Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a core material structure in a doll whose head is detachable.
In this specification, the dolls refer to all dolls collectively called dolls including both female and male chicks. In addition, the term “nail” is not limited to a general nail in the present specification, but includes any nail-shaped sharp fasteners that perform the same function as a nail for fixing a costume to a core in this kind of doll. It shall be.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The dolls are roughly classified into a type in which the head is integrated with a core material (also referred to as a trunk) and a type in which the head is detachable from the core material.
[0003]
The type in which the head is detachable from the core is because only the head is produced separately and for storage purposes, and is often used for high-quality dolls.
Conventionally, the core material of this kind of doll has been a material in which a large number of cocoons are gathered together in the length direction and hardened into a rod shape. In this way, since the core material is configured with the scissors, the insertion scissors provided on the lower surface of the head can be freely attached and detached by selecting an arbitrary location on the top surface of the core material. It was made. Further, even in the arm portion, it was detachable behind the head connection position on the top surface of the core material.
And in such a high-class doll, the costume covering the core material is fixed to the core material with nails or the like.
In other words, when the costume is attached to the core with glue or adhesive, the glue or adhesive may stick out over time or stain the costume. As described above, a structure in which the costume is nailed to the core material (which means that the costume is fixed using a sharp stopper such as a nail, which is the same in this specification) has been adopted. According to the prior art, even when a garment is worn on the core material, nailing can be performed because the core material is composed only of the heel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such conventional techniques have the following problems to be solved.
(1) As a material problem, insects and moths are likely to be generated in the cocoon, and there are problems in hygiene and management.
(2) The cocoons used for this type of core material are specially ordered and harvested and stored for the core material. Due to the fact that it is decreasing year by year, it is difficult to produce this type of core material. For these reasons, there is a risk that the selling price will rise.
(3) Since the ridges are simply gathered together and hardened, when inserting the insertion ridge on the top of the head at an arbitrary position on the top surface, the ridge on the top surface was forcibly expanded or crushed and inserted. . Therefore, every time the head is attached / detached, the wrinkles at the insertion portion are damaged, and handling and storage are difficult. In addition, a damaged heel may fall and stain the periphery, or the dropped heel may adhere to a costume or the like. In addition, the same inconvenience occurred when inserting the insertion rod of the arm portion.
(4) A conventional core material is formed by separately forming a cylindrical upper body portion made of smoke as described above, and a knee portion and a waist portion formed by molding wood wool together or molded from foam plastic. After that, both were fixed and integrated. Therefore, since the molding process is separate, and further, the alignment and fixing process of both are added thereafter, it takes time and production efficiency is poor, and there are still problems in mass production. As a result, there is a risk that the selling price will rise together with problems in materials.
[0005]
Therefore, an alternative to such a core material has been desired.
(1) For example, the core material may be made of wood. According to this, the problem in the smoked core material is solved.
However, when a wooden core is used, it is difficult for the nail to pierce the core when the costume is worn, and the costume mounting operation is difficult and requires a lot of labor.
Moreover, a hole for inserting the insertion rod of the head had to be separately drilled at a predetermined position on the top surface of the wooden core. However, since the hole is provided in the columnar wood and lacks elasticity, the insertion rod cannot be inserted unless the diameter is larger than that of the head insertion rod. This caused the plug to be inserted with some play in the hole and was unstable.
(2) Further, for example, a core material made of a foam material and its periphery covered with a synthetic resin material can be considered, but the synthetic resin material covering the periphery is hard to pierce a nail. It was impossible to nail the core material. In addition, when it forms only with a foaming material, it is possible to nail, but the whole intensity | strength becomes weak and there exists a high possibility of a failure | damage.
Moreover, when it is set as such a form, if a foaming material part is exposed to the top surface and the insertion rod of a head is inserted in this foaming material, an insertion rod can be inserted easily.
However, in order to insert the head straight into the predetermined position, skill is required, and there are many cases where it cannot be inserted in the vertical direction at one time. In the case of such a foam material, once the insertion rod is inserted, a hole is formed in the top surface of the core material and cannot be easily corrected. When trying to insert the insertion rod straight again, the previously formed hole spreads, and there is a possibility that the insertion and holding of the head becomes unstable.
Furthermore, when forming with a foamed material or a synthetic resin material in this way, a molding die is inevitably required, and the cost of this die is high, so the price of the core material itself is unavoidable, which is realistic in terms of cost. It is not possible to adopt.
