Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a fountain device provided in front of a station or in a park.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional fountain apparatus has a structure in which a fountain nozzle and a pump are installed in a fountain pond, and water spouted from the fountain nozzle falls directly into the fountain pond and is collected.
However, in recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cases where the fountain fountain nozzle cover is installed at the same height as the floor level, with a stone-covered cover on the top of the fountain pond from the viewpoint of safety as well as enhancing the beauty. I came. In this case, the water once spouted above the floor surface returns to the fountain pond below through the gap between the nozzle and stone, the gap between stone and stone, etc. It had fallen into the pond. Moreover, the dust, sand, and the like entered the fountain nozzle, causing clogging and failure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the fountain pond, various devices such as submersible pumps, nozzle header pipes, floor support, submersible lamps, etc. are often installed. When dust or sand flows into the fountain pond, the pump screen is easily clogged, sand, etc. Will also accumulate, resulting in inconveniences such as reduced fountain function and water quality deterioration in the fountain.
In addition, since each device is installed in the fountain pond, there are problems that the fountain pond must be drained and cleaned, and there is no space for people to enter and clean it. In particular, in areas with ash fall, depending on the size of the pond, sand in tonnes accumulates in one month, so the current system cannot handle it.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fountain device that prevents foreign matters such as fallen leaves, garbage, sand, and ash from flowing into a fountain pond under the floor and can easily collect these foreign matters.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been proposed to achieve the above object,
A fountain pond,
A floor above the fountain,
A fountain nozzle connected to a fountain pump, with the fountain opening facing the floor opening at approximately the same height as the floor surface;
Sealing means for sealing between the opening of the floor and the fountain nozzle;
A water collection groove for collecting water dropped on the floor,
Solid-liquid separation means in communication with the water recovery groove;
A water pipe for returning the water from which contaminants and sand are removed by the solid-liquid separation means to the fountain;
It is characterized by comprising.
[0006]
[Action]
When the water ejected from the fountain nozzle falls on the floor, it flows on the floor surface with the inclusion of foreign matter, sand, etc., and is collected in the water recovery groove. That is, the water of the fountain is collected while preventing fallen leaves, garbage, sand, and ash fall from flowing into the fountain pond under the floor. And the water collect | recovered by this water collection | recovery groove | channel is collected by the solid-liquid separation means, and a foreign material, sand, etc. are removed by this solid-liquid separation means.
[0007]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 is a cross-sectional view of the entire fountain device, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the fountain device shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a portion provided with a fountain nozzle, 1 is a fountain pond, 2 is a floor, 3 is a fountain nozzle It is.
[0008]
The floor 2 is configured by stretching a floor material such as a concrete plate or a stone plate so as to cover almost the entire upper surface of the fountain pond 1, and is supported by a stand 4 standing up from the fountain pond 1. Since the fountain pond 1 is covered with the floor 2, the pond cannot be seen at all from the outside. However, in this embodiment, a manhole cover 5 is provided on a part of the floor 2, and by removing the manhole cover 5, the inside of the fountain pond 1 can be visually inspected as necessary. In addition, floor materials, such as a concrete board and a stone board which comprise the above-mentioned floor 2, are laid in the state which can be removed as needed.
[0009]
In the fountain pond 1, one or more fountain ports 6 face the fountain port 6 in the opening of the floor 2, and the fountain port 6 is positioned at substantially the same height as the surface (floor surface) 2 a of the floor 2. The fountain nozzle 3 is installed. As shown in FIG. 3, the fountain nozzle 6 of the fountain nozzle 3 is installed upward so as to be the same as the upper finishing level of the floor material such as paving stones constituting the floor 2, and takes one turn from the nozzle in consideration of installation errors. It is stored in the hole 2b as a large opening. Then, after the final position adjustment, the caulking material 7 serving as a sealing means is used to fill a gap between the nozzle 3 and prevent entry of dust and water. The gaps such as paving stones are similarly filled with the caulking material 7 '. Note that a rubber packing may be provided on the inner periphery of the hole 2b to seal the gap with the nozzle 3. In short, what is necessary is just to construct in the liquid-tight sealing structure which does not leak to the fountain pond 2 from the floor 2 including the circumference | surroundings of the nozzle 3. FIG.
[0010]
In the fountain pond 1, a header pipe 8 connected in common to each of the fountain nozzles 3 and a fountain pump 9 connected to the header pipe 8 are installed, and water pumped from the fountain pump 9 passes through the header pipe 8. It is ejected from the fountain port 6 of the fountain nozzle 3 toward the upper part of the floor surface. The fountain pump 9 is attached to a base installed on the bottom surface of the fountain pond 1 or a base plate provided on the gantry 4.
