従来、用いられていたこの種の鉛直検出器としては、例えば、図のように地中に形成された孔1の底部にコンクリート2を介して柱3を植立させ、図示しない下げ振り子を用いて柱3の鉛直度を検出していた。
また、図の場合、柱3の側部に取付けた1対の取付部4、5に長手形状の検出器6を取付け、この検出器6のケース7内には水8を介してワイヤ9に接続されたフロート10が設けられている。
従って、図の場合には下げ振り子の位置を目で確認し、図の場合にはフロート10を目で確認することによって柱3の鉛直状態を検出するようにしていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による鉛直検出器は、垂直に植立する柱の側部の取付部に取付けるためのケースと、前記ケースの上端に設けられた自在軸受と、前記自在軸受上に設けられた傾斜計と、前記自在軸受に接続され前記ケース内に位置する長手形状のロッドと、を備え、前記柱の鉛直状態を前記傾斜計で検出するようにした鉛直検出器において、前記ロッドの下端はワイヤ及びスプリングを介して前記ケースの下端に接続されていると共に、前記傾斜計の側部にバランスウェイトが設けられている構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明による鉛直検出器の好適な実施の形態について述べる。
なお、従来例と同一又は同等部分については同一符号を付して説明する。
図1は図と同様に地中に形成された孔等の中に垂直に配設された柱3を示すものであり、この柱3の側部には鉛直検出器6が1対の取付部4、5に着脱自在に設けられている。
この鉛直検出器6は図2の第1形態の場合、筒状のケース7の上端7aには周知の球面軸受からなる自在軸受8が設けられており、この自在軸受8の作動体には、周知の傾斜計9が上部に、長手形状のロッド10が下部に、各々設けられ、このロッド10はケース7の空隙7b内で垂下し、このロッド10の下端10aとケース7の下端7cとはワイヤ11とスプリング12とによって接続されている。そのため、ロッド10がスプリング12のばね作用によって下方へ強制的に付勢され、その結果、傾斜計9の取付面9bは軸線9aに対して直交するように構成されている。
