Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking device that prevents the door from rattling when the foldable door is closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Although the thing of the type which attached the folding door to the window and the frontage and was opened and closed is often used, FIG. 3 has shown the front view of the folding door. The foldable door is composed of two panels 1a and 1b. The foldable door is mounted on the frame 2 in pairs on the left and right sides. The frame body 2 is composed of an upper frame 3, a lower frame 4, and
[0003]
If the two panels 1a and 1b are folded so as to overlap each other, the foldable door extending out of the frame body 2 in the form of a V-shape and conversely extending out of the V-shape is extended to extend the frame. It fits into the body 2 and the windows and frontage are closed. FIG. 4 shows a longitudinal section of the upper frame portion at the joint portion of both panels 1a and 1b when the folding door is extended and the window is closed. The upper frame 3 shown in the figure is composed of a combination of an upper frame

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the conventional folding door locking device has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and the lock rod protruding from the foldable door is engaged with the upper frame so that the foldable door can be stably closed without rattling. A locking device for a folding door is provided.
[0009]
[Means for solving the problems]
The folding door locking device according to the present invention is configured so that the upper frame, that is, the folding door locking device mounted thereto can be locked even if the guide groove width of the upper frame changes. Therefore, a slit groove can be formed at the upper end of the lock rod in the same direction as the upper frame, and a guide piece formed on the upper frame can be inserted into the slit groove. That is, one wall surface constituting the guide groove is extended downward to form a guide piece, and a slit groove formed on the upper end of the rod rod protruding upward is fitted into and engaged with the guide piece.
[0010]
Therefore, as long as the position of the slit groove of the lock bar and the position of the guide piece of the upper frame are fixed, the lock bar is positioned by meshing with each other, and even if the width of the guide groove changes, the lock function is not affected at all. Even when the position of the guide piece changes, the folding door fits into the position of the guide piece and the lock rod engages. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a folding door locking device according to the present invention. The upper frame 3 shown in the figure is composed of an upper frame
[0012]
The combined upper frame 3 is provided with traveling surfaces 17a and 17b, and the folding door can be opened and closed by traveling with the rollers of the suspension wheel on the traveling surfaces 17a and 17b. One traveling surface 17a is a flat surface, while the other traveling surface 17b is concave so that the roller of the suspension vehicle cannot be removed from the traveling surface 17b.

[0017]
In FIG. 1, the airtight material that contacts the front of the upper end of the folding door is not provided, but it is free to attach the airtight material, and the folding door can be provided with a pin facing the lock rod. . As described above, the folding door lock device according to the present invention has one wall surface constituting the guide groove of the upper frame extending downward to form a guide piece, and a slit groove is formed on the protruding lock bar to form the guide piece. The guide piece is inserted, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the folding door locking device according to the present invention, a guide piece is provided on the upper frame, and a slit groove is formed at the upper end of the lock rod. Therefore, if the lock bar protrudes, the guide piece fits into the slit groove, the lock bar is positioned, and the foldable door is locked without rattling.
[0019]
Since the slit groove has a larger width at the upper end of the inlet, even if the position of the guide piece is slightly misaligned, the slit groove of the protruding lock rod is guided by the guide piece and meshed, and is affected by the width of the guide groove. The folding door is locked without any trouble. The foldable door locked in place with a lock rod engaged with and fixed to the guide piece does not leave a gap between the seal member and the airtightness is improved.
