、または、上記中央パネル部の後端部に回動可能に取り付けられているヒンジを介して連結する態様をとることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以上説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明の好適な実施例について説明する。

図１は本発明の一実施の形態にかかるトイレ用収納体を設置したトイレ室内を示す斜視図、図２は図１の２−２線に沿った断面図である。図１及び図２において、洋式便器１０は、ボール部１１を有する便器本体１２上に便座１３及び便蓋１４を備えており、トイレ室内のほぼ中央に設置されている。この洋式便器１０の後部であり、つまりトイレ室内の奥側には、トイレ用収納ボックス４０が設けられている。

トイレ用収納ボックス４０は、内部に洗浄水タンク２０（図２）や配管を配置するとともにトイレットペーパなどを収納するものであり、洋式便器１０の後部に立設配置された前面パネル５０と、前面パネル５０（タンク前パネル）の左右両側に配置された右キャビネット６０Ｒ及び左キャビネット６０Ｌと、手洗カウンタ８０とを備えている。

図３は便器本体１２を示す断面図、図４は便器本体１２の平面図である。図３及び図４に示すように、便器本体１２のボール部１１には、トラップ排水管１１ａが接続されている。このトラップ排水管１１ａは、Ｓ字形の形状で垂直方向に向けた排出口１１ｂを有しており、床面ＴＦに施工された排便管３１に接続されている。トラップ排水管１１ａは、排便管３１に連結管３１ａ及びシール部材３１ｂを介して接続されている。すなわち、排便管３１の開口に、連結管３１ａを嵌合させ、さらに連結管３１ａの上部にシール部材３１ｂを載置する。このシール部材３１ｂにトラップ排水管１１ａの排出口１１ｂを嵌合することにより、トラップ排水管１１ａは、排便管３１に接続されている。

図５は洗浄水タンク２０や前面パネル５０を設置する前における便器本体１２の後部付近を示す斜視図である。便器本体１２の後部には、２点鎖線で示す洗浄水タンク２０を固定するためのタンク取付部１５が一体に形成されている。

図６は図５のタンク取付部１５の付近の拡大図である。タンク取付部１５は、その上面にタンク載置部１５ａを有する支持基部１５ｂと、この支持基部１５ｂと便器本体１２とを連結する連結部１５ｃとを備えている。上記タンク載置部１５ａは、洗浄水タンク２０を載置する部位であり、その両側にフランジ部１５ｄ，１５ｄを備えている。フランジ部１５ｄ，１５ｄには、ボルト（図示省略）により洗浄水タンク２０を固定するための取付穴１５ｅ，１５ｅが穿設されている。また、上記連結部１５ｃの両側には、挿入スペース１５ｆ，１５ｆが形成されている。この挿入スペース１５ｆ，１５ｆは、フランジ部１５ｄ，１５ｄと便器本体１２の後部との間に形成されており、上記前面パネル５０を挿入するための間隙である。また、タンク載置部１５ａ及び支持基部１５ｂには、洗浄水タンク２０の洗浄水をボール部１１（図１参照）に導くための通水孔１５ｇが形成されている。

図２に戻り、前面パネル５０は、便器本体１２の後部に設置される化粧板であり、洗浄水タンク２０を設置するためのタンク設置スペース５０Ｓを形成している。また、前面パネル５０は、硬質の樹脂（ＡＢＳ）から形成された中央パネル部５０ａと、該中央パネル部５０ａの両側に一体に形成した接触部５０ｂと、を備えている。上記中央パネル部５０ａの下部中央には、挿入用切欠き５２が形成されている。この挿入用切欠き５２は、タンク取付部１５の連結部１５ｃの上方から挿入されるように形成されており、その側縁部５２ａ，５２ａにより連結部１５ｃの両側を挟持する。また、前面パネル５０は、挿入スペース１５ｆ，１５ｆに挿入されたときに、その間隙ｗ１よりわずか薄い板厚ｔ１に形成されている。

一方、前面パネル５０の接触部５０ｂは、側縁部に沿って所定幅に形成され、側端部に向かうにしたがって厚みが薄くなる翼形状になっており、軟質のゴム（ＥＰＤＭ）などから形成されている。この接触部５０ｂは、中央パネル部５０ａの硬質材料を射出するとほぼ同時に、軟質のゴム材料を射出する射出成形法により形成することができる。この接触部５０ｂを軟質材料から形成することにより、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌの前板部６１Ｒ，６１Ｌ側へ折曲可能になっている。

なお、便器本体１２の後部には、該便器本体１２の上面より後方に向けてせり上がっている傾斜部１５ｈが形成されており、この傾斜部１５ｈは、挿入用切欠き５２の上縁部５２ｂを隠すように形成されている。