[0006]
Therefore, the present inventor has intensively researched on the development of an optimum core material as an alternative to the conventional core material made of cocoons, and led to the present invention.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to make the head at least detachable as compared with a conventional core material for smoked dolls, A core material for dolls that can be easily secured regardless of the season, is excellent in hygiene, management, handling and storage, and is easy to manufacture at low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means made by the present invention in order to achieve the above object, as a first invention, is a doll core material to which at least a head is detachable and a costume is nailed. A flat plate and a thin wave plate are alternately bonded, and the top surface is formed with a number of stretchable or deformable head connecting holes formed by bonding the thin flat plate and the thin wave plate. Alternatively, either one of the back surfaces is formed with a notch groove for connecting the arm portion, and the diameter of the head connection hole is the same as that of the insertion rod provided on the lower surface of the head. Alternatively, the head is characterized in that it has a slightly smaller diameter, and the width of the cutout groove for connecting the arm portion is the same diameter or slightly smaller than the ridge diameter of the insertion flange of the arm portion. This is a removable doll core material.
[0009]
Further, according to a second invention, in the first invention, a plurality of paper corrugated boards are integrally formed by at least a pair of paper thin flat plates and a paper thin corrugated plate interposed between the thin flat plates. In addition, the core material is formed into a desired three-dimensional shape by cutting into a desired shape, and the core material is formed by each concave portion of the thin corrugated plate in the corrugated board and each opposing surface of the thin flat plate facing the concave portion. A plurality of holes are used as head connecting holes, and an opening surface of the hole is located on the top surface.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a doll core material having at least a head that is detachable and to which a costume is nailed, comprising a pair of thin flat plates and a thin corrugated plate interposed between the thin flat plates. By integrally forming the plate, making vertical cuts at desired locations on the corrugated board, folding them at the cut positions, bonding the mating surfaces, and then cutting them into the desired external shape. Forming a number of stretchable or deformable head connecting holes formed by laminating the thin flat plate and the thin corrugated plate, and forming a notch groove for arm connection on either the top surface or the back surface, The diameter of the head connecting hole is the same or slightly smaller than the diameter of the insertion rod provided on the lower surface of the head, and the groove width of the arm connecting notch groove is Same diameter or slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of the plug It is that a head was removable dolls core material, characterized in being formed.
[0011]
The diameter of the head connecting hole is the same diameter or slightly smaller than the diameter of the insertion rod provided on the lower surface of the head.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned core material, the groove width of the cut-out groove for connecting the arm portion is the same diameter or slightly smaller than the ridge diameter of the insertion flange of the arm portion.
[0012]
In addition, the core material is formed by stacking a plurality of paper corrugated cardboard plates integrally formed by at least a pair of paper thin flat plates and a paper thin corrugated plate interposed between the thin flat plates to form a core material having a desired shape. In the core material, a plurality of holes formed by the concave portions of the corrugated board and the opposing surfaces of the thin flat plate facing the concave portions are head connection holes. The surface is located on the top surface.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In addition, this embodiment is only one embodiment of the core material for dolls of the present invention, and is not construed as being limited thereto. The design can be appropriately changed within the scope of the present invention.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a core material for a doll according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of an upper torso portion of the core material, with a head insertion rod and an arm insertion rod inserted. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. 2 with a part omitted, and shows a state in which the head insertion rod is inserted, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line IV-IV in FIG. In the figure, the state where the head insertion rod and the arm insertion rod are inserted is shown, FIG. 5A is the hole diameter of the insertion hole provided in the core, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a costume is nailed to the core material, and FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the core material of the present invention, showing an embodiment of the core material for standing dolls. FIG. 8 is a schematic front view showing an embodiment of a doll with a head and arms attached to a core and wearing a costume.
[0015]
In the figure, 1 is a core material, 6 is a head, and 7 is an arm. In the present embodiment, both the head 6 and the arm 7 are configured to be detachable from the core material 1. Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a paper covering material 10 is wound around the side surface 1 f of the core material 1 to serve both as prevention of displacement and concealment of the end surface. Although this covering material 10 is not an essential component, it is made of a material that can be pierced by the nail 9 when employed.
[0016]
The core 1 in this embodiment is roughly divided into a core 1a corresponding to the upper trunk (also referred to as the trunk) and a core 1b corresponding to the lower trunk (also referred to as the knee). A material was obtained (FIG. 1). Needless to say, if the core material of the present invention is formed for a standing doll, it can also be applied to a standing doll (FIG. 7).
[0017]
The core material 1 is a core material for dolls in which at least the head 6 is detachable and the costume 8 is nailed to the side surface 1f, and a plurality of thin flat plates 2 made of a material that can be pierced by the nail 9; The thin corrugated plate 3 is alternately bonded to form a desired external shape such as a substantially L-shaped side view in which a core material portion 1a corresponding to the upper body and a core material portion 1b corresponding to the lower body are integrally formed. The appearance shape and size of the entire core material 1 are not particularly limited.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the core material portion 1a corresponding to the upper body and the core material portion 1b corresponding to the lower body are integrally formed. As a result, it will also lead to a decrease in the core material price.
