m・(dx/dt)+k・x+c・(dx/dt)+f = fem・・・(1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an electromagnetically driven valve, and more particularly to a control device for an electromagnetically driven valve that opens and closes a valve body using an electromagnetic force and a spring force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-67005, an electromagnetically driven valve that opens and closes a valve body that functions as an intake valve or an exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine is known. This electromagnetically driven valve is composed of an armature interlocking with the valve body, a pair of springs for urging the armature, a valve opening electromagnet and a valve closing mechanism for applying an electromagnetic force in the valve opening direction and the valve closing direction to the armature, respectively. And an electromagnet. Therefore, according to the conventional electromagnetically driven valve, the valve body can be reciprocated between the fully closed position and the fully open position by energizing each electromagnet alternately. Hereinafter, the valve body and the part interlocked with the valve body are referred to as a movable portion.
[0003]
In the conventional electromagnetically driven valve, as a method of displacing the valve body stopped at the neutral position to the fully closed position or the fully opened position, both the valve opening electromagnet and the valve closing electromagnet are alternately energized at an appropriate cycle. I am going to do that. When the electromagnet is energized in this way, the natural vibration determined from the mass of the movable part and the spring constant of the spring is excited, and the valve element gradually increases in the vibration amplitude and is in the fully closed position or the fully open position. Can be displaced until it reaches. Therefore, according to the conventional electromagnetically driven valve, the valve element stopped at the neutral position can be displaced to the fully closed position or the fully open position with relatively little power consumption. Hereinafter, the control for displacing the valve body stopped at the neutral position to the fully closed position or the fully opened position is referred to as initial drive.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When starting the electromagnetically driven valve, the natural vibration characteristic of the spring-mass system may be changed due to the deterioration of the spring or the increase in the mass of the movable part due to the deposit attached to the valve body. In addition, friction may occur in the movable part due to the viscous resistance of the lubricating oil supplied between the valve shaft and the valve guide and between the armature shaft and the bearing, and the external force acting on the movable part may change. . In such a case, the vibration characteristics of the movable part change according to those changes. Under such circumstances, if the electromagnet is energized at a preset cycle, the energization is not performed according to the cycle according to the actual vibration characteristics of the movable part, so that the vibration amplitude of the valve body is not rapidly amplified. Things happen. In this case, the initial drive of the electromagnetically driven valve is not efficiently performed, and the startability of the electromagnetically driven valve is degraded.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and by correcting the energization period in the initial drive according to the vibration characteristics of the movable part, the valve body can be driven efficiently in the initial drive. An object is to provide an electromagnetically driven valve.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an armature interlocked with the valve body and an electromagnet that applies an electromagnetic force to the armature when energized are provided, and the electromagnetic force and the spring force cooperate with each other. In a control device for an electromagnetically driven valve that opens and closes the valve body,
Predetermined on the electromagnet Energizing An initial drive means for displacing the valve body to a displacement end by energizing in a cycle and exciting the natural vibration of the spring-mass system;
Vibration characteristic detecting means for detecting a parameter corresponding to the vibration characteristic of the armature;
Above Detected by the vibration characteristic detecting means According to parameters To match the vibration period The predetermined Energizing Correction means for correcting the period;
This is achieved by a control device for an electromagnetically driven valve.
[0007]
In the present invention, the valve element is driven to a predetermined displacement end by exciting the natural vibration of the spring-mass system by energizing the electromagnet with a predetermined period. Further, a parameter corresponding to the vibration characteristic of the armature is detected. If the electromagnet is not energized according to the period according to the actual vibration characteristics of the armature, the natural vibration is not excited efficiently, and the vibration amplitude of the valve body cannot be increased quickly. In the present invention, in such a case, the energization cycle of the electromagnet is corrected to a cycle according to the actual vibration characteristics of the armature. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly increase the vibration amplitude of the valve body in the initial drive.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an armature interlocking with a valve body, and first and second electromagnets that apply electromagnetic force in a valve opening direction and a valve closing direction to the armature when energized, respectively. In an electromagnetically driven valve control device that opens and closes the valve body by cooperating electromagnetic force and spring force,
Initial drive means for displacing the valve body to a displacement end by energizing the first and second electromagnets alternately in a predetermined cycle to excite the natural vibration of the spring-mass system;
A first parameter according to the vibration characteristic of the armature when the valve body is displaced in the valve opening direction, and a second parameter according to the vibration characteristic of the armature when the valve body is displaced in the valve closing direction Vibration characteristic detecting means for detecting each parameter;
Above Detected by the vibration characteristic detecting means According to the first parameter and the second parameter To match the vibration period , To the first and second electromagnets by the initial drive means Energization cycle Correction means for correcting each,
This is achieved by a control device for an electromagnetically driven valve.
[0009]
In the present invention, the valve element is driven to a predetermined displacement end by exciting the natural vibration of the spring-mass system by alternately energizing the first and second electromagnets in a predetermined cycle. The vibration characteristics of the armature may differ between when the valve element is opened and when it is closed. In the present invention, the first parameter according to the vibration characteristic of the armature when the valve body is displaced in the valve opening direction, and the second parameter according to the vibration characteristic of the armature when the valve body is displaced in the valve closing direction Each parameter is detected. When the first and second electromagnets are not energized according to the time according to the vibration characteristics when the valve body is opened and the time according to the vibration characteristics when the valve body is closed, And the energization time length per cycle to the second electromagnet is corrected according to those times. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly increase the vibration amplitude of the valve body in the initial drive.
[0010]
Further, the above object is as described in
The parameter corresponding to the vibration characteristic may be a vibration period of the armature.

By the way, in the second embodiment described above, the pulse widths of the command currents to the upper coil 38 and the lower coil 42 are required for the movable part to displace from the peak on the valve opening side to the peak on the valve closing side, respectively. The time T2 and the time T3 required for the movable portion to move from the peak on the valve closing side to the peak on the valve opening side of the vibration amplitude are changed to an average value of the times T2 and T3. (T2 + T3) / 2 may be calculated and the pulse widths of the command current to the upper coil 38 and the command current to the lower coil 42 may be changed to their average values.
[0056]
In the first and second embodiments, the vibration period of the movable part is used as a value representing the vibration characteristic of the movable part. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the vibration amplitude of the movable part. The increase rate of the peak value may be used as a value representing the vibration characteristics of the movable part.
FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining a change in the peak value P of the vibration amplitude used as a value representing the vibration characteristics of the movable part. The rate of increase of the peak value P of the vibration amplitude of the movable part ((P4−P2) / P2 and (P3−P1) / P1 in FIG. 8) varies depending on the vibration characteristics. That is, compared to the case where the command current is supplied to the upper coil 38 and the lower coil 42 at a cycle corresponding to the vibration characteristic of the movable part (shown by the solid line in FIG. 8), the supply of the command current is the same as the vibration characteristic of the movable part. When the cycle is not performed in accordance with the period (shown by a broken line in FIG. 8), the increase rate of the peak value described above is a small value. Therefore, the rate of increase in the peak value of the vibration amplitude of the movable part may be used as a value representing the vibration characteristic of the movable part, and the period of the command current may be corrected according to this value.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first to third aspects of the present invention, the vibration amplitude of the valve body is quickly increased during the initial drive by correcting the energization period in the initial drive according to the vibration characteristics of the movable part. be able to.