また、図１に示すように、前面パネル５０の両側には、右キャビネット６０Ｒ及び左キャビネット６０Ｌがそれぞれ配置されている。

図７は右キャビネット６０Ｒを示す斜視図、図８は図７の８−８線に沿った断面図である。右キャビネット６０Ｒは、前板部６１Ｒ（キャビネット前パネル）と、天板部６２Ｒと、側板部６３Ｒとを備え、これらにより収納スペース６０ＲＳが形成されている。また、収納スペース６０ＲＳは、タンク設置スペース５０Ｓ（図２参照）側が開放されており、上収納棚６５及び下収納棚６６を上下に配置している。

上収納棚６５は、収納スペース６５ａを有し、前面を上扉６５ｂで開閉自在になっており、その背板部６５ｃがトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａ（図８）に当たるように天板部６２Ｒの奥行きと同じ長さになっている。一方、下収納棚６６は、上収納棚６５と同様に、収納スペース６６ａを有し、前面を下扉６６ｂで開閉自在になっており、その背板部６６ｃが天板部６２Ｒの奥行きと同じ長さになっている。上記右キャビネット６０Ｒは、背板部６５ｃ，６６ｃでトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａに固定ねじ６７ａ，６７ｂでねじ止め固定されている。

一方、図９の斜視図に示すように、左キャビネット６０Ｌは、前板部６１Ｌ（キャビネット前パネル）と、天板部６２Ｌと、側板部６３Ｌとを備え、内部に収納スペース６０ＬＳ（図２参照）が形成されている。収納スペース６０ＬＳは、図２に示すトイレ洗浄具などを収納するスペースであり、前板部６１Ｌに設けた開閉扉６８を開くことにより洋式便器１０側に開放されるようになっている。上記左キャビネット６０Ｌは、天板部６２Ｌの内面とトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａとの間に介在するＬ字形取付金具６９ａと、側板部６３Ｌの内面とトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａとの間に介在するＬ字形取付金具６９ｂにより奥壁面ＴＷａにねじ止め固定されている。

また、図２の要部である図１０に示すように、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌの前板部６１Ｒ，６１Ｌは、前面パネル５０に対してオーバーラップ可能なように、つまり、その前内側縁部６１Ｒａ，６１Ｌａが、前面パネル５０の右側縁部５３ｃ及び左側縁部５３ｄにそれぞれオーバーラップするように前面パネル５０に対して奥側に配置されている。この構成において、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌは、それ自体が独立しているので、図１１に示すように、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌの設置位置を変更することにより、上記オーバーラップしている長さをＬ１からＬ２に変えることができる。

さらに、図１に戻り、前面パネル５０の上部には、手洗カウンタ８０が設置されている。手洗カウンタ８０は、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌの内側にわたって設置されている。この手洗カウンタ８０は、給水管３０（図２）に分岐接続された手洗カラン８１と、この手洗カラン８１から吐出した洗浄水を受ける手洗シンク８２とを備えている。

次に、洋式便器１０及びトイレ用収納ボックス４０をトイレ室に設置する施工作業について説明する。図１２はトイレ室の床面ＴＦを見た図であり、そのコーナーに給水管３０が施工されている。まず、床面ＴＦに型紙Ｓｈを敷設した後に、床面ＴＦの所定位置に前部固定片１８ａ及び後部固定片１８ｂを固定ビス１８ｃ及び座金１８ｄを用いてそれぞれ固定する。

続いて、図３に示す排便管３１の開口に、連結管３１ａ及びシール部材３１ｂを装着し、この状態にて、便器本体１２のトラップ排水管１１ａの排出口１１ｂをシール部材３１ｂに位置あわせして、トラップ排水管１１ａを排便管３１に接続するとともに便器本体１２を床面ＴＦに載置する。

次に、便器本体１２のタンク取付部１５に洗浄水タンク２０を取り付ける。図１３は洗浄水タンク２０を取り付ける前の状態を示す。すなわち、洗浄水タンク２０の下部のボルト２２ｄを取付穴１５ｅ，１５ｅに挿入するとともに、給水口２３を通水孔１５ｇに挿入して、洗浄水タンク２０の下面をタンク載置部１５ａに載置する。その後、三角パッキン２２ａ、座金２２ｂ及びナット２２ｃを用いてボルト２２ｄに締結する。これにより、洗浄水タンク２０がタンク取付部１５に固定される。続いて、給水管３０（図２参照）に連結管（図示省略）を介して洗浄水タンク２０内のボールタップ（図示省略）に接続する。