The thin flat plate 2 and the thin corrugated plate 3 are bonded and integrated on their opposing surfaces.
The material of the core material 1 is not particularly limited as long as it is formed of a material that can be pierced by the nail 9, and any material can be applied. For example, paper, rubber, or soft synthetic resin is appropriately selected within the scope of the present invention.
If one or both of the thin flat plate 2 and the thin corrugated plate 3 are formed of a stretchable material such as rubber or a soft synthetic resin material, the head 6 and the arm 7 are more tightly connected to the core material 1. It is possible to connect to.
The thickness of the thin flat plate 2, the thickness of the thin corrugated plate 3, the shape of the wave in plan view, etc. are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed within the scope of the present invention.
[0018]
The top surface 1c of the core material 1 has a number of head connection holes 4 continuous in the height direction (direction extending between the top surface 1c and the bottom surface 1d) formed by bonding the thin flat plate 2 and the thin corrugated plate 3 together. The arm portion connecting cutout groove 5 was formed on either the top surface 1c or the back surface 1e. In this embodiment, the notch groove 5 is provided on the top surface 1c behind the connecting position of the head 6 (see FIGS. 1, 2, and 4).
[0019]
The structure of the head connecting hole 4 is formed by each recessed portion 3a of the thin wave plate 3 and each facing surface 2a of the thin flat plate 2 facing the recessed portion 3a, and at least the plug 6c of the head 6 is rocked. It is configured with a hole diameter D1 that is difficult to move and can be inserted and connected.
That is, the head connecting hole 4 is preferably configured to be stretchable or deformable.
For example, the hole diameter D1 of the head connecting hole 4 is not limited, but particularly when the core material 1 is made of a stretchable or deformable material as described above, the difference between the heads 6 is different. The insertion rod 6c has the same diameter or slightly smaller diameter than the flange diameter D3 of the insertion rod 6c provided on the lower surface 6b of the head 6 so that the insertion rod 6c is closely inserted into the hole 4 and connected. This is also preferable (see FIG. 5). Thereby, the insertion rod 6c of the head 6 is tightly coupled to the head coupling hole 4.
Similarly, even in the groove width D2 of the notch groove 5 for connecting the arm portion, it is the same diameter or slightly smaller than the diameter D4 of the insertion rod 7b of the arm portion 7.
The head connection holes 4 are only required to be provided at least at a portion where the head 6 can be connected to the optimum position with respect to the core material 1, and the number of holes is not particularly limited.
The hole shape of the head connecting hole 4 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a circular shape in plan view or a shape in which the insertion rod 6c can be rotated. That is, the head 6 can be turned on the core 1 in any direction by making the insertion rod 6 c circular in a sectional view. In this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the insertion rod 6c having a substantially U shape in a plan view and a circular shape in a cross section can be rotated in the head connection hole 4 having a substantially U shape in a plan view (FIGS. 1 and 2). , 5).
Note that the shape of the head connecting hole 4 and the shape of the hook 6c are not particularly limited as long as they can be connected at least, and can be appropriately selected such as a polygonal shape that can be connected or an arbitrary shape that can match each other. Is possible.
[0020]
For example, the core material 1 can have the following configuration, and is one of the optimal embodiments in terms of hygiene, management, production, cost, and the like.
A core material 1 having a desired shape is formed by superposing a plurality of paper corrugated boards integrally formed by at least a pair of paper thin flat plates 2 and a paper thin corrugated plate 3 interposed between the thin flat plates 2. did. The core material 1 has, as head connection holes 4, a large number of holes formed by the concave portions 3 a of the corrugated board 3 and the opposing surfaces 2 a of the thin flat plate 2 facing the concave portions 3 a, The opening surface 4a of the hole 4 is located on the top surface 1c. Moreover, in this embodiment, the notch groove 5 for arm part connection is provided in the desired location in the top surface 1c behind the connection position of the head 6. FIG.
Accordingly, when the head coupling hole 4 has the same diameter as the insertion rod 6c of the head 6 or slightly smaller in diameter, the insertion of the insertion rod 6c into the head coupling hole 4 forms the hole 4. Since the thin flat plate facing surface 2a portion and the thin corrugated plate concave portion 3a are inserted by being curved and deformed in accordance with the hook shape of the insertion rod 6c, the insertion rod 6c is tightly coupled to the head coupling hole 4. . Similarly, the insertion rod 7b of the arm portion 7 is also closely connected to the notch groove 5 for connecting the arm portion.
[0021]
Thus, when comprising a core material with a several cardboard board, the following structure can be considered.
(1) A core material having a desired appearance shape is formed by superimposing each sheet of corrugated board cut in advance into a desired shape and bonding the respective mating surfaces.
(2) Longitudinal cuts are made at desired locations on a long corrugated board, folded at the cut locations, bonded to the mating surfaces, and then cut into the desired external shape. A core material is formed.
