Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a faucet for a washing machine that supplies water to a washing machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, water is supplied to a washing machine from a faucet attached to the upper wall surface of the washing machine. Referring briefly to FIG. 4, the faucet 31 is attached to the wall surface 35 at the upper part of the washing machine 34, and the water discharge pipe 32 at the tip protrudes greatly forward, and the hose 33 is connected to the lower end thereof. A shelf board 36 is installed in the upper horizontal direction of the faucet 31, and a dryer 37 for drying the laundry is placed on the shelf board 36.
[0003]
If the faucet protrudes greatly forward and downward as described above, the hose hangs at a position far away from the wall, leading to poor appearance and moving the laundry into and out of the laundry tub and to the dryer. In this case, there was a drawback that the water discharge pipe and the hose were in the way and the workability was deteriorated.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the workability at the time of washing by forming a washing machine faucet attached to the upper part of the washing machine compactly so as not to protrude greatly from the wall surface.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a washing machine faucet that is attached to an upper part of a washing machine installed along a wall surface and supplies water to the washing machine through a hose. A primary chamber formed in a horizontal direction and a direction perpendicular to the primary chamber. A valve hole for partitioning the formed secondary chamber is formed in the vertical portion of the partition wall, and a handle connected to the valve body for opening and closing the valve hole via a spindle is attached coaxially with the primary chamber, and a lower end of the secondary chamber A hose is connected to the part via a hose joint.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the washing machine A is installed along the wall surface C and the installation table 1 is fixed to the back surface, and the installation table 1 extends vertically from the middle part of the washing machine A. The shelf 3 is formed of a pair of legs 2, 2 and a shelf 3 formed horizontally forward from the upper ends of the legs 2, 2. A space is provided between the top and bottom of the washing machine A so as not to hinder the use.
[0007]
The washing machine faucet 4 attached to the narrow space between the washing machine A and the drying machine B has a substantially T-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 3 and forms a horizontally long primary chamber 5 in the horizontal direction. 5 is bent in a downward perpendicular direction to form a vertically long secondary chamber 6, and the primary chamber 5 and the secondary chamber are formed by a valve hole 8 formed in a vertical portion 7 a of a partition wall 7 partitioning both the chambers 5, 6. The chamber 6 communicates, and a handle 11 is connected to the valve body 9 that opens and closes the valve hole 8 via a spindle 10 coaxially with the primary chamber 5 and forward. Accordingly, when the handle 11 is rotated clockwise, the spindle 10 moves while rotating to the right, the valve body 9 closes the valve hole 8 and the supply of water is stopped, and conversely, the handle 11 is rotated counterclockwise. Then, the spindle 10 moves leftward, the valve body 9 is pushed leftward by the water pressure in the primary chamber 5, the valve hole 8 is opened, and the supply of water is started.
[0008]
A hose 13 for supplying water to the inside of the washing machine A is connected to the lower portion of the secondary chamber 6 by a hose joint 12. When the hose joint 12 is inserted into the small-diameter portion 15 formed at the lower portion of the intermediate cylinder 14 connected to the faucet 4 for a washing machine, the insertion cylinder 17 combined with the hose 13 is inserted into the side wall of the intermediate cylinder 14. Since the sleeve 20 that is held across both the concave groove 16 formed in the above and the ball groove 18 of the insertion cylinder 17 and is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the insertion cylinder 17 restricts the movement of the ball 19, the insertion is performed. The coupling state of the cylinder 17 and the intermediate cylinder 14 is maintained, and in order to remove the insertion cylinder 17 from the intermediate cylinder 14, the ball 19 is pulled out by pulling out the insertion cylinder 17 with the sleeve 20 pushed down against the spring 21. Since the intermediate cylinder 14 is separated from the recessed groove 16, the insertion cylinder 17 can be detached from the intermediate cylinder 14.
[0009]
As described above, the faucet 4 for a washing machine according to the present invention forms the secondary chamber 6 in a direction perpendicular to the primary chamber 5 formed in the horizontal direction, that is, downward, so that the vertical and depth dimensions of the faucet 4 for the washing machine can be adjusted. Since it can be made compact and there are fewer forward projections from the wall surface C, the hose 13 coupled to the lower part of the secondary chamber 6 hangs down in the vicinity of the wall surface C, and becomes an obstacle when washing. There is no.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following advantages.
(1) The washing machine faucet of the present invention has a small amount of forward and vertical protrusion from the wall surface, is formed compactly, and the hose for supplying water to the washing machine hangs down in a state close to the wall surface, Work can be performed safely without being an obstacle when the laundry is put in and out of the washing machine or moved to the dryer.
(2) Since it is more compact than a conventional faucet for a washing machine, the upper part of the washing machine is clean and looks good, and does not get in the way when installing a dryer.
