Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an extrusion manufacturing method for a hollow metal tube, and more particularly to an extrusion manufacturing method for preventing uneven thickness of the hollow metal tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of producing a metal tube using an extrusion machine, generally, a reciprocating press apparatus is used. In the return type press apparatus, the stem and the mandrel can be driven independently, and the extrusion of the metal tube is performed by a so-called mandrel method.
[0003]
In the mandrel system, the mandrel is moved forward together with the stem during extrusion, and the mandrel (floating) system in which the mandrel moves relative to the die, and only the stem is advanced while the mandrel is stopped. There is a fixed mandrel (fixed) system in which the relative position does not change.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 11, the mandrel method (moving mandrel method) extrudes a metal tube. First, a

Here, as a method for eliminating the misalignment between the guide hole of the billet and the mandrel, the cross-sectional shape of the mandrel is made similar to the hollow part of the deformed hollow shape material which is the target product, and the mandrel At the tip, a nose with a cross-sectional shape similar to the hollow part of the irregular hollow shape material, with a cross-sectional dimension larger than that of the mandrel and smaller than the die hole, was attached detachably and with rotation stopped. Subsequently, there is a hot extrusion method for a deformed hollow profile in which the mandrel is protruded from the die hole through the billet guide hole, the nose is removed from the mandrel, and the metal billet is extruded from the die hole (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-32031). Issue gazette).
[0014]
However, even in this extrusion method, the mandrel tip is free in the billet guide hole, so the mandrel bends due to the flow of the metal billet due to extrusion, and the mandrel tip shaft core and die core. May be inconsistent.
[0015]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide an extrusion manufacturing method of a metal tube in which there is no mismatch between the mandrel shaft core and the die core and the uneven thickness is small over the entire length of the tube.
