[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a gas laser apparatus that injects laser gas until the gas pressure inside a gas circulation system reaches atmospheric pressure when the apparatus is stopped.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the gas laser apparatus, since the inside of the gas circulation system is operated with a gas pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (atmospheric pressure), moisture and dust are likely to enter due to the pressure difference with the outside. For this reason, when the gas laser device is not used for a long period of time, the gas pressure inside the gas circulation system is made equal to the external atmospheric pressure (atmospheric pressure) to prevent moisture and dust from entering. Conventionally, there has been an apparatus configured as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.

However, in the case of the method of FIG. 1, if a large amount of air is suddenly introduced, there is a possibility that moisture cannot be removed sufficiently or that the on-off valve is forgotten to be closed manually. In addition, when the desiccant is deteriorated and the moisture absorption capacity is reduced, it is necessary to replace the desiccant, and there is a problem that costs and labor for that purpose are also required. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and its object is to allow laser gas to be injected into the gas circulation system in a short time regardless of the laser gas supply capability from the outside, and to be supplied from outside during laser gas injection. It is to provide a gas laser device that detects when a gas pressure of a laser gas is lowered due to an abnormality of a laser gas supply source or a supply path, stops the injection of the laser gas, and warns the occurrence of the abnormality.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gas laser apparatus that performs laser oscillation while circulating laser gas, an electromagnetic valve that injects laser gas into a gas circulation system including a discharge tube and a circulation path, and a gas inside the gas circulation system. The first pressure switch that operates when the pressure becomes atmospheric pressure, the second pressure switch that detects the pressure of the laser gas supply side piping, and the gas is circulated by opening the solenoid valve for a certain period of time when the apparatus is stopped. When the second pressure switch detects that the pressure of the gas supply side pipe has become a predetermined value or more within a predetermined time when the solenoid valve is closed due to the end of the time limit circuit and the time limit circuit to be injected into the system When the timed circuit is started again and does not reach the predetermined value after a certain time, it is determined that there is an abnormality and the operation of the timed circuit is stopped when the first pressure switch is operated. In which it proposed a gas laser apparatus having a sequence control circuit.