続いて、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌを設置する。図１４は右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌを設置する前の状態を示す斜視図である。図１４及び図８に示すように、右キャビネット６０Ｒは、天板部６２Ｒ及び側板部６３Ｒの奥側の１辺及び背板部６５ｃ，６６ｃをトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａに押しつける。この状態にて、収納スペース６５ａから、固定ねじ６７ａを取付穴６５ｄに通して背板部６５ｃを奥壁面ＴＷａに固定する。同様に、収納スペース６６ａから、固定ねじ６７ａを取付穴６６ｄに通して奥壁面ＴＷａに背板部６６ｃを固定する。これにより、右キャビネット６０Ｒがトイレ室に設置される。

一方、図１４及び図９に示すように、左キャビネット６０Ｌは、Ｌ字形取付金具６９ａの一片を天板部６２Ｌに押し当てるとともにその他片を奥壁面ＴＷａに押し当てて取付ねじ６９ｃで固定する。また、Ｌ字形取付金具６９ｂの一片を側板部６３Ｌの内面に押し当てるとともに他片を奥壁面ＴＷａに押し当てて取付ねじ６９ｄで固定する。このとき、開閉扉６８を開いてそのスペースを利用すれば、容易にねじ止め作業を行なうことができる。これにより、左キャビネット６０Ｌがトイレ室に設置される。

続いて、図１５に示すように、前面パネル５０を便器本体１２の後部に取り付けるが、その前の作業として、前面パネル５０に洗浄水タンク２０の付属部品の取り付ける。すなわち、図１６に示すように、前面パネル５０のパネル裏面５１ｂにタンク固定金具２４をビス２４ａで固定するとともに、図１７に示すように、前面パネル５０のパネル表面５１ａ側からレバーハンドル２５のスピンドル２５ａを角穴５４に挿入し、そしてレバーハンドル２５をパッキン２５ｂ及びナット２５ｃで角穴５４に固定する。

そして、この状態にて、前面パネル５０を便器本体１２の後部に取り付ける。すなわち、図５に示すように前面パネル５０を便器本体１２の後部と洗浄水タンク２０との間に差し込む。このとき、図１８に示すように、タンク固定金具２４により洗浄水タンク２０の上端部を固定する。

また、前面パネル５０の取り付けにあたっては、図５及び図１９に示すように挿入用切欠き５２をタンク取付部１５の連結部１５ｃに位置合わせし、さらに、前面パネル５０が右キャビネット６０Ｒの前板部６１Ｒ及び左キャビネット６０Ｌの前板部６１Ｌより手前であり、しかもオーバーラップするように位置合わせして、前面パネル５０を差し込む。これにより、前面パネル５０は、挿入スペース１５ｆ，１５ｆ内に挿入されるとともに、挿入用切欠き５２が連結部１５ｃを跨いで、便器本体１２の後部に取り付けられる。

このとき、前面パネル５０の接触部５０ｂは、軟質のゴム材料から形成されているので、右キャビネット６０Ｒの前板部６１Ｒ及び左キャビネット６０Ｌの前板部６１Ｌ側へ移動可能であり、それらの間隙をなすように密着する。

そして、図２０に示すように、便器本体１２の下部に固定ビス７０ａ，７０ａを用いて前部固定片１８ａ及び後部固定片１８ｂに固定することにより、便器本体１２が床面ＴＦに固定され、さらに化粧キャップ７１ａ，７１ａを被せる。

続いて、洗浄水タンク２０の付属部品、つまりレバーハンドル２５にフロート弁などを設置した後に、手洗カウンタ８０の設置及びその配管接続や、便座１３や便蓋１４などの設置などの作業を行なうことにより、洋式便器１０及びトイレ用収納ボックス４０の施工が終了する。

上記トイレ用収納ボックス４０は、便器本体１２の後部に配置されて洗浄水タンク２０を収納して、該洗浄水タンク２０を便器本体１２側から隠している。つまり、洗浄水タンク２０やその配管などがトイレ用収納ボックス４０に収納されているから優れたデザインとすることができる。しかも、右キャビネット６０Ｒの上及び下収納棚６５，６６には、トイレットペーパなどを収納できるから、トイレ室内の整理も容易である。また、左キャビネット６０Ｌには、開閉扉６８が設けられており、この開閉扉６８を開ければ、配管や水漏れなどの点検も容易である。

また、図１０及び図１１に示すように、右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌは、間口方向の設置位置を変更することができ、つまり、前面パネル５０における右側縁部５３ｃ及び左側縁部５３ｄに、前内側縁部６１Ｒａ及び前内側縁部６１Ｌａにオーバーラップさせる幅をＬ１またはＬ２へと変更することができる。

図３に示すように、上記便器本体１２は、トラップ排水管１１ａを、床面ＴＦの排便管３１に直結する床排水タイプであり、割型が少なく、生産コストを下げることができるが、排便管３１の取付位置の変更ができないために右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌをトイレ室の奥壁面に密着させて設置すると、前面パネル５０と右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌの前板部６１Ｒ，６１Ｌとの間に間隙が生じる場合がある。しかし、前面パネル５０の中央パネル部５０ａの両側に設けた接触部５０ｂは、前板部６１Ｒ，６１Ｌ側へ接触して、タンク前パネルとキャビネット前パネルとの隙間をなくすことから、意匠性を向上させることができる。