[0011]
A water recovery groove 10 is provided around the floor 2, that is, around the fountain pond 1 as viewed from the height of the floor 2, and the upper opening of the water recovery groove 10 is covered with a metal grating 11. . The grating 11 is made of a weather-resistant material such as stainless steel, has an opening ratio sufficient to swallow the amount of water ejected, and has an anti-slip property such as innumerable small irregularities on the upper surface. For the purpose of improving drainage around the fountain nozzle 3, as shown in FIG. 3, an auxiliary water recovery groove 12 is provided on the floor 2 itself in the vicinity of the fountain nozzle 3, and the auxiliary water recovery groove 12 is connected to the communication path 13. You may make it continue with the above-mentioned water recovery slot 10 via. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the auxiliary water recovery groove 12 may be formed around a group of a plurality of fountain nozzles 3.
[0012]
A lower part of the water collecting groove 10 is a water collecting groove 14, and the water collecting groove 14 is provided with a large screen 15 for collecting cigarette butts, leaves, paper waste and the like. Further, the water collecting groove 14 is in communication with a sand settling pit 16 for settling and removing fine sand, ash and the like that have passed through the screen 15. This sand settling pit 16 is a water tank that separates impurities by taking a residence time sufficient to allow fine sand, ash, etc. to settle sufficiently, and a manhole cover 17 is provided at the top. Thus, in the present embodiment, the large screen 15 and the sand settling pit 16 constitute a solid-liquid separation means. The large screen 15 is configured by a net, a bag, or the like.
[0013]
The supernatant portion of the sand pit 16 is connected to the bottom of the fountain pond 1 by a water pipe 18, and the water pipe 18 can be blocked and communicated by a valve 19 provided in the middle. The sand that has settled in the sand settling pit 16 can be collected by a submersible pump (not shown).
[0014]
On the other hand, the water in the fountain pond 1 is sucked by the pump 20 and returned to the bottom of the fountain pond 1 through the filter 21 and the high sterilizer 22. Accordingly, clean water that is always purified is supplied to the fountain nozzle 3. Note that a cleaning groove 23 is provided on the bottom surface of the fountain pond 1, so that even if sand enters the fountain pond 1, the cleaning work can be easily performed.
[0015]
Since the fountain device is configured as described above, the water once jetted above the floor 2 by the fountain nozzle 3 flows on the floor surface 2a as it is and does not fall into the fountain pond 1 but on the floor surface 2a. Garbage, sand, ash, etc. are involved and flow into the water collection groove 10 installed around.
[0016]
Then, the water that has flowed into the water collecting groove 10 gathers in the water collecting groove 14, passes through the large screen 15 that constitutes the solid-liquid separation means, and further flows into the sand settling pit 16 below. The large screen 15 collects impurities such as cigarette butts, leaves, and paper scraps. In the sand settling pit 16, fine sand, ash and the like that could not be removed by the large screen 15 settle and are deposited and removed at the bottom.
[0017]
In this way, the water from which impurities such as dust are sufficiently removed, that is, the water in the supernatant of the sand pit 16 is returned to the fountain pond 1 through the water pipe 18 due to the level difference from the fountain pond 1. .
[0018]
The water itself of the fountain pond 1 is always purified by the filter 21 and the high-pressure sterilizer 22, and the water spouted from the fountain nozzle 3 is purified via the large screen 15 and the sand pit 16 and then into the fountain pond 1. Since the water is returned, clean water is always supplied to the fountain nozzle 3. Therefore, sand or the like does not flow directly into the fountain pond 1. Even if sand enters the fountain pond 1, the sand is accumulated in the cleaning groove 23, so that it can be easily cleaned. The accumulated sand is appropriately discharged by a pump 24. In addition, relatively large contaminants stay on the large screen 15 and the sand settles on the sand settling pit 16. Therefore, after a certain period of time has passed, the large screen 15 is cleaned or the sand deposited on the pit 16 is removed. It is desirable to remove.
[0019]
In the above-described embodiment, the hole 2b is opened in the floor material, and the fountain port 6 of the fountain nozzle 3 is faced in the hole 2b. It is not limited to the hole 2b made. For example, a notch is formed in the side edge of the flooring, the flooring is laid in a state where the notches face each other, an opening is formed by both notches, and the fountain port 6 of the fountain nozzle 3 is formed in the opening. Or a notch formed in the side edge of one floor material may be used as an opening, and the fountain port 6 may be exposed in the notch. The pump 9 that pumps water to the fountain nozzle 3 is not limited to the one installed in the fountain pond 1.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the water ejected from the fountain nozzle above the floor flows directly into the fountain pond even if it falls on the floor surface and flows with foreign matter or sand. Instead, it is collected in the water collection groove and collected in the solid-liquid separation means to remove impurities and sand. For this reason, it can prevent that a fallen leaf, garbage, sand, and ash fall flow into the fountain under the floor. Therefore, inconveniences such as the clogging of the pump screen due to the impurities in the fountain pond, the fountain function being lowered, or the water quality of the fountain pond being deteriorated can be solved.
In addition, since no foreign matter enters the fountain, even if each device is installed in the fountain and the cleaning work is troublesome, the frequency of the cleaning work can be reduced and management can be facilitated. . In particular, the effect is remarkable when it is installed in a park with a lot of deciduous trees or in a volcanic area with ash fall.
