本発明はのこ刃側面に対してベースを傾斜させて切断する、いわゆる傾斜切りが可能な携帯用集塵丸のこに関するものである。

携帯用集塵丸のこは、切断時に発生する切粉が飛散しないようにするためにソーカバーによりベース上方ののこ刃のほぼ全体を覆うようにしている。

しかしながら、このような構成の携帯用集塵丸のこでは、ソーカバーの下端がベース上面と当接あるいは近接している構成のために、のこ刃に対してベースを傾斜させることができず、傾斜切りができないものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したような携帯用集塵丸のこは、図に示すようにベース6を傾斜させることができるようにするためにソーカバー4の下端がベース6上面から離れた個所に位置するよう構成されている。このため、通常の切断時すなわちベース6を傾斜させない状態での切断時にはソーカバー4の下端とベース6上面との間に隙間が生じ、この隙間から切粉が飛散してしまい、集塵率が悪いという欠点があった。

なお、図に示す携帯用集塵丸のこは一点鎖線で示したようにベース6を約45°傾斜させることができるようにした構成であるが、ベース6を更に傾斜させることができる構成とした場合には、ソーカバー4下端とベース6上面との間に生じる隙間が大きくなり、集塵率が著しく低下してしまうものである。

本発明の目的は、上記欠点を解消し、集塵率の良い傾斜切り可能な携帯用集塵丸のこを提供することである。
