BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnet unit capable of eliminating waste of electric energy consumption for holding a movable iron core at a moving position and greatly reducing the heat generation of a coil, and an electromagnetic valve using the electromagnet unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an electromagnet unit used in a conventional solenoid valve or the like, the movable iron core is urged and arranged on the rear end side by a spring, and the movable iron core is attracted against the urging force by the electromagnet arranged on the front end side. To move it.
[0003]
That is, this electromagnet unit opens the valve etc. via an operating shaft extending from the movable iron core by energizing the electromagnet and moving the movable iron core, while de-energizing the electromagnet by de-energizing the movable iron core. Is returned to its original position by the biasing force of the spring, so that the valve is closed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional electromagnet unit, in order to keep the valve open state, it is necessary to hold the movable iron core against the spring even after the valve opening operation is finished. In order to excite the electromagnet, the energization must be continued.
That is, in the conventional electromagnet unit, since the current continues to flow through the coil even after the operation is finished and the work is completed, not only is electric energy consumed wastefully, but the temperature of the electromagnet is increased by this energy, There was a problem of adversely affecting the coil and surrounding parts.
[0005]
In view of the problems of the electromagnet unit used in the above-described conventional electromagnetic valve, the present invention eliminates the waste of electric energy consumption for holding the movable iron core at the moving position and significantly reduces the heat generation of the coil. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electromagnet unit that can perform the above and an electromagnetic valve using the electromagnet unit.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an electromagnet unit according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a movable iron core movably disposed at a front end side and a rear end side, and a coil that winds the movable iron core and energizes the movable iron core by energization. And a pair of permanent magnets arranged on the front end side and the rear end side of the movable iron core and having the same polarity as the attracting surface opposite to the movable iron core , a power storage member when the coil is energized An electric control circuit for charging current to the coil in a reverse direction at the time of cutting off the energization to the coil, and storing the electric power of the power storage member for delaying the energization from the power storage member to the coil A delay circuit including an electronic CR timer operated by energy is provided .
[0007]
In this electromagnet unit, when the coil is energized and the movable iron core is excited and moved to the attracting permanent magnet side, the movable iron core is attracted to the permanent magnet and is held in that position even if the coil current is cut off. Therefore, it is not necessary to energize to hold the movable iron core as in the prior art, thereby eliminating the waste of electric energy consumption and saving power, and greatly reducing the heat generation of the coil due to this energy consumption, The life of the coil and surrounding parts can be improved.
When returning the movable iron core, by energizing the coil in the opposite direction, the movable iron core can be moved and attracted to the permanent magnet on the opposite side and held in that position.
[0008]
The electromagnet unit according to the second aspect of the invention includes a movable iron core movably disposed at the front end side and the rear end side, a coil wound around the movable iron core and energizing the movable iron core by energization, In an electromagnet unit having a permanent magnet disposed on either the front end side or the rear end side and a spring that biases the movable iron core to the opposite side of the permanent magnet , the power storage member is charged when the coil is energized. In addition, an electrical control circuit is provided for flowing current from the power storage member in the reverse direction to the coil when the power supply to the coil is interrupted, and the electrical control circuit uses the stored energy of the power storage member to delay the power supply from the power storage member to the coil. A delay circuit including an electronic CR timer that operates is provided .
[0009]
In this electromagnet unit, when the coil is energized and the movable iron core is excited and moved to the permanent magnet side, the movable iron core is attracted to the permanent magnet against the spring and is held in that position even if the coil current is cut off. Therefore, it is not necessary to energize to hold the movable iron core as in the prior art, thereby eliminating the waste of electric energy consumption and saving power, and significantly reducing the heat generation of the coil due to this energy consumption. In addition, the life of the coil and surrounding parts can be improved.
When returning the movable iron core, the coil can be repelled from the permanent magnet by energizing the coil in the opposite direction, and moved to the opposite side by the biasing force of the spring and held in that position.
[0010]
An electric control circuit is provided that charges the power storage member when the coil is energized and flows current from the power storage member to the coil in the reverse direction when the coil is de-energized. The electric control circuit energizes the power from the power storage member to the coil. By providing a delay circuit consisting of an electronic CR timer that operates with the energy stored in the power storage member for delaying the current, a reverse current from the power storage member is applied to the coil when the energization is stopped after moving the movable core. The flow and the movable iron core can be automatically restored, and the time until the movable iron core is restored can be adjusted easily and at low cost.
[0011]
And these electromagnet units can be used as a valve drive mechanism of an electromagnetic valve, and each have the above-mentioned action.
[0012]

[0037]
In addition, the structure of the solenoid valve of the present invention can be adopted in addition to the vacuum breaker valve, and for example, it is effective to be configured as a holding solenoid valve (double solenoid valve).
Conventional holding type solenoid valves generally have two sets of pilot valves, and some of these two sets of pilot valves are arranged together on one side of the solenoid valve body. Since two pilot valves are required, two sets of electromagnets are also required.
By applying the configuration of the electromagnet unit of the present invention, the same function can be achieved by a pair of electromagnets and a pilot valve, and a small and lightweight holding type solenoid valve can be provided with a simple mechanism. It will be a thing.
[0038]
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the electromagnet unit of the present invention. In this case, the same members as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
In this electromagnet unit, one of the two electromagnets of the electromagnet unit of the first embodiment is substituted by a spring that biases the movable iron core to the side opposite to the permanent magnet.

[0040]
As mentioned above, although the electromagnet unit of this invention and the solenoid valve using this electromagnet unit were demonstrated based on the Example, this invention is not limited to the structure described in the said Example, For example, an electromagnet is used. As the means for supplying electricity, in addition to a capacitor, other arbitrary power supply means such as a control circuit can be used, and the configuration can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the means.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the electromagnet unit of the first invention, when the coil is energized and the movable iron core is excited and moved toward the attracting permanent magnet, the movable iron core is attracted to the permanent magnet and the coil current is cut off. Since it is held in that position, it is not necessary to energize to hold the movable iron core as in the prior art. This eliminates waste of electric energy consumption and saves power, and the coil generates heat due to this energy consumption. The life of coils and peripheral parts can be improved significantly, and an electromagnet unit with low manufacturing cost and low maintenance cost can be obtained.
[0042]
Further, according to the electromagnet unit of the second invention, by energizing the coil, is moved to the permanent magnet side by exciting the movable iron core is attracted to the permanent magnet movable iron core against the spring, the current of the coil Since it is held in that position even if it is shut off, it is not necessary to energize to hold the movable iron core as in the past, thereby eliminating power consumption and reducing power consumption. It is possible to greatly reduce the heat generation of the coil due to, and improve the life of the coil and surrounding parts.
When returning the movable iron core, the coil can be repelled from the permanent magnet by energizing the coil in the opposite direction, and can be moved to the opposite side by the biasing force of the spring and held in that position.
[0043]
The electromagnet unit of both invention is to charge the storage member when energization of the coil, an electrical control circuit for supplying a current from said power storage member when energized interruption of the coil in the opposite direction to the coil is provided, the electrical control circuit By providing a delay circuit consisting of an electronic CR timer that operates with the energy stored in the electricity storage member for delaying energization from the electricity storage member to the coil, when the energization is stopped after the movable iron core is moved, A reverse current flows through the coil and the movable iron core can be automatically restored, and the time until the movable iron core is restored can be adjusted easily and at low cost.
[0044]
Moreover, the electromagnet unit of both inventions can be used as a drive mechanism of a valve of an electromagnetic valve, and an electromagnetic valve that exhibits the operational effects of the electromagnet unit can be obtained.
