Description
【0001】

【Example】
Examples of the present invention will be described below.
[0019]
(Example)
A front plate having a large number of apertures was made from an aluminum alloy plate, and a silicone-based paint was applied to the front plate by dipping, followed by heating and curing in an atmosphere of 100 ° C. for 1 hour to form an undercoat layer made of a silicone-based paint. . Next, a coating composition containing titanium dioxide containing silicone as a binder was applied on the undercoat layer by dipping and heat-cured in an atmosphere at 100 ° C. for 1 hour to form a coating containing titanium dioxide as a photocatalyst. . Further, this film was irradiated with ultraviolet light using a black light at an illuminance of 1.0 mW / cm 2 for 10 hours to activate the titanium dioxide to make the surface hydrophilic, as an example used in the present invention. A face plate was created.
[0020]
(Comparative example)
Using the front plate made of an aluminum alloy plate as it is, a front plate as a comparative example in which a film containing titanium dioxide as a photocatalyst was not formed was created. Used and irradiated with ultraviolet light.