また、前面パネル５０の中央パネル部５０ａは、硬質樹脂により形成されて厚板になっているので、全てを軟質材料で形成した場合のように波打った表面にならず、意匠性に優れている。

図２１は第２の実施の形態にかかる右キャビネット１６０Ｒの付近を示す斜視図、図２２は右キャビネット１６０Ｒをトイレ室の側壁面ＴＷｂにボルトで固定設置した状態を示す断面図である。図２１及び図２２に示すように、右キャビネット１６０Ｒは、硬質の樹脂から形成された天板部１６２Ｒを備えており、この天板部１６２Ｒの後端部側、つまりトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａ側に接触部１６２Ｒａが形成されている。この接触部１６２Ｒａは、トイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａの方向へ向かって折曲可能なゴム材料から形成され、天板部１６２Ｒの後端部とトイレ室の奥壁面ＴＷａとの間隙Ｌｓを隠すように傾斜して折曲する。したがって、図２２に示すように、前面パネル（図示省略）と右キャビネット１６０Ｒの前板部１６１Ｒとを密着させるように、右キャビネット１６０Ｒをトイレ室の側壁面ＴＷｂに固定した状態で設置しても天板部１６２Ｒとトイレ室の奥壁面との間隙Ｌｓが便器側から見えないから、意匠性を損なうことがない。

図２３は第３の実施の形態にかかるトイレ用収納ボックス２４０を示す斜視図、図２４はトイレ用収納ボックス２４０の分解斜視図である。図２３及び図２４において、右及び左キャビネット２６０Ｒ，２６０Ｌの前板部２６１Ｒ，２６１Ｌの間には、該前板部２６１Ｒ，２６１Ｌにオーバーラップ可能な前面パネル２５０が設けられている。この前面パネル２５０により、洗浄水タンクを便器本体１２側から隠す。前面パネル２５０には、収納切欠部２５０ａが形成されており、この収納切欠部２５０ａに可動化粧板２５５が挿入されている。可動化粧板２５５は、前板部２５６と、前板部２５６の両側及び上部に一体に設けられた側面部２５７とを備えている。前板部２５６には、便器本体１２の連結部（図５参照）に位置決めされる挿入用切欠き２５６ａが形成されている。挿入用切欠き２５６ａを、便器本体１２の後部の連結部に位置決めすることにより、便器本体１２の後部に可動化粧板２５５が取り付けられる。

また、上記側面部２５７は、前面パネル２５０の収納切欠部２５０ａに嵌合するように設けられており、つまり収納切欠部２５０ａとの間で間隙を生じないように設けられている。すなわち、可動化粧板２５５は、前面パネル２５０の収納切欠部２５０ａに挿入されると、該収納切欠部２５０ａと側面部２５７との間で隙間をなくした状態にて、その位置を便器本体１２と一体に調節できる。したがって、前面パネル２５０と前板部２６１Ｒ，２６１Ｌとの間は、オーバーラップさせた状態で密着させることにより間隙をなくすことができ、この状態にて、前面パネル２５０と便器本体１２との間は、便器本体１２の取付位置が異なっても可動化粧板２５５の側面部２５７の前面パネル２５０からの突出長さが変わるだけで、その間隙をなくすことができる。よって、トイレ用収納ボックス２４０の周辺に間隙が生ぜず、意匠性に優れている。

なお、この発明は上記実施例に限られるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様において実施することが可能であり、例えば次のような変形も可能である。

（１） 上記実施の形態では、床排水タイプの洋式便器、つまり床に向けて開口する配水管を備えた洋式便器について説明したが、これに限らず、便器の配置のために小さな誤差しか許容できないタイプの便器であれば、いわゆる壁排水タイプの便器であっても好適に適用することができる。

（２） 第１の実施の形態では、前面パネル５０と右及び左キャビネット６０Ｒ，６０Ｌとの間隙をなくす手段として、前面パネル５０の接触部５０ｂをゴムなどで形成したが、図２５に示す手段を付加してもよい。図２５は前面パネル５０と右キャビネットの前板部６１Ｒとの接触部付近を示す斜視図である。前面パネル５０の接触部５０ｂと、右キャビネット６０Ｒの前板部６１Ｒとが接触する部分の上部には、連結金具５８で連結する。これにより一層、それらの間の隙間をなくすことができる。なお、連結金具５８の他に、両面テープで接着する手段や、接触部と前板部に、互いに係合する突起と該突起に係合する凹所とにより前面パネル５０と前板部６１Ｒとを連結する手段をとってもよい。
