【0001】

When the output of the DC power supply unit 37 reaches 5V, the gas sensor heater 27b is stable at 125Ω. For this reason, continuous energization is not necessary for the gas sensor heater 27b, and the energization control to the gas sensor heater 27b may be performed by the heater

[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the first means of the present invention, when the power is turned on, the impedance of the control circuit system is equal to the cold impedance of the gas sensor heater, and the output of the DC power supply section is directed toward 5V. Although the current rises, all the current from the DC power source flows to the gas sensor heater and is exclusively used for heating the heater. Since the current is mainly supplied to the gas sensor heater, a normal operating voltage cannot be supplied to each part, and only the heater is heated. When the output of the DC power supply unit becomes 5V, the gas sensor heater is stable, so continuous energization is not necessary for the gas sensor heater, and the heater energization signal generator controls energization with a duty of 75% or less. If done, there will be no burden on the DC power supply.
[0054]
That is, a small-capacity type product can be used for the transformer of the DC power supply unit, and a system having a DC power supply unit that is small and low in cost can be obtained.
[0055]
Further, according to the second means of the present invention, in steady operation, the gas sensor heater is driven at the cycle and ratio set by the heater energization cycle generator and the heater energization ratio generator, so that power saving and microcomputer processing speed are reduced. Can be improved. Furthermore, since the operating voltage is 3.5 V, which is lower than the reset voltage (4 V), the rise of the DC power supply can be made faster than in the first embodiment.
[0056]
Further, according to the third means of the present invention, since the energization ratio to the heater is changed by increasing / decreasing the ambient temperature of the gas sensor unit, the temperature of the gas sensor unit, particularly the gas sensor detection element, can be controlled to be constant. The performance of the gas sensor detection element does not become unstable at low temperatures.
[0057]
Next, according to the fourth means of the present invention, energization to the gas sensor heater is stopped when the time set by the operation time setting unit has elapsed, and the power consumption when the fan motor is not operated can be further reduced.
[0058]
According to the fifth means of the present invention, when the energization of the gas sensor heater is stopped after the upper limit time set by the OFF time setting unit, the gas sensor heater is turned off by an instruction from the data output instruction unit. Since the data is output from the memory unit that stores the cumulative operation time of the fan motor to the nonvolatile external memory unit, the microcomputer uses the external memory unit as the initial value of the cumulative operation time of the fan motor after reset release. Just read the data from.