In this case, the original long state is composed of two sheets of half length, each of which is folded at the notch position provided at each desired location, and then folded and bonded together with the respective mating surfaces It is good also as what forms a core material by adhering and fixing each product and then cutting it into a desired external shape.
Further, in this embodiment, the corrugated board is described as a corrugated board integrally formed by a pair of thin flat plates 2 and 2 and one thin corrugated plate 3 interposed between the thin flat plates 2 and 2. A known corrugated board configuration such as a type in which a plurality of thin corrugated plates 3 are arranged in parallel between the pair of thin flat plates 2 and 2 can be appropriately employed.
[0022]
Moreover, the core material 1 can also be used as a standing doll core material as shown in FIG. 7, which is an embodiment.
In the present embodiment, two core material portions 1g corresponding to the leg portions are provided vertically from the lower surface of the core material portion 1a corresponding to the upper body. In the present embodiment, the core portions 1a and 1g are integrally formed with corrugated cardboard as described above. The specific configuration is the same as the configuration shown in the above (1) and (2).
The core portion 1g corresponding to the leg is not limited to the illustrated form, and the design can be changed within the scope of the present invention.
For example, it is possible to make a notch extending in the radial direction in the lower side portion of the side surface of the core formed in a long cylindrical shape at a desired height, and to regard the two pieces divided into left and right by the notch as the left and right leg portions, respectively. It is possible, and according to this, it becomes easier to mold.
Further, in the case of this embodiment, a desired number of short corrugated paper sheets that do not have a portion corresponding to the core material 1g and long corrugated paper sheets that have a portion corresponding to the core material 1g are formed, and each is overlapped. It is also within the scope of the present invention to form the core material 1 by bonding together.
[0023]
The head 6 includes a plug 6c that is integrally provided vertically from the lower surface 6b of the doll head main body (referring to the whole including the face portion above the neck portion) 6a.
The insertion rod 6c has a length L that does not swing when the head 6 is completely inserted into the core material 1 and has a desired diameter D3. Tightly plugged into and connected. Further, it is preferable that the tip of the heel is tapered because the tip serves as a guide to the hole 4.
Therefore, as described above, the diameter D3 of the insertion rod 6c is at least the same diameter or slightly smaller than the hole diameter D1 of the head connecting hole 4 provided in the core material 1. Is most preferred.
In addition, the head 6 shown in this embodiment is only one embodiment, and is not specifically limited. The head 6 includes a plug 6c that can be inserted into the head connection hole 4 of the core 1. If it has the structure provided integrally, the design change, such as the shape and material, within the scope of the present invention is possible.
[0024]
The arm portion 7 is composed of left and right arm portion main bodies 7a, 7a and an insertion rod (also referred to as a horizontal rod) 7b connecting the main bodies 7a, 7a. And inserted into the notch groove 5 for connecting the arm portion.
In addition, the arm part 7 shown by this embodiment is only one Embodiment, and is not limitedly interpreted especially, The insertion part 7b which can be inserted in the notch groove 5 for the arm part connection of the core material 1 is provided. If it is, the shape, material, etc. can be changed within the scope of the present invention.
As described above, it is preferable that the diameter D4 of the insertion rod 7b of the arm portion 7 is the same diameter or slightly smaller than the groove width D2 of the arm portion connecting cutout groove 5.
[0025]
Therefore, an arbitrary head connecting hole 4 of the core material 1 is selected, and the insertion rod 6c of the head 6 is inserted and connected. Then, the insertion rod 7b of the arm portion 7 is inserted into and connected to the notch groove 5 for connecting the arm portion. And the costume 8 is fixed to the core material 1 by aligning the costume 8 with the side surface of the core material 1 and inserting the nail 9 toward the core material 1 from the costume 8 (see FIGS. 1, 6 and 7).
It should be noted that the procedure for connecting and wearing the head 6, the arm 7, and the costume 8 to the core 1 is not particularly limited and can be arbitrarily changed according to the specifications.
In addition, the costume 8 is applied in general to costumes for dolls, and the shape, pattern, color, or combination thereof is not particularly limited.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has been possible to provide a new and useful doll core material that is superior in terms of hygiene and management in place of the conventional smoked core material that is likely to generate insects and moths. .
In addition, the core material of the present invention has a configuration that can be easily and inexpensively made, and because it does not use natural materials like smoked core material, it can be easily secured regardless of the season, and the cost increases As a result, a doll using a core material can be provided at low cost.
Further, according to the present invention, since the head coupling hole is provided in advance, the material is not damaged by forcibly expanding or crushing the ridge like a smoked core material. Furthermore, since a number of holes for connecting the head are provided, the position of the head can be changed slightly, and the overall expression of the doll can be changed and enjoyed.
